Great hotel and location! 5-10 mins from everything in Verona. Cristina the hotel receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful view to Juliet balcony. Very special place in Verona.

Hidden gem in wonderful location
The people at the desk were friendly. Room was clean and orderly. Great location close to everything. From the balcony you get a good view of Guillietta's balcony.

Amazing property, we had a view of Juliet balcony from our apartment. Very helpful and communicative staff. Just off one of the main thoroughfares so quiet but right in the middle of things. Will definitely visit again

I absolutely loved this place – it's simply amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. But the real highlight is the stunning view of Juliet’s balcony – truly breathtaking. It's the perfect spot if you're planning to propose or want to make a lasting impression on someone special.

Great location. Check-in was easy, and since we were early, we explored the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Our room overlooked Juliet's balcony.

Fantastic service from Kristina our host and lots of guidance to help us maximise our stay. Location wise it could not have been better and the views from the property were great. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of delicious options. We will come again to stay and have recommended the property.

Comfortable room and you get a perfect view of Juliet’s balcony. Unfortunately the day that we arrived they were closed due to construction so we weren’t able to see it up close but thanks to our hotel we were still able to take pictures and see it for ourselves! Host was very kind and gave us a map with places he recommended

Very bad hotel, not worth the price at all, like entering a B&B from the 80s. There is no front desk at night, it is semi-self-service. I opened the refrigerator and found that there was still half a bottle of drinking water left by someone else. . . The main thing is that you will be charged for this. . . .
