Hotel near nakajima koen subway station. Lawson convenient store just around the corner. Overall stay ok. However checking time is 4pm.
The light in the middle of the bed not working. Ask them to change but no feedback.
Last time I stayed, it was excellent, but this time it felt like the hotel was going crazy... A hotel this big no longer offers luggage storage? The front desk staff are still very nice, but now they just don't have anything available.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station 🚉, and there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs. For dining, you can walk all the way to Susukino. Nakajima Park, which is beautiful in winter, is also nearby. However, the room had a strange smell. When I reported it, they wouldn't let me check out, so I was stuck with the smell for two days. Ctrip's mediation service was very...
i booked a family room but i got the smoking room. the room really smelled of cigarettes, not good for children
Close to the bustling area of Susukino and right by the park. Very dated and could be cleaner. I submitted details before arrival and had to enter these again when checking in.

Great location, nice Japanese style rooms, and very friendly owners!
Fantastic owner. Really friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy.
Located the center of Sapporo. Close to both Oodori and Susukino. Convenience store near by. Pretty cats.
Stayed in Japanese room and really liked the terrace part of the room, very poor wifi connection in my room, the owner is always at the front and is very helpful and speaks English fluently.

I especially loved that the room had an oil heater! I'm sensitive to air conditioning drafts, so that was a huge relief. Even without the AC on, it stayed warm and cozy, even when it was below freezing outside. Although the building is old, the facilities and plumbing were new and clean, which made my stay very satisfying!
Super comfortable stay for 4 nights, Japanese style room is not big, but enough for my 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely great value for a wonderful start to every day of my trip. Plus there is a hot spring pool, cool🛀. The counter staff was polite, to thank them for helping me book the mountain stream return express bus. 🙇
The location is convenient, very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The only drawback is that the double bed is a bit small and the room is not soundproof. Everything else is good.
there’s a massaging room and free rent comics! Such a good facility and the restaurant make a good dishes, thank you so much, it’s perfect
Nice staff, clean rooms, eco friendly, women-only floor 💙
Awsome hotel in sapporo, even though the room is small but have lots of add on facilities such as public bath, comic book corner, massage chair, and lots item on loan.

Sapporo, 5 Chome-1-1 Kita 24 Jonishi, Kita Ward (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It was a hotel with a Showa/Heisei feel!
The stay was good, but I didn't expect the washing machine in this hotel to be so abstract. You need to set the functions manually, and if you don't pick up the clothes on time after washing, you need to call the front desk to pick them up because it will automatically lock.
The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, the location was good, and it was convenient for eating out.
Stayed for five consecutive days, the hotel looks old, the door is opened with a key, it has a sense of age. The hotel has all the necessary facilities. The room is big. The hotel staff's English is not very good. It is recommended to use a translator to communicate more. The breakfast is OK, I recommend ordering Western food, and you can drink as much as you want, including coffee, tea, juice, etc
The hotel service is OK, but the problem is that it is too old. The whole hotel seems to be left over from the last century. Coupled with the 60-year-old enthusiastic old man at the front desk, and the remote location, listen to me, if you travel in Sapporo, it is better to stay near Tanukikoji
The hotel room is considered large in Japan. We were 3 people and the hotel provided us with a separate sofa bed. There are also many food stalls near the hotel, which is very convenient. It is 3 subway stations away from Sapporo Station. Convenient transportation.

The staff provided quite good service.
The location is close to Hokkaido University, a bit out of the way. You can walk to Sapporo Station, but there's no underground shopping street nearby. One male staff member, after realizing we didn't speak Japanese, became very rude and inexplicably lost his temper with us. The room was also very small and had no heating.
This place is near Kita-Juni-Jo Station. It's a bit of a walk from Hakodate Station, but if the weather's bad, you can just take the subway. The staff are very polite and friendly. For the price, getting breakfast included is an amazing deal! They don't clean the room every day, but they do empty the trash and change towels (just leave them by the door). I actually prefer this kind of service. All...
Convenient location and walking distance to Sapporo JR station. Staff spoke limited english but were genuinely sweet and friendly. Will book again.
It was very comfortable, the room was warm, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious too:)
Aside from one unfriendly receptionist, the stay was quite comfortable. The young male staff at the front desk were very friendly, and the female staff at the restaurant were also very welcoming. The eggs at breakfast were delicious! The location is a bit remote and inconvenient.

I've been here a few times and it was beautiful! Illumination is also quite a thing! It was the best.
We booked this hotel after our AirBnB cancelled on us 9 days before arrival. All the hotels in central Sapporo were incredibly expensive by this point, except this one. We LOVED this hotel. It looks like an aquarium when you walk in and there are so many toiletries in the room which get replaced every day such as heavenly sheet masks and warming eye masks. We loved relaxing in the whirlpool bath...

Best location, front office 24h, the room is clean
Although it was on the second floor and the decor was a bit old, it was very clean and had a meticulously maintained feel. Due to the snowstorm and JR service disruptions, I had to stay overnight. Initially, I didn't know how to navigate the underground passage and made a mess of the floor. Finally, a university student kindly helped me find my way and carry my luggage. I was so grateful! The front...
It's close to Sapporo Station and a convenience store. The staff are polite and will greet you when you return home and the elevator closes.
It's a short walk from Sendai Station and in the heart of the tourist area. The hotel is a bit old, but the bathroom smells. The elevator is on the second floor, so you have to climb the stairs to carry heavy luggage. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage and then check in and have it taken to your room. When you leave the room, you have to leave your key, which is a bit of...

The location was great, and it was larger and more comfortable than I expected. On the downside, the shower room was a little small, about the size of a telephone booth, but I'd definitely stay here again.
Very handy facility and practical location. The facility is very well equipped. They have everything we needed. A bit far from the center but very near to the station. But as it’s located alongside of the railway, it’s quite noisy and you can’t open windows as people pass by in a meter away. A bit complicated to check in and out, that was not the best thing about this place.
Nice place, with free parking onsite. It's under the JR line, but we are barely heard the noise from the trains. Our family very much enjoyed the entertainment area.
Not a bad stay for a family of 4 with vehicle. Guess the property aged, some item was spoil, like kettle, bed divider etc. during checkin, abit dusty, but overall still not bad.
Cute & Cosy My family & I had a wonderful time staying at the mobile cabin. It was like a tiny home with all the amenities that we needed. It was quiet & peaceful although it was situated next to the train track. There was a fantastic Italian restaurant & takeout fried chicken shop nearby. We will be back!
It was great just a little rumble from the trains but nothing too bad.

Due to its size, it has air conditioning even in the summer, and I visit it every year as a group. There are many unique items inside the building, which is great for anime and special effects fans. There is a public bath nearby that is open until late, so it is convenient for groups. Since I visit every year, I always receive special service and am grateful for the thoughtfulness.
As the first stop in Japan, it is generally OK, like a family hotel, very close to the subway station, with a strong sense of age, but also a feature, tatami. I found that the Japanese service is generally very clean and exquisite. The kerosene heater in the room is very strong. Please remind everyone not to move around, and the plug cannot be unplugged.
The landlord is very welcoming and close to the subway station. But the facilities are very old
I often use this place, and the information and photos are quite old, so I wrote a review. It's close enough to the center that I get the impression that many people stay for multiple nights, as do I. In the summer, it's often booked exclusively for groups, and the inn is unique, with the owner's tastes reflected everywhere. I think the culmination of this is the Gundam Bar (Colony) on the first floor...
friendly staff and the location is near subway station
It had parking and was in a quiet location. The guest room was beautiful, but the shower curtain of the unit bath was short, and it was a bit disappointing that water would come out when the child entered. It seems that you can play games for 10 or 30 yen, but it ends at 19:00 and you can't use it in the morning, so it felt like you couldn't play if you didn't check in early. The staff were all nice...

This stay completely exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the staff's professional and friendly service attitude; check-in was incredibly quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant decor. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of both the bathroom and the bed – absolutely no strange...
The room was spacious and comfortable.
Very big room with limited features. Suitable for the night stay with big families of 4 or 5. Good location near food n shopping areas. Only for those who do not need much services and only for overnight stay as it does not seems to be like a hotel.
Not recommended for families with small children who need more than one room, they are unable to accommodate to our request to arrange for our rooms to be on the same floor despite emailing them earlier. I stayed in this hotel twice during my trip and they were unable to give me rooms on the same floor both times, very disappointed with their service
It's almost like a no frill hotel. You don't get daily room service or a big gym and swimming pool. But the staffs are ready to help if you have questions. There's laundry machines and dryers which are operated with coins, that's all we need for amenities. Location is great, just about 10-15 minutes walk to shopping street in the city. Room was big, clean and everything functions properly. We had a...
It was close to Susukino Station and there were convenience stores and marts nearby, so it was convenient!! The room was bigger than I thought, and there was a refrigerator, range, and sink, so I could cook~~ I think I'll come back again next time!!

The warm ambiance of the house, so place was so neat, the owner will make you feel welcome during your stay 🫶🏼🙇🏻‍♀️
This was my first solo trip abroad, and I didn't have much money (^^), so I looked for a guesthouse instead of a hotel! Cleanliness is always a top priority, so I searched and searched until I finally found Ocho Guesthouse. The cleanliness and service were both top-notch! Great place to stay in Sapporo. It's in a calm neighbourhood, but you can reach the city centre quickly by taking the tram, which is only a 5-minute walk away. There's a Luup bicycle rental station one block away, which is also convenient at night, just make sure to set up the app beforehand. Check-in was easy, and the owner showed me around and explained how everything works. There are hangers, shelves...
The owners are the loveliest people. They put so much effort into making sure everyone is enjoying their stay. The breakfast they offer every morning is really nice bread from a bakery, the shower rooms/bathrooms have everything you'll need (hairdryer, makeup pads etc) I'll definitely return!
It was very clean and the host's hospitality was great. Thank you!
Thanks to Eric for the hospitality. Thanks to Michi for the hospitality. We stayed at Ocho the second night. Eric enthusiastically introduced many interesting places. We talked a lot. It felt like home. The sanitary environment was very clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend it next time.

I stayed in a co-ed dorm, and everyone was quiet and respectful, which was great. My only concern was that the heater made the air dry, which hurt my throat, but otherwise, it was comfortable and problem-free. The coffee and bread were delicious.
I appreciated that check-in is until 11pm. I was a little worried about the room temperature since it was winter, but both the first floor and my room were heated, so it was warm. There are two shower rooms, a washing machine, and a copier. Breakfast is served from 8am, and they toast bread for you. They provide peanut butter, jam, chocolate cream, honey, and more, which you can help yourself to....
Free luggage storage after check out just only before 4pm or will be charged. Overall is ok.
The toast at breakfast was all-you-can-eat, freshly baked and delicious. I'd like to come back if I have the opportunity.
Very good youth hostel, It is clean and quiet. I didn't expect it to be so good at first. There is a refrigerator for cooking, paid laundry service, and toothbrushes for sale and towels for rent. Toast is also provided for breakfast He sells hand brewed coffee. Residents can enjoy discounts. I personally think the price is cheap.
The owner was very friendly, and the interior had a great atmosphere. There's a shared kitchen and shower facilities, and a washing machine is available for 200 yen. There's a free breakfast, and the owner will bake bread for you if you ask.

There is no reception to help us check in. It's all online. The room is quite spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet area.
Although the hotel is a bit far from Sapporo Station, about 10 minutes away, the surrounding environment is good. The front desk staff is not in the hotel. There is only one iPad at the front desk. When you enter the hotel, you have to use the hotel iPad's Skype to communicate and check in. It is an interesting experience. It would be great if the hotel had a washing machine and dryer.
The room was super unexpected and super satisfying! Four people were staying. I thought there would be four single beds, but it turned out to be four double beds. I think the range of activities is enough for six people Individually packaged lotions are also provided to guests. The CP value is great. Recommended to everyone.
This hotel is cool ! No man hotel, everything done with on line. Location is good as near to JR Sapporo station and easy to walk around to Susukino area
I stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance.
