The place was really nice! Would consider coming back again. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in and out was easy.

Since this was the last hotel we booked before returning home, we made sure to check in early. We specifically requested a room near the elevator, but even though it wasn't near the elevator, the room we got was nothing like the pictures. Perhaps because we booked through Trip.com, the hotel gave us a room with dusty walls, an old bathtub, and dilapidated decor throughout. When we complained at the front desk, they reluctantly agreed to switch our room, a stark contrast to their attitude on our first day of check-in.

The entire hotel feels like a time capsule from the 1970s — not in a charming retro way, but in a severely run-down and neglected state.
Service was mediocre at best. No one explained that housekeeping requests had to be made before 2 PM, so when I asked later in the day, I was simply told it was too late.

Given the hotel's location in downtown Susukino, free parking is a great plus. The room, bathroom, and restroom were all clean, spacious, and immaculately tidy. The towels were high-quality and sturdy, the nightwear was clean, and there was a microwave and mini-refrigerator, plus two 550ml bottles of natural water from Mt. Daisetsuzan, which was a welcome addition. The bathtub was irregularly triangular, so even if you stretched out the legs, it was too long to reach the floor. Bubbles came out from eight different locations at the bottom, and six-color LED lights illuminated the sides, creating a beautiful effect. The ceiling lights were off, but turning off the bubble switch turned the ceiling lights on. Judging from the amenities and hotel decor, it seems like a former love hotel, so free parking makes sense. The only downside was that it was 32 degrees Celsius in Sapporo that day, and the room's air conditioning only ventilated, with a weak output. When I inquired at the front desk, they provided a portable fan-type cooler with water and ice packs. Perhaps the area lacks air conditioning. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is a plus. Within walking distance to convenient store and many eating places
Room reasonably size, we have tatami style, no complains, we slept well
There is a nice seafood restaurant just besides the hotel, where we feasted on king crab, love it !

Stayed in many hotels in Sapporo before. But its my 1st time staying in Annex. I am in love. Stayed in basic double room and its huge. Almosy 2 times bigger than most hotels i have stayed beforw. Perfect..
