This is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient. There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event. I also loved the free rooftop Onsen for guests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

Comfortable

Good location, direct bus to airport in front of hotel. Our rm was facing odori park so could enjoy the view!!For couple I recommend booking the double rm facing odori park, pay a bit extra but more comfortable & great to enjoy the winter scenery. The moderate double rm too small for us so upgraded to bigger & comfortable rm! The onsen was great too, so nice after a day of sightseeing 🥰

Very close to Odori Park. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel near the Sapporo TV Tower, which is very convenient. There is also a tram station located behind the hotel, making transportation even more convenient. The hotel is connected to Odori Subway Station, and the location is excellent.

The staff are very nice, friendly, and provide great service with warm smiles.

The breakfast is decent, nothing fancy but satisfactory. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend staying here.

This was my second time staying here. I stayed in a park view room with beautiful snowy views - it was cozy and relaxing. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Plus, they offer free coffee, tea, and soup in the lobby, which is a nice touch!

Clean rooms. Very convenient location next to Odori Park and Susukino. Plenty options for restaurants and bars.

The hotel is right above the subway exit 1, making it really convenient to access. It is walking distance to nearby attractions like Odori Park, clock tower, Nijo market, Susukino, etc. There is also a bus stop to the airport right at the hotel’s doorstep :)
