The buffet-style meals were excellent in both portion size and taste. We had a room on the 6th floor facing the river, and the view was also wonderful.

Five women in their 20s stayed for one night. It was very clean and the buffet was delicious. Karaoke is available for 1 hour and table tennis for 30 minutes; you need to fill out your name and make a reservation. The free parking was a great help. However, the road leading to the parking lot and hotel is very uphill, so walking from the station would be tough. Walking to the Gero Pudding shop would also be quite strenuous. When we wanted to go to the Gero Pudding shop, we parked in a nearby paid parking lot and walked. There were many types of yukata available, with different designs categorized by height.

I went there for the hot springs, but the food was also delicious with a wide variety of options at the buffet. The view was also amazing. I'd love to go again.

First, the food was pretty good. You can pre-order an extra menu for dinner; check the hotel's official website for details. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style, and you can sit anywhere.

The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient; the entire walk from Gero is uphill and exhausting. You can book a shuttle bus or take a taxi; it's about a 3-4 minute walk.

This time, I chose a room with a private open-air hot spring bath, which was very comfortable. The large public bath on the second floor is also quite spacious.

The hotel has a complimentary relaxation area where you can sample plum wine and fruit juice popsicles. There are massage chairs on the first floor for 300 yen for 15 minutes. The lounge on the second floor has complimentary foot massagers.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
The room was spacious and had a great view.
There were several types of shampoo and body soap in the large communal bath, which was nice.

Overall, I had a great time.
I'm the type of person who chooses my own yukata, but when I checked in in the evening on the first day of the holidays, I was no longer able to choose the design or color.
Breakfast and dinner were buffets, so I was able to eat as much as I wanted of what I liked, which was very satisfying.
It's the season for stink bugs, and even though the windows aren't designed to open, they kept getting into my room, causing quite a commotion. Please be aware of this if you're going during the cooler months.

The price is a bit high during the National Day holiday. The shuttle bus to and from the station is too rare. There are only two hot springs, which is a bit too few. The open-air bath is a hot spring with a balcony. Other than that, everything else is very good. The Japanese room, dinner is a Japanese buffet, free drinks, including sake, beer and wine, coffee, drinks, small popsicles, full of sincerity.
