I stayed here for the first day and the last three days of my Hokkaido trip. The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient for transportation. It's close to Nakajima Park, which was great for playing in the snow. They even offered free sleds and snow play tools at the entrance. Overall, I had a good experience. I'm especially grateful to the round-faced Japanese gentleman in the restaurant who provided very timely help when my child had a nosebleed during breakfast. That definitely added to my positive impression of this hotel. All in all, the hotel is very convenient and a great choice.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nakajima Park, just three subway stops from Sapporo Station and one stop from Susukino. However, it's actually only a 600-700 meter walk to Susukino, making it very close and handy. Downstairs, there's a highly recommended and affordable yakiniku restaurant that serves delicious food.

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Sapporo seven years ago, and I chose it again this time. I really love this hotel. Its location next to Nakajima Park is fantastic, and there are several convenience stores nearby. It's also an easy walk to Susukino, which is very convenient. The staff service is excellent as always, and the hotel rooms are larger than most in Japan. The only slight issue this time was that our room was close to the elevator, so it got a bit noisy when guests passed by late at night.

Excellent stay in Ibis Sapporo. Front office staffs are very helpful. The housekeeping staffs are very efficient. Highly recommended to all travelers to Sapporo.

The Ibis Styles Sapporo offers incredible value for money! It's super close to Nakajima-koen subway station, and within walking distance of Susukino, Odori Park, Sapporo Station, and the Daimaru department store area. There are tons of restaurants nearby, making it extremely convenient for getting around. For Japan, the rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and even offer a park view. The heating is good and doesn't dry out the air. As our first stop on our Hokkaido trip, choosing Ibis Styles was a great decision – the service was attentive, the front desk staff could provide directions in Chinese, and you could even get free freshly ground coffee. It's perfect whether you're sightseeing or just passing through; definitely a top recommendation!

I had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Hotel Sapporo during my trip to Hokkaido.
The location is excellent — close to the Susukino area, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and the subway.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, much larger than most city hotels in Japan.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant.
The hotel also provides convenient parking and luggage storage, which made our road trip so much easier.
We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches in the room.
After long days exploring Sapporo and nearby attractions, it felt like coming home.
Overall, it’s great value for money and ideal for families or travelers visiting Hokkaido.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Sapporo!

Hotel was fine but basic, which is expected with an IBIS.  Location was fine near the metro and in walking distance of centre / area to get food.
The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, which was disappointing.  Room was a good size for a couple and had a coffee maker.  There was no safe, which resulted us using my suitcase to store valuables, like our laptop etc.  Surprised a 3* plus hotel does not have a safe in the rooms. 

I stayed 3 nights and like my last comments, room is big but the room is little dated. This time i was able to get the parking right at the hotel which was very nice as it cost 1500Yen and it is reserved for all 3days so i can get in and out without paying everytime.
