Excellent hotel not far from the historic center of Verona. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and quite spacious. There's a Lidl supermarket just 300 meters away. The breakfasts were fantastic and delicious. At the front desk, they offered us a map and marked all the main attractions in Verona. I highly recommend this hotel!

25 minutes walk from Verona old town, very big and comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with lots of options. Hotel really clean and well maintained. Free undergound car park.

There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people going to the toilet. It is almost impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It is very cold and there are no blankets. Poor breakfast.

Hotel Palace Verona is a fantastic hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to the city. Highly recommended – would happily stay again!

Not the best hotel. Definitely not 4 stars. The beds are uncomfortable, the room was hot, the climate control doesnt work well, thankfully we could open the windows. The breakfast was subpar and overpriced, yet its Italy so great food should be soooo easy. The location is OK if you want a quiet place outside the historic city center. The walk to the center is not close, however its all flat. Takes 30 minutes. The hotel is in a safe area so walking at night is not a problem. The only real positive about the hotel is ample free parking.

The room was very big, clean, but the isolation was not the best (we could hear the cars on the street). The location is good, there is a bus station in front of the hotel. Also they have underground free parking. The breakfast was very good and the personnel very nice.

Rooms have wood floors. The chairs do not have felt protection on leg bottoms so if you are on a lower floor, you will hear chairs scraping across the wood floor above you all night.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Looks nice, however we were a group of 50 people taking breakfast at 7am (when it opens), they are not prepared for so many people at the same time. They were not able to replace food, if you were the unlucky one to come to breakfast at 7:30am some things would be already out without being replaced (pancakes and croissants for example), in the first two mornings, there was only one coffee machine, making a huge line to get coffee that would last for more than 10 min. In the rooms there are two tiny bottles with shower gel, me and my roommate used them fully in the morning since they are in fact very tiny and in the evening at around 8pm, they had already cleaned the room but didn’t replace the shower gel. In the last morning at 7:30am there was no hot water in the rooms! Couldn’t take a shower! When I asked for the complaints book they didn’t give it to me and said if I wanted to complain I needed to write them an email. In my opinion this hotel is not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel and restaurant were great. Highly recommended. Very clean and very big rooms! The family who run the business are very lovely too. Would stay here again!

We were very disappointed and were happy to stay only for one night. It could be a much better place if they employed people who can speak English or German.
The room itself and the bathroom are OK, very big, good air conditioning, there is a table with chairs and a TV. We were provided free parking in the yard. There is also a lift.
However, nobody from the staff could speak English or German.
We did not meet anyone who we could talk to in English although we wanted to ask for some advice. They did not even understand very simple sentences in English, neither could they respond. They translated a sentence like 'Breakfast is at 8' with Google Translate from Chinese and showed it on their mobile. When I asked them about anything, they just smiled and shrugged. This is totally unacceptable in the middle of Europe. Furthermore, breakfast is ridiculous, just one croissant per person.
