The pillows and mattresses are a bit soft, otherwise all good.

Everything was great except for the lack of a spa.

The location is really convenient, with a convenience store right across from the hotel, which makes shopping easy. Even though the decor is a bit old-fashioned, the room was spacious, and so was the bathroom – both very clean. The service was excellent, and the hotel breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options. Great value for money, I definitely recommend it.

Second stay here. The room was spacious and the location was convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo.

The location may not be close to train station but the buses outside hotels bring us to Sapporo station easily. Walking distance to Nijo market and Odori but not so easy in the winter snow. Lawson opposite is an added convenience.

Rooms may be aged but I love the spaciousness of the connected rooms and the access to the Level 10 lounge (with alcohol from 4 to 7pm for those interested). There is also a public bath.

This Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied.

Since we were driving, transportation wasn't an issue at all. In fact, it was super convenient for visiting suburban attractions like Mount Moiwa and Makomanai. The room was spacious enough. The public bath seemed to be open to the public and was incredibly crowded. I've never seen a hotel where breakfast time is more competitive than this one; there were long queues even at 7 AM.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the airport bus stop right across the street was a great bonus for us. If you’re planning to visit Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, or Tanukikoji Shopping Street, it’s about a 15–20 minute walk. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff.

Absolutely perfect, honestly one of the happiest stays I've had in Japan. The only minor flaw you could pick with this 4-star hotel is that it's a bit old. However, the service is absolutely top-notch. It has a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Mirawa, a free gym, sauna, and hot springs. There's also a bar on the 10th floor that offers snacks, beer, and red/white wine at certain times, plus a permanent selection of coffee and soft drinks. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, unlike the cramped rooms you often find in other Japanese hotels. Please don't raise your prices!
