The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.

Cross Hotel Sapporo has a good location. Close to JR Station, very convenience and nearby have Family Mart.

Located 10 mins walk from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to touristy places. Overseeing the TV station from the room.
The public bath is great.
We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet.
That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new. The staff are enthusiastic, and cleaning is prompt.

It's so dirty in the elevator, the carpet and the button. I think maybe there would be someone clean it later but it's still dirty in my whole stay there. The front staff is not friendly and show any welcome at all, even when i come for check in or ask for help. I stay with my friend and made mistake with the room type, so i want to change or make a new one( and i would contact and do it all by my self, i just want to have only their approval). Then a female staff said like because i made the reservation throu Trip.com so they could not help with anything and i have to pay for an upgrade fee due to the price in their website is different. I looked for the price on their site and it was even cheaper than the price i paid. The problem is if you can not assist bookings on OTA, don't sell your room on it. And i hope the staff there could find the job they actually want to do because i couldn't feel any hospitality during the stay until the moment they smiled and said Bye on my check out day. The reason might be because they don't enjoy the job or they hate their guest =))))

The room offers a view of Sapporo TV Tower, and the decor is quite new. The location is decent, and there's a delicious Gyu-Kaku yakiniku restaurant conveniently located at the back entrance of the hotel.

Amazing hotel. Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Relaxing hot bath. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options. Outstanding service.
The only complaint is that the laundry service was closed for the holidays and there is no self service laundry in the hotel. The closest one was 20 minutes away.

Hygiene: There was a small toothpaste tube behind the toilet and a toothpaste cap behind the door.
Facilities: The bed faces directly towards the bathroom door, a strange design choice.
Ambiance: The environment is quiet, but the soundproofing isn't great.
Service: The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and fluent in English.

The room was quite small, we could barely open our suitcase. We had a view of the tower, and it's pretty close to Sapporo Station, which made it very convenient for going out and shopping. Pulling a suitcase through the snow in winter was a bit challenging though. The hotel's breakfast was just average, and you weren't allowed to wear hotel slippers to breakfast. Only the ice cream was good.
