Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Sapporo

Hotel is conveniently located within few minutes away from sapporo station & within walking distance from several attractions & shopping districts. We have a very good 6 nites’ stay at the hotel, staff are friendly & helpful, hotel room is clean & nice, recommended to stay 👍

The hotel is located conveniently near Sapporo Station. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was superb, love the view from the restaurant. Service at the breakfast was also fantastic.

We reached an hour earlier but they don’t allow early check in… the rooms are slightly smaller, no mineral water given in the room and have to refill at the public area at every floor. Breakfast is up to standard with great view. Bed and pillows are very comfortable! Just that the room given to us is not facing any nice view… Location is near the station but recommend to take cab if walking with luggage during winter.

The hotel had a beautiful scenery and good location. The staff were helpful and fluent in English. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. 
Unlike other hotels which just keep guests’ luggage at the lobby or near the reception, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel had a specific room with access control, where guests could use the locks and lockers for storing their luggage and baggage. 
Furthermore, the hotel offered an extensive breakfast selection. It was an enjoyable experience.

Great location, big room and open air public bath during winter is amazing

My first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather.
The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it directly faces the "Former Hokkaido Government Office," and the scenery is as picturesque as a painting. The room was incredibly spacious; even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of room to move around comfortably.
As for the facilities and dining: the breakfast on the 2nd floor offers a lavish spread of seafood delicacies full of Hokkaido’s local flavors. The public bath is also spacious, featuring both hot and cold pools as well as a sauna, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Toiletries are provided in the lobby on the 1st floor for guests to pick up as needed.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance between strategic location and high-quality accommodation. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

Walking distance to the train station! The public bath have many pool option to choose to! Really great hotel!

The hygiene was quite good. It's super convenient for getting around, really close to the subway, so no need to worry about heavy snow. Getting anywhere is easy. Check-in is fully automated, and the hot spring was nice, not crowded and clean.

The breakfast view with the snow falling was beautiful, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. The location is also very convenient; even on a snowy day, it only takes 2 minutes to get to the underground passage, which connects everywhere. Walking to Boyeo only takes about 15 minutes. The airport bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, it's one of the first few stops to the airport, so you won't have to deal with long queues or potentially not getting a seat like those staying in Boyeo.
