The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access.

Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas.

Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini
fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way.

Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily.

Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby.

Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot

2. Convenient Location: Most locations are close to JR/subway stations, within a 5-10 minute walk, making travel very convenient.

3. Clean and Standardized Rooms: Although not large, rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities (bed, desk, refrigerator, bathroom), and cleanliness is consistently maintained.

This was my first time staying here because it was cheap, but it was clean enough for a room only stay and I felt safe staying there.
Also, the drinks in the vending machines were cheap, which was nice.

Although it's close to Exit 21 of the underground passage, there's no elevator; it's recommended to use Exit 24, which has an elevator. The hotel is located in a small alley next to the ANA Crown Hotel. The bed was a bit firm.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A complimentary breakfast is included with the stay; while the selection is limited, everything is delicious. For those driving, there is a private parking lot nearby, but please note that it's open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you're leaving at 7:30 AM like I was, and your flight requires an early departure, you won't be able to park in the private parking lot and will need to find a nearby parking lot to spend the night. This is something to keep in mind. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The location, breakfast and staff really great, but the room was small and the bed an pillow…the worst i’ve ever slept in.

The location is unbeatable! Just an 11-minute walk from Sapporo Station's South Exit, it's incredibly convenient for JR, subway, bus, and ESTA travel. The room, while compact, was clean and tidy, with all the amenities and a comfortable bed. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, and the free breakfast was simple and delicious, perfect for replenishing energy. The price was reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect choice for a business trip or a leisure stay near Sapporo Station. I'll definitely stay here again!

It's close to Sapporo Station and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious.

Still a bit of hike from Sapporo station especially if you have large luggage (plenty of stairs in the underground passage)

Some hair here and there. Not the cleanest but it's nothing serious

Washing machine and dryer on ground floor. 200 yen to wash 100 yen for 30min drying. Great for summe season

The room is small but functional. Breakfast is good and nice.
