The room was a bit old but it was a self-contained suite. The hygiene was good, and I slept very well. It was nice to have a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery available.

The reception staff members were not particularly friendly. If the luggage storage is unguarded, it should be communicated to guests upon booking.

The hotel is a bit old and dated; the rooms are just about 3-star level.

Clean and tidy, with a kettle and complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff were nice.

This is a hotel that has everything tourists like me need. But if you want a memorable European hotel stay this might not be the one. If convenience is your top priority stay here.

Easy to get to surroundef by pleasant countryside and few minutes into Verona. When traveling on business in Italy, you must book a hotel with parking. This hotel has it and it's free. The room is OK, the bathroom is clean and the facilities are OK. Very cost-effective hotel.

Lovely and helpful staff. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had all the essential conveniences (wifi, TV, fridge, AC). The hotel is located a few miles outside the city centre, but there are bus stops both ways right outside the hotel. Fantastic value for the money!

Had a lovely stay. Easy to access from Verona train station either by bus or taxi. Walk can do to. The room was tidy and had what you need. The gym in the basement is cozy and has what you need to get a good workout. Staff was really friendly and even with the language barrrier everything was good!

The room was clean but small. The shower was ridiculous. I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. They have at least 3 different buildings, register for least expensive room and you get a closet. The Hotel is quite and very well located. Personal is available 24 hours a day. Great choice for breakfast and reception is always here to support. Close to restaurants around. Room is comfortable, bed is excellent and bathroom very clean.

Very good quality/price ratio! Good location, car parking included in room rate, clean, good service and low price. Roman Arena is less than 10 minutes walking away. Officialy it is a two star hotel but actually it is a 3 star, so do not worry about that. Just the lift stops a few steps from each floors.

This is my fourth time staying at this property. The owners are incredibly sweet and extremely helpful. The location is just three minutes from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything is close by, including public transport stops right in front of the property. Everything was top-notch.

Excellent location. Stayed for one night for an event at the Arena, which is exactly 5 minutes away. The very friendly owner gave us great tips on local attractions and activities. At his suggestion, we took the funicular up and enjoyed a splendid view of Verona. The room was very simple but equipped with the essentials. Breakfast was included, with excellent pastries.

It was at a perfect spot where you can go around and browse the different stores and restaurants. Just feet away from one of the main shopping streets. Staff was absolutely delightful.

From the moment we arrived the management and team could not have looked after us better. The hotel was charming friendly and very comfortable and the views from different parts of the hotel are spectacular.breakfast was lovely. We had light lunch by the pool. This hotel is in a perfect location. It's close to all sites and public transport. Its spotlessly clean and the couple running it who I believe are brother and sister are very helpful. Breakfast is adequate with lovely freshly made cappuccino and a warm croissant. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here and the area has nice bars and restaurants close by.

The service was good. The hotel has an elevator, and the staff proactively helped bring our luggage to our room. It's close to the open-air amphitheater, and the hotel provides free cushions. It's convenient for visiting various attractions. It's a family-run hotel.

It's a family-run business, so it feels like home. They were kind and thoughtful, and spoke to me in a thoughtful way. The elevator button only works if you keep pressing it, which is a bit of a downside, but overall it's good. The water pressure in the shower is also good.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly; they were very helpful when we checked in at the front desk close to midnight. The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station, perfect for catching an early train in the morning.

Convenient transportation and friendly service.

The facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, and the service is good. It's 100 meters from the train station. There's a bus stop near the train station where you can buy tickets on the platform, which is very convenient, but we didn't quite understand how to use the tickets.

The location is incredibly convenient, right by the train station. There's even a shortcut directly to the platforms, but it's quite a hidden gem that most people wouldn't discover.

The hotel is right next to the station and directly connected to the platform. The facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is the worst in Italy. There are not many foods. They let us put our luggage outside the counter.

A wonderful bed & breakfast near heart of Verona The property is a beautifully renovated house, very close to the historic centre of Verona; an easy 14 to 15 minutes walk to the famous Arena, 20 to 25 minutes walk to the Duomo, with good neighbourhood restaurants only a few minutes away. The live-in host was charming and attentive. Breakfasts were excellent.

Room 59 had the spare bed which made the room slightly smaller than room 56 which didn't have the spare bed but had more space and a couch. The bathroom was slightly dated in room 59 while room 56 was very modern. If you are travelling as a young family room 56 would be a better option. The staff adjusted the menu to allow for a additional things for our family including apple juice, chicken nuggets...

Pretty nice hotel on a main road. The bus stop and wander to the hotel isn't really suitcase friendly, but the manager carried our bags to our room which helped. If you miss the bus stop...it's quite hard if you're unfamiliar with the area where to get off next. The room itself was big. There was a couch that was a bit springless but ok. A perfect stay near the centre of Verona! Everything was exceptional! Located near the centre of Verona, we self checked in very easily. The room was very spacious and offered everything we needed for our short stay. It even had a hairdryer. The apartment is large, with two doors, and is very secure. It is right on the edge of the old town, but the parking lot is 35 euros a day and you still have to walk a distance.

I stayed in hotel Borghetti for 5-6 days. The service was excellent ! Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in room: hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels etc. Staff was helpful and polite. In short, it is a good hotel, run by a family, quite close to Verona, which is connected by public transportation and a 20-minute drive away. We have stayed there for 3 years in a row and it is consistent in its quality-cleanliness-price. Spacious, bright rooms, and home made restaurant inside, nothing more is needed.

This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be.
