Pros:
1. Located next to Hokkaido University in a safe residential area, making it ideal for those visiting the university.
2. Close to the subway, only a 12-minute ride to the city center.
3. Rooms come with a private washing machine and dryer.
4. Reliable and well-organized due to its Japanese management system.
5. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs.
Cons:
1. Far from the main tourist hub in the city center, which means fewer convenient amenities for travelers.
2. No restaurants or fast food options nearby.
3. Room cleaning only happens once every five days. It felt like the bedsheets weren't changed for five days, making the hygiene feel poor during a five-day stay.
4. During winter, the sidewalks nearby aren't completely de-iced, making them very slippery and prone to falls.
5. Breakfast is just a slice of toast, not worth purchasing.

Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking. So sleeps were not that comfortable. The size of the room overall is much bigger for sure. Didn't use much of other hotel facilities

The room was very spacious, equipped with a sofa, washing machine, dryer, and a sink. The service was also excellent. However, the heating wasn't very strong, which might be due to the room's large size.

Since the accommodation was for students taking exams, I thought it would have been nice to have a study room.

The room is clean, small and well-equipped. The staff is very service-oriented. The hotel is easy to find, but it is a little harder to find at night, unlike in China, without obvious light signs. I asked a guy on the way, who was very polite and personally took me to find the hotel. I had a good impression and will stay here again next time.

This hotel is suitable for the traveler who's traveling alone. In room has TV, toilet, kettle, wardrobe, air purifier, heater, table, chair, mini table, and free wifi. At there no cleaning along day when you stay. However, they have many facilities at lobby room you can take them to use.

No one cleaned the room during the stay of less than 5 days. Towels can be picked up at the front desk and used towels are placed in the cabinet at the elevator entrance.

The room is relatively small, so it is not recommended for tall people. The bathroom is a raised type, so it is not recommended for people with inconvenient legs and feet. Also, the bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.
Overall, this is a hotel suitable for short-term stays by students near Hokkaido University. It is clean and has a washer and dryer, although we did not use it. There is a Lawson store downstairs.

Very convenient no-frills business hotel right next to the metro station, also close to the university. Decently sized room too. Not a luxurious hotel by any means, but convenient and clean!
