Sapporo, 4 Chome-1-2 Minami 9 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive; there are many amenities on the first floor, and you can even borrow snow-playing tools from the front desk.
Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good; everything is cleaned thoroughly.
Environment: The environment is pretty nice, with several convenience stores nearby.
Service: The service is quite good.
Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat). The room was quite spacious. The hotel is conveniently located right across from Nakajima Park and the subway station, and it's also very close to Susukino. Bottled water was provided in the...
This was our first night's transit hotel, and while it didn't have a hot spring bath, it was right across from Nakajima Park. Seeing such a beautiful view right after landing completely melted away the chill. I booked a double room; it was a bit small but very clean. The toiletries were good quality, and breakfast was decent.
I booked a single room and found it to be a decent size with all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication a breeze. On the first floor, there's a lobby with drinks and snacks, plus a self-service counter for essentials like razors. Further down a corridor, you'll find the laundry room with dryers, which was very convenient. My room was...
The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great, very close to Nakajima Park. It was perfect for going downstairs to play in the snow when it snowed heavily. All in all, it was fantastic. The room was tidy and clean, and the service was good.
Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather.
Not only she assisted cleaning...

This is my second year staying at this hotel in Sapporo, and the main reason I chose it again is its convenient location, which works perfectly for my personal travel needs. Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly adequate for one person, and it's nice and warm, which is great for someone like me who tends to feel the cold. I want to specifically highlight the service I received during this...
It was a decent room, small but comfortable beds. Good location in susukino, and yet quiet enough to have a good sleep.
The breakfast was very poor, just boiled eggs and some cold and hard toasts and pastries. You can have something better for the same price in any cafe around.
The staff was not the most friendly either, the first guy I met when I arrived was very helpful and lovely but the ladies...
Although it's only 600 meters from Sapporo Station, the paths were covered in ice shards, making it very difficult to pull luggage, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere. The single room was tiny; it was hard to move around with two suitcases open. The most frustrating part was that the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Breakfast only consisted of bread and soup curry, which I wouldn't recommend buying...
If you enjoy walking, this location is absolutely fantastic! Most nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance, and it was great that the bus stop and Sapporo Station were also close by.
However, it was a shame that the front desk service varied significantly depending on the staff member. Some were very polite, while others provided only minimal service without even making eye contact....
The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus. If I ever come back to Sapporo, I'd definitely stay here again.
The room was a bit small, but well-maintained and clean. However, the location was super convenient, very close to Sapporo Station. It's only a 3-minute walk from the subway exit, making it perfect for solo travelers or those taking the JR to other destinations.

The hotel is small but beautiful and has everything you need. It's very close to Sapporo Station, which makes it super convenient for getting around. Luckily, we didn't encounter any blizzards, so our travel wasn't delayed and everything went smoothly.
We are very satisfied and comfortable stay 6nights at this hotel; It's nearby jr station, convenient shop & restaurants, we will choose stay here again next time because reasonable price and provided coffee/tea bag/facial cleanser/toner/cream/etc....
Good hotel with nice location. good hospitality, the laundry need to improve.
There is a Family Mart opposite of the hotel, Lawson & 7-eleven are also nearby. Few attractions such as 大通塔, 狸小路商街 are also within 10-15 minutes walking distance. JR Sapporo within 10 minutes walk without luggage. Considered a great location.
The room was incredibly clean and tidy. Its compact size actually gave me a lovely sense of security and coziness.
The hotel breakfast was perfect for energizing me for the day ahead, and the fried noodles were especially delicious.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It's situated perfectly between Sapporo Station and Odori Park, making it easy to walk everywhere. While...

The location is a bit far from the subway station, but acceptable. It can be tiring if you're dragging luggage. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. There were hairs on the floor in the room. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very spacious, which I absolutely loved. There are also many dining options downstairs, and it's not far to walk to Nakajima Park. Very good overall
We were there January 2026.
Wonderful winter, wonderful snows that no words can describe.
Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN!
Congrats Rembrandt!
They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room. And they tidy up the rooms everyday during our 3days stay.
Theres window to view the snows.
They also provide coffee making...
I knew the location was in Susukino, but I never expected it to be right in the middle of a ton of *hostess clubs*, with a love hotel right next door. Even the taxi driver was confused and asked me what I was doing going there.
The price was undeniably cheap, and the hotel is typical Japanese three-star quality. However, unlike other hotels, they don't provide disposable amenities on the ground floor...
We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have...
The room was quite spacious, though unfortunately, it was a bit far from the subway station. However, there are plenty of food options nearby, so it was still pretty convenient. It was really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good.
Good breakfast selection. Cozy room. Carpark next to the hotel was great with carpark charges. Several convenient shops around the hotel.

Great location. Services with friend and room is cleasiness.Have a space for easy dinning and free drinking&snack.
Room was rather clean, however the room was kinda small for 3 +1 family. Nonetheless the location was fantastic.
The staff at the restaurant are not polite enough, but so far is satisfactory. It was a bit stinky on the 2nd floor.
The hotel location was great! It's can be accessed directly from the tanukikoji shopping street. Room space was big, we able to open 2 luggages at the same time. The free bath and welcome drinks were so good. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we go Hokkaido next round.
I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but I was honestly very disappointed. The soundproofing was terrible — I could hear every noise throughout the night and couldn’t sleep at all. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing; the food was dry, cold, and tasted like it might have been leftovers from the previous day.
The only positive point is the location, which is convenient for shopping...
We booked two rooms for a family of four. First, the location is strategic, they have a back door leading straight to Tanukikoji shopping street. Second, the service is attentive. They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5.

I have to give a big shout-out to the hotel's service! The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The location was convenient, yet quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. It was a very satisfying stay!
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the JR station, and there are many convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room size is just right, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Highly recommended.
Hotel service: Excellent! We arrived before check-in time, but the lobby staff were incredibly friendly and politely stored our luggage. When we returned, our bags were already in the room. Thumbs up! 👍
This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. Hokkaido's Former Government Building is right across the street, and Hokkaido University is a short walk behind the hotel.
The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully explained everything about the hotel. The hotel breakfast can also be exchanged for a fish market breakfast – just confirm with the front desk. They were very helpful...
Food superb with varied choices. Amenities are provided at the lobby. Clean and friendly staff
The room was a bit small, but there was still space to open a suitcase. There's a public bath and a coin-operated laundry facility with dryers. The location is quite convenient, not far from the JR station's south exit, and close to the Hokkaido Government Office. I even caught a police band performance while walking by. It was very convenient from the staion and bus terminal. Also a lot of nearby attraction like odori park, sapporo clock tower, and others. The room is spacious for a typical japanese hotel.
Everything was great overall, but the hotel breakfast only offered two set options, which was a bit basic.
Facilities: The hot water from the sink was consistently very weak, almost like there was no hot water at all, which was quite inconvenient.
Hygiene: The cleanliness was acceptable.
Environment: The surrounding area was good, close to the subway station, and the nearby shopping district was very convenient.
Service: The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and easy to communicate with.
The hotel is about 500 meters from JR Sapporo Station, and overall it's pretty good and clean. However, my window faced a wall, and the room didn't seem to have a fresh air system. Still, it offers excellent value for money.
Really nice, great location, amenities were great
Though room is small but for one person is fine. Room is new and neat. Pillow should give another one extra. Breakfast is good. 5min Walking distance to the airport express bus stop (Ana Crowne Plaza Hotel) and 5 min walk to the Odori Train Station. But location is slightly away from the Eatery area except the Lawson convenient store, just a few steps away.

Location was excellent. Very close to the bus stop for buses arriving from Chitose airport and noboribetsu. Easy walk to Sapporo station.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Onsen was nice, although I don’t think it’s mineral onsen water. More of a hot water public bath but it was fun and relaxing nonetheless.
They have a library of popular manga in Japanese.
Room was clean and comfortable and had everything...
Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing. There's a large public bath and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the basement level. It's super convenient for getting to the JR station and exploring Aomori at night.
The room isn't huge, but it's big enough to fit two 28-inch suitcases. The sink is outside the bathroom. The hot spring pool downstairs is tiny and I wouldn't recommend it – it didn't seem very clean and had a lot of hair in it. The hotel's location is decent, quite close to Exit 24 of Sapporo Station, and there's a convenience store nearby. There's also a good set-menu restaurant right next door....
Even though 'JR' is in the hotel's name, it's not actually that close to the JR station – about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel. If convenience for getting around is a top priority for you, I wouldn't really recommend this place, especially if you're hauling luggage in snowy weather.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Sapporo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself is quite spacious for this type of hotel, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a large and comfortable onsen (hot spring bath) that's perfect for unwinding after a long journey.
Good location in downtown Sapporo. Excellent concierge service.

Location: From Exit S1 of Apia Underground Shopping Street, it's just two traffic lights away, about a two to three-minute walk on the surface. The location is great.
Service: My child wanted to take a bath, but the cleaning staff had already left for the day. A handsome guy with big eyes at the front desk re-cleaned the bathtub for us. We really appreciate it!
Cons: The breakfast selection is limited...
Really good location good and clean hotel

The room was very clean. Toiletries and skincare products are available downstairs. The convenience store is very close to the hotel, less than 100 meters away. It's also not far from the TV Tower and the Big Buddha.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sapporo Station. The hot springs on the second floor were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant, including soup curry.
This hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station. Although it's not a large hotel, it has an elegant atmosphere and the front desk service is very welcoming. This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even with three of us and our luggage open, there was still plenty of room to move around.
Breakfast was also very good.
Good location. With Japanese public bath. Serve free ice cream. Nice breakfast.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need. The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor...

Best of all, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!
When I first entered the hotel room, my initial impression wasn't great; some of the furniture looked a bit old. However, after staying for two weeks, I grew to love it more and more. We always stay in Dormy inn if we travel to Japan. We love the onsen, the free ice cream , and yummy ramen as supper every night. Hotel breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the price you paid. Overall we love it and will definitely visit again.
Great stay, comfortable hotel and very pleasant amenities . The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub . Be mentally prepared for those annoying tourists .

The hotel room was a bit small, but the hot spring was fantastic. The location right in Tanukikoji 6 was super convenient. After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen.

Key is a very cute touch. Employees were friendly and accommodating.
Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.
Polite and English speaking front desk staff.
Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan.
Renovation needed.
Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.
Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room.
However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns:
1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat. I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe.
2. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them.
3. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped...
I really loved the hotel's location, right across from the Old City Hall, and just a block away from the Sapporo Station underground passage, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was very simple; by 9:30 AM, there was practically nothing left to eat. The overall environment was quite good. The room key was very unique.

A no-frills hotel. Note that this hotel is NOT connected to the station. Rooms are small. Amenities are to be taken from the first floor. Room has one window but since it's very close to the tracks, they have a thick sliding door to block out the sound.

Location need to walk 20 mins to susukino pole town. Front line service need to improve. Not so friendly. Room nice, clean and comfortable
Good location and nice service !
We enjoyed our stay there in the family room for family of 4. Spacious, clean and well maintained bathroom. I had sound sleep with the bed provided. The Hotel was kind enough to send my phone forgotten in the room with a courier service. Train station is within 5-7 mins walking distance and it is convenient to explore Sapporo from here.
During our recent family stay, we appreciated the spaciousness of our room. However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our comfort and safety. The lift doors closed very quickly and hit us on several occasions, which was alarming. For families, having two double beds in such a large room would be a much more practical configuration. Furthermore, the inability to adjust the centralized air conditioning...

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, it felt like a luxurious Japanese feast. The hotel's back exit opens right onto Tanukikoji, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The only minor drawback was the slightly small bathroom for the room type I booked, but other than that, everything was perfect. The hotel also feels very new.

Always loved to having a washing machine in the room, keep my clothes clean during my trip. A reservation at TokyuStay hotel series is a must!
Great stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good choice for staying in Sapporo.
The room was great! I was a bit worried about Japanese hotel rooms being too small, but this one was perfect and very comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the cleaning staff spoke Chinese, which made communication so much easier for us.
Facilities: Excellent, the in-room washing machine was super useful and even came with detergent.
Cleanliness: As always, Japanese hotels are impeccably clean.
Environment: The hotel is very well-maintained.
Service: Absolutely top-notch, and they even offer complimentary drinks on the first floor every day.
Excellent hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't huge, but they have everything you need. They offer a complimentary welcome drink every day. The location is super convenient, really close to the subway and also near Sapporo Station. I'd definitely recommend it to friends!
Ambiance: Great.

Very nice rooms, fantastic staff. The onsen is great.
Modest accomodations. Great service. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Great outdoor onsen with one big pool and two individual tubs. Iron rich mineral bath inside and outside. Water is as hot as Beppu.
Good price with a hot spring, the location isn't the most convenient but still within a 10 mins walk to the bus/train stops we needed to use. The rooms looked a little bit outdated but have all you'd need. Good for just staying for skii trips or short visit in Sapporo.
Nice hotel just abit far from train station
This was a nice hotel. It seemed a little old fashioned on decor but more modern than many western hotels. Room was spacious (twin room). Pillows in room were a little hard with some sort of grain in them (may have good postural pillows, though) BUT there is a pillow menu in the hotel lobby if you wish to change your pillows. The hotel is a little out of the way, though.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. Parking is just 1 block away. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Card key for each floor. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am . Vending machines and microwaves and eating area available. Amenities are provided. Safe and easy to find. Lockers are under the bed.
Fantastic location in Hokkaido near absolutely everything . Onsen is extremely good and rates are an excellent deal for solo travelers . Highly recommended for short stay . Staff is very nice and very pleasant stay. I will return:
First off, the environment was great, and the facilities felt like a proper hotel. The deluxe single capsule space was also very comfortable. However, my room key, which was in its holder, went missing from my bed! When I went to check out after freshening up, I found the key holder empty. I retraced my steps for dozens of meters, but couldn't find it anywhere. I strongly suspect someone stole it when...
This capsule hotel really exceeded my expectations, and it even has a hot spring bath! I booked a deluxe mini-room, and the whole stay was incredibly quiet.
Extremely comfortable, conveniently located, affordable, clean, and even has a hot spring!

We stayed in a standard triple room for a night on 29 July out of 5 hotels in Hokkaido that we had pre-booked and we all agreed that this is the best value hotel which we should have stayed longer instead of switching to another hotel (where room price was double) at the Tanuki Koji shopping arcade after our return from Furano. We like this hotel for the following:- Room was clean, large and spacious...
Staying this hotel the night before we are flying back to Malaysia. The hotel’s layout and decoration is simple and modern. The rate is very competitive. Overall, the experience with this hotel was pleasant. Location: The hotel location is great. It is very close to Susukino where you can shopping and also having your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper) there. Odori park is about 10-1...
It was a rare APA hotel with a Japanese-style room.
As it was a Japanese-style room, the room was spacious.
I was on a business trip for a week and had a lot of luggage, so the spaciousness was very good.
It's close to Susukino Station, so it's nice to be able to sightsee and eat until late. I'd like to use it again when I go to Sapporo.
