It's Ok. I picked the hotel thinking there was a sauna or onsen but there is a private sauna only which is at extra cost. Bedroom and bed are ok, breakfast is good but a tiny slice of bacon with the pancakes is not right.

The atmosphere was stylish and the staff were very polite. The room was very clean and I was happy that the shower and toilet were separate. It was connected to a cafe, so I could relax there until 8pm and spend a blissful time. Highly recommended for solo travelers. I would like to use it again.

I want to stay again. It was simple, eco-friendly, and very clean, and I think it shows what a hotel should be like in the future. The coffee in the cafe is excellent. The breakfast was also very delicious, and it was a space where you would want to stay for hours.

Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring eyeplugs!

The location is close to the subway station and not far from the city center. There is also a cafe in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is separated into 2 buildings for their rooms. The type of room you select during the booking will determine which building you stay in. The superior and deluxe rooms will be located in the rear building, which is newly furnished, and does add an additional touch.

The room is on the smaller side, but that is typical of rooms in Japan. However, the room is enough for a single traveler like me, and could be a tighter fit for a couple. Room was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities. During check-in, you are given a bag of coffee beans that you can make your own coffee in your room using the drip set that they provide to you.

There is a cafe downstairs, and you are given a welcome drink that can be either coffee, tea, or juice. Their menu is on the pricier side, but it is worth it.

For those who arrive by car, they have parking spots in front and in the back. For a reasonable cost, you have your own parking spot for the time you are there with in/out privileges. The hotel is within walking distance to Kikusui station, so you can leave your car and walk if you do not want to deal with finding parking in the city center.
