Though the hotel looks a bit old but it's clean and tidy. They offered us a very big room. The dinner and breakfast set very good. We enjoyed hot springs, but one outdoor pool area closed due to maintenance issue. BTW, the staff are very polite, and they have free shuttle to/from JR station (need advance booking).

The room and toilet were renovated and clean. The view was average. It was quiet. The outdoor bath was a bit of a hassle.

I was very energetic ♪ Besides the appearance of the ryokan, the rooms are very beautiful! I was interested! !! !! ^ ^ The large window shines as soon as you enter ♪ It is well cleaned. There is a lot of light and you can feel fresh and shiny ♪ I was interested in the dishes because all the dishes were "exquisite." it was delicious! The hostess was able to say hello between meals ♪ There are not many hotels like this these days! I was happy ♪ Personally, I wanted to see the famous young hostess right away ♪ I wanted to see that (T.T) It's a hot spring, but it's the best! Because it's 100% Yamashiro Onsen! Yunohana also swam The room had an open-air bath, so I went in many times ♪ I forgot to say this. The square room with an open-air bath on the 5th floor, the washbasin doesn't stop, so check it out ♪

Very friendly staff. Two guest rooms with outdoor baths were used for the Kasaju celebration. When I asked over the phone about adding food and celebration, he agreed to accept it. Funamori, Wagyu Hoba-yaki and cake were added. I also received a gift from the hotel. The bath in the room is very large and comes with POLA shampoo. POLA also has lotion and so on. It was fun to choose different shampoos and conditioners in the large shared bath. If you make a reservation directly on the hotel website, you can rent mineral water, coffee tickets, early check-in, late check-out and a paid women's yukata for free. The room was equipped with an obi for exclusive use while sleeping. For cooking, we noted the preparation of a private room. I was able to relax. The building looks old, but the food and bath in the room were good and the staff are very nice, so I am satisfied. There is nowhere to walk outside. It is recommended to relax in your room. The hotel has 20 rooms with open-air baths. I have attached the brochure to the photo. Please contact us.

The rooms and food were great. The staff in the hall were also very kind and made the stay comfortable. Also, I think the value of an outdoor bath with a room is growing these days, but it would be even better if the room had a toilet room.

Hotels in the Kaga Onsen area generally offer shuttle service, but the Trip.com app's communication function doesn't directly connect to the hotel, which needs improvement. I initially thought there was a scheduled shuttle, but it turned out I needed to call the hotel to arrange it. Fortunately, a staff member from another hotel helped me make the call, and I finally checked in smoothly. The hotel's onsen is quite unique, with an open-air bath. The meals are standard authentic Japanese cuisine. Rooms are either Japanese-style or Western-style, and choosing random room assignment when booking offers a discount. The location is in a rural area, a traditional and safe village.
