It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly. The food options in the restaurant wasn’t too good but otherwise, everything else was excellent.

If you are driving, I highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the road, next to a gas station. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large. It costs 10 euros a night, which is acceptable. The environment is also good. The front desk staff speaks good English and can understand it. It is only a ten-minute drive from the hotel to Verona city.

It's just very old and needs modernization. Employees are amazing, however breakfast was horrible with awful pastries and cold eggs.

I expected better for the price. Whilst clean, the AC was not performing well. The bed was terrible ~ super hard mattress (if that suits you then you’ll be happy). Overall the hotel rooms are tired and in desperate need of transportation to today. Only one power point was working there charging our phones was a challenge.

The room was a bit old but it was a self-contained suite. The hygiene was good, and I slept very well. It was nice to have a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery available.

The reception staff members were not particularly friendly. If the luggage storage is unguarded, it should be communicated to guests upon booking.

The hotel is a bit old and dated; the rooms are just about 3-star level.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is in the heart of the city. Close to bus stup 5 minutes walk. Terrace is very good. Spa is 20 Euro per person. Jacuzzi whic is oytside in the terrace is free but need reservation.

Close to Central Train Station which was what we required but a bit of a walk to the town centre (2km +). The building may look older on the outside but the inside is newer and comfortable.

Room needed a few practical items... Drawers for clothes, not just hangers; somewhere in bathroom to hang wet towels that you intend to re-use. 1 night out of the 4 we stayed, a noisy piece of equipment just outside our room kept us awake on and off all night!

This place should not be called a hotel, but rather a bed and breakfast. There is no restaurant or even a bar where you can get a cup of tea in the evening. I would also appreciate a better variety of toiletries in the bathroom — one small tube of shampoo/shower gel and a small bar of soap per person is definitely insufficient.

A wonderful bed & breakfast near heart of Verona The property is a beautifully renovated house, very close to the historic centre of Verona; an easy 14 to 15 minutes walk to the famous Arena, 20 to 25 minutes walk to the Duomo, with good neighbourhood restaurants only a few minutes away. Verona is a beautiful and interesting old city but was made especially affective by staying here. Located overlooking the river and bridge into the old city it’s a great location. Although this hotel is surrounded by a bar and restaurants, it is quiet at night so you still get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and there is also plenty of choice at breakfast. I will definitely book to stay there again on a return visit to Verona as a tourist in the future.

There were disposable slippers. The room key was not a card type but an old-fashioned physical key. The key had a heavy ornament attached to it, but the front desk would keep it for you when you left.

We like the rooms were recently updated so it seems new. But there were lots of noise due to the thin walls. Can hear loud noises in hall from house cleaning also in rooms nearby when they are moving the furniture. It did disturb our rest. Location is good
