Beautiful hotel within Juliet’s courtyard, even got a key to enter the locked gate outside of public hours- so cool! Cozy and stunning room with complimentary drinks! Would only stay here if we came back. Loved.
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Decorated beautifully, amazing location and endlessly helpful and friendly staff.
Well decorated, clean, and large room. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Hotel was located in convenient area. There is a hot tub available for guests, but it must be booked in advance through reservations and requires a small fee.
Was a wanderful stay. Staff was so kind. Room was wonderful. We loved the extra amenities. They pay special attention to detail and made sure our stay was perfect.
If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would: what an incredible institution. Staff were first class. Couldn’t do enough. Rooms were fitted to perfection with all you would need. Perfect location: loved being privileged to view Juliet balcony and statue without the crowds. Will definitely recommend and return: iron and ironing board available on request
Amazing Location and amazing hotel Amazing location. Felt like we were Guilette’s neighbors.

Supermarket nearby. Bus station in front of the hotel. Big bed. Furniture a bit old. Nice staff and you can ask for extra amenities at the reception without cost. 40 min walk to city center
Clean and spacious room situated about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Verona. Bus service available. Staff were friendly and helpful, reception is open 24 hours which is great for late arrivals. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Verona
It’s not in the city centre but in the exhibition centre area. No worries getting to the Arena is easy and fast by car. Rooms are ok could do with a refurbishing but the showers are brand new. Good choice breakfast. Beware of the coach loads of pensioners hoarding the buffet at 7AM 😎
It’s a really good hotel, especially if you’re coming there with your own car, but located quite far away from city centre (about 2-2,5km). There’s a boat that’s going each 12 min to the city, so quite easy to get there
Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. The area was perfect to be able to get everywhere, the staff were really kind and helpful plus the venue was very clean.
Hotel near train station very clean and our room upgraded….so happy Just the bathroom little bit slippery and no smart TV unfortunately But everything was super grade
Close to Central Train Station which was what we required but a bit of a walk to the town centre (2km +). The building may look older on the outside but the inside is newer and comfortable.
The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even gave us directions on how to take the bus to the Old Town. The room was also big and clean.
The room is clean. Around 8 min walk from station. The front desk staff is very helpful.
We stayed at Novo Rossi Verona and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and not far from the city center. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff — they were always ready to assist and give great local tips. The...

Verona, Vicolo San Matteo, 2, 37121 Verona, Veneto, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Staying at Palazzo Negri felt like living inside a beautifully written Italian novel. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the vibrant soul of Verona, yet it offers a rare and precious tranquility for a perfect night’s rest. For those who enjoy the ritual of a home-cooked meal, the apartment is a dream—it is fully equipped with every detail you might need to feel at home. But the most unforgettable...
I stayed in the studio apartment at Residenza Palazzo Negri for six weeks after moving abroad from Australia. Luisa was incredibly welcoming and helpful even before my arrival, which made transitioning to a new country so much easier. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location in the heart of Verona was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend...
This is our 4th stay at Palazzo Negri and have moved it each time. The owner, Luisa, and her staff are so helpful and accommodating each visit. The location is just plain outstanding. Easy walk to all popular spots, eating, shopping and watching tourist.
If I could give Residenza Palazzo Negri six stars, I absolutely would. My wife and I have now stayed here four times, and honestly, we’re already planning our fifth trip for next year. When you find a gem this perfect, you stop looking anywhere else. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible care and dedication of the host, Louisa. She is an absolute superstar—so detailed, so organized, and...
We had a great stay. The location is perfect and the room we stayed in too. Though they have no elevator, the staff is nice enough to help you with your luggage. We loved Verona and we are happy to choose the Palazzo as our place to stay.
Authentic stylish place! We felt the spirit of Verona! The room was wonderful, we had all the amenities! The location - excellent! The hostess - wonderful, warm, responsive! In addition - a wonderful terrace with beautiful flowers! We highly recommend!

Stay here! Clean and comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was great.
This hotel surprised me in the best way possible. I was a little worried due to the lack of pictures but the hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. My family and I felt safe and the breakfast was a +. Totally recommend and if I go back to Verona i will be staying in the same hotel
Staff was fenomenal, location was perfect, Chiara at the reception a sweet heart. The only thing was the curtains in the bedroom was see through, a black out curtains would have been great

The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and landmarks. The staff was very friendly, and helpful- went above and beyond helping us find our camera that we left behind. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!
This place is Beautiful! Very clean, excellent location, staff is so friendly. My room was so big, had the Giulietta room. Highly recommended if you have kids, it was as big as an apartment. Loved it. Breakfast was lovely, natural juices stole my heart ❤️.
Walls are thin could hear the person in the room next to ours snoring but otherwise this was a fabulous hotel in a convenient location for a reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Terrace was pleasant even though it didn’t have any type of view.
Awesome location to get around Verona and explore. The staff was great and had plenty of suggestions for the best of the city. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Everything was very clean and new. The only con was the size of the room. Had to get creative with our luggage and where to put it so we had room to walk around the bed.
What a wonderful stay we had in Hotel Giulietta E Romeo hotel. I must admit that this was the best value for money and location during our wonderful 14-day tour of Italy. This hotel I would gladly give 5 stars but trip.com messed up my booking terribly. Instead of giving me a twin room, we were given an extra small room! Efficient and well functioning hotel; as matters of fact services, lack of warmth but things get done.
An absolutely incredible experience! I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Verona. The Staff were exceptional, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was very modern, spacious, clean and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, great quality...
We've booked for a family of 4 for 5 days and been offered upgrade to a apartment around a min walk from the hotel. The room was big with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. However the drains at both toilets were very smell. We couldn't sleep if doors weren't fully closed. Even you closed them you can still smell them. Both shower area were slightly run down. The glass shower doors came off a few times. We...
Excellent location!!! 5 minutes walk from the piazza Bra. The room is modern and very comfortable. The public transportation is outside the hotel. The service staff is very friendly! I loved it and definitely come back.
Room needed a few practical items... Drawers for clothes, not just hangers; somewhere in bathroom to hang wet towels that you intend to re-use. 1 night out of the 4 we stayed, a noisy piece of equipment just outside our room kept us awake on and off all night!
This place should not be called a hotel, but rather a bed and breakfast. There is no restaurant or even a bar where you can get a cup of tea in the evening. I would also appreciate a better variety of toiletries in the bathroom — one small tube of shampoo/shower gel and a small bar of soap per person is definitely insufficient.

Although this hotel is surrounded by a bar and restaurants, it is quiet at night so you still get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and there is also plenty of choice at breakfast. I will definitely book to stay there again on a return visit to Verona as a tourist in the future.
Decent enough hotel, location absolutely perfect
Great place near the water and main square. Rooms and bathroom are small FYI, and pretty old. But we had a good time and the service was great.
Great location to everything for tourists. Only thing they had nothing in hotel except breakfast. But great little bar right out front door for coffee or drinks.
Lovely hotel would definitely recommend
Needed a last minute hotel in Verano for 2 days. Hotel Europa is clean and in a great location inside city walls. Really good value, no frills and mediocre breakfast but overall very happy with the property and staff.

Verona is a beautiful and interesting old city but was made especially affective by staying here. Located overlooking the river and bridge into the old city it’s a great location. Staff are a delight too and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was sizeable and well decorated with modern facilities. Definitely recommend to all visiting Verona
Having a lovely large room was great for our weeks stay. Like the location and breakfast (so much choice, we had something different every day!) the team were amazing. Great hotel and location! 5-10 mins from everything in Verona. Cristina the hotel receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful view to Juliet balcony. Very special place in Verona.
Hidden gem in wonderful location The people at the desk were friendly. Room was clean and orderly. Great location close to everything. From the balcony you get a good view of Guillietta's balcony.
Amazing property, we had a view of Juliet balcony from our apartment. Very helpful and communicative staff. Just off one of the main thoroughfares so quiet but right in the middle of things. Will definitely visit again
I absolutely loved this place – it's simply amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. But the real highlight is the stunning view of Juliet’s balcony – truly breathtaking. It's the perfect spot if you're planning to propose or want to make a lasting impression on someone special.
Great location Great location. Check-in was easy, and since we were early, we explored the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Our room overlooked Juliet's balcony.
Fantastic service from Kristina our host and lots of guidance to help us maximise our stay. Location wise it could not have been better and the views from the property were great. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of delicious options. We will come again to stay and have recommended the property. Big thank you again to Kristina.

Our stay was okay. Parking was free. Cleaners were amazing, the room was sparkling clean. Breakfast was so so, not many options, mainly bread and croissants. Location was good, close to downtown Verona.
Property and staff excellent. Only my bathroom had a small leak from shower. Water was coming to the floor. I forgot to mention to the staff.
We recently stayed at this hotel located on the outskirts of Verona, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Although it’s not in the city center, the location is still quite convenient thanks to the bus stop located directly across from the hotel. Buses run every 20 minutes and are generally punctual. Just keep in mind that the last bus is around 8:30 PM, so plan your return accordingly. Tickets...
The hotel is well-located, with most sites just a short drive or even a walk away if you have a car. The balcony is a major plus, spacious and great for relaxing. Parking instructions were unclear: only the open-air parking is included, while the garage requires an extra fee...

Fantastic location, friendly staff We were worried about this hotel being a bit out of the way but we were so wrong - it’s in a great location, walkable to the key areas of Verona. There were disposable slippers. The room key was not a card type but an old-fashioned physical key. The key had a heavy ornament attached to it, but the front desk would keep it for you when you left.
We like the rooms were recently updated so it seems new. But there were lots of noise due to the thin walls. Can hear loud noises in hall from house cleaning also in rooms nearby when they are moving the furniture. It did disturb our rest. Location is good

The hotel itself is great for the price. The staff are very kind and useful, bus connections for getting into Verona are good. The only issue I have is with the breakfast. With it being €6 per person I can’t really complain but I would give it a 5/10. Everything else was good
Hotel on the edge of Verona. Accessible by bus to the city centre. Old style and was a little dusty in areas. Arrived early and the staff were very nice to accommodate with the room being ready.
Compared to other hotels that look good on the outside but are pathetic on the inside, this hotel looks modest on the outside but inside everything is a work of art. Large and welcoming lobby, very spacious rooms. Quite good food. Excellent service and very friendly staff. There is flight of semi-spiral stairs to get up to the reception desk (where there is an elevator to access the rest of the floors), so if carrying luggage up and down a flight of stairs, which might limit accessibility for some.

We were only there one night but it was fantastic! Great food and the square right around the corner. We had taxi service to and from even though it was mostly a pedestrian area. Stayed 5 nights and very happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. It’s a no frills hotel but was everything my daughter and I were looking for at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend if you want a clean, comfortable room and a friendly atmosphere. It is conveniently situated for the city and also the train station as we travelled further afield - Venice and Milan.
The hotel, the staff and the location were fabulous. The place is clean, excellently run and friendly. We came for the Opera festival and were made to feel most welcome. The hotel offers breakfast only as a meal, but there are plenty of food options available within walking distance. These range from cafe/bar options to more than acceptable restaurants.
Nice Hotel with all amenities, located halfway between the main railway station and the historic centre of Verona, easily doable on foot. Good value for money considering the prices of lower standard hotels in the centre. Another plus is that it is open 24 hours so no worry if you arrive late … Service was very good and the room was clean.
Very close to Verona train station, a taxi is 25€. The hotel entrance is very small, the lobby is also small, the room is average, and the breakfast is 9€ which is pretty good.
In terms of price/quality ratio it's probably ideal. But the breakfasts are just awful, we haven't seen such meager "food" for a long time.
The location is very close to tourist attractions, but it takes ten minutes to get to the train station. Most of the roads in the middle are uneven, and some roads are under renovation, so it is difficult to walk with suitcases. The room is overall clean, decorated in an ancient style, and the space is small. A key is required for entry and exit. Breakfast has few choices, but the price is reasonable
