Room was really nice and clean, nice location too near sapporo station, only con i can think of is toiletries were not that plenty

The location is very convenient, and the grand reception lobby makes a strong first impression. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel just 300m walk from Sapporo station, very convenient. The hotel is very clean and new. The staff was very kind and helpful. Can understand English. We stay in Twin room, 25m2 size, suitable for 2people. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was convenient store with many restaurant and shops on the opposite site of hotel. We recommend this for those who want to stay near the JR station.

Everything is very good. At lobby there are coffee/cocoa machine and microwave to use for free, and 1 glass of wine/sake per person is free per stay. TV is on the table side next to bed. 7/11 is just 2 min walk. JR Sapporo station and subway station are within 5-6 min walk.

The location is great, even with a lot of luggage, it was manageable. The room was also generally clean. Worth it.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. It is close to Sapporo TV Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The staff are very kind and friendly. It’s a highly recommended hotel.

It was pretty good! I could borrow an umbrella when it rained, and the coffee machine in the lobby could make hot chocolate. There were also two complimentary glasses of wine, but unfortunately, it wasn't plum wine. The white and red wines were just okay, nothing special.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. The room is spacious enough, and they even provide drinks and alcohol. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety every day. I especially loved the seafood congee, sashimi platter, Pacific saury, and sesame spinach, haha!

The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station, and there are convenience stores just a short walk in either direction. My child got sick and threw up in the middle of the night. After contacting Trip.com, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a room change for us. In the morning, the front desk spent over half an hour assisting us with contacting a hospital and emergency services. We're so grateful for their help! When we checked out, they even asked if my child was feeling better. I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the Japanese service industry.
