Great amenities and large public bath. Nice tea area in the room with ocean view. Also comes with a lot of free services including drinks at the lounge and free bowling at the nearby building. Got into a bit of a situation of not being able to have dinner since the only single non-reservation restaurant was completely full but the staff helped us make a last-minute reservation. No complaints overall.

The service here was actually problematic for a hot spring inn. They didn't even make up the futon beds for us. I had to call and ask them to, and even then, they didn't do it. They just opened the closet where the futons were stored, basically implying I should make the bed myself. The facilities are a bit old, but the location and views are great, and breakfast was good. Dinner was a bit simple. The hot springs themselves were excellent, with good views and facilities, making for a very comfortable experience.

The hotel was kind enough to let us move our dates. The trip was very relaxing, the food was more than what we expected for a breakfast buffet. The sights were stunning, I would urge everyone to book the private onsen for sure! There is a free shuttle bus going to and from the station so it is very convenient for foreigners.

An all-inclusive health and beauty resort. Kospa without food is top notch. Personally, I found it a bit inconvenient to have limited restaurants in the neighborhood, but I think my case is an exception because I think it's mostly a drive-in place. To Sanko.

I visited for the second time at the end of 2021. It is a visit with my family, my sister's family and my parents. The reason for the visit is always my parents' plan. When I was last time, all the staff in the hotel were hospitable to guests, but this time Corona was a modest response. It can't be helped because of such an era, but the facilities were in good condition and the whole family was very comfortable. Very nice hotel. My eldest son had a delicious dinner in the hotel! I and the adults around me were able to feel the growth of the child. It's really great. I want to go even if I become an old man. Next time, I will be a planner and come.

The place is amazing. Really like the room, big space with good Japanese tatami decorations.

Food was amazing and you must really book with the dinner option. The food was great with thoughtful menu. Good vibe !

If you plan to stay in this area, you’ll need your own transport, like a rental car. The breakfast buffet has lots of tasty options and comes with a nice sea view in the morning. The private onsen costs JPY 3,500 per hour, and the experience was excellent. The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. Many local Japanese people choose this hotel for their vacations.

A very good onsen hotel that I recommend to visit once!
The room was clean. Ukata was beautiful.
The Japanese kaiseki dinner was tasty, but my daughter doesn’t like it as she is not a sea food eater. But I am!
Onsen was relaxing!
Breakfast with a sea view was amazing!
I strongly recommend this hotel and appreciate them for accommodation!
