[Understanding management in all]
I sent the luggage from Honshu at the time of check-in and confirmed that the delivery was completed on the plane.
When I arrived at this hotel and told that, I said, "I have no luggage."
I asked the front desk to check the slip, delivery completion screen, address, name, etc., but there was no luggage.
It seems that the staff of other affiliated stores were doing it without permission after 15:00 while exchanging for several tens of minutes.
This is annoying in itself, but it hasn't been sent, and the attitude of not knowing anything to the person who sent it is extremely worst.

Also, I stayed for 5 nights and 3 nights for 8 nights, but there was no cleaning during my stay.
There was a guide saying that there was free cleaning on the 7th day of the stay, so I told the front desk, but cleaning is charged unless one reservation is 7 nights or more.
Isn't it strange even though it says the length of stay? I asked for confirmation, but in the end I spent time in a room that was not informed of anything and was not cleaned.

The room can be large, but I can't trust it because everything from luggage management to hygiene management to explanations to guests is sloppy.

I will never stay at this affiliated hotel again.
