The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the restaurant on the first floor is also excellent.

Hokkaido is beautiful, and the hotel's location right in Tanukikoji is perfect. On snowy days, you can just use the back exit to go shopping. We booked a twin room, and there was enough space to open two 28-inch suitcases. During our stay, they would come to empty the trash and replenish bathroom amenities. There's an Ichiran Ramen right across the street, and a direct airport bus stop opposite the Abest Hotel, which is super convenient.

The room was clean, in a fantastic location and the restaurant was great (though a lot of the options were already gone one hour before breakfast ending)

This hotel is in a very convenient location, with a back exit leading directly to Tanukikoji. It's very clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite good, with the toilet and shower separated. The front desk staff were all very warm and polite, except for one short-haired lady on my check-out day who didn't even greet me, which was a bit off-putting. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay for more than five days; I stayed for three, and they just emptied the trash and changed the towels daily. The hotel breakfast was quite expensive, so I skipped it. Overall, it's still a good place.

Nice view from my room, staff very helpful.. Love the location, big win for traveller who stroll around susukino.. Will back to this hotel when I travel to sapporo again!

The front of house team was excellent too, they helped me organise retrieval of my iPad that I misplaced at the previous hotel I stayed in. They went out of their way to do so, especially the assistant manager. She was very kind. Thank you very much.

Location is superb and also the parking(1,300yen)- opposite of hotel,from 12pm to 12pm was awesome!
