the room was so comfy and clean, the staff are very hospitable, a top-notch hotel I must say. loved the shower had two heads, one from the ceiling and the other handheld.
This is a new hotel chain. they have 2 inside sapporo. this one is a little further away from main street. could be a little bit of luggage dragging if u r coming off airport bus. but service was good. standard budget hotel room size. bathroom quite well equipped. nice water pressure and soap smell very good. overall worth the price.
Clean nice and comfortable. Very convenient as well as there is a lawson just across the street. Breakfast was good and filled with varieties. This hotel has no free parking thou.
Quite small rooms but extremely clean and comfortable! I stayed here in November and after a bit of a walk from the station, we found the hotel all lit up opposite a convenience store. The hotel itself is still very new and all of the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Rooms are small but can easily fit large luggage and the bathroom was roomy for a budget hotel. It is located slightly...

Lobby was big. Rooms were clean and spacious and onsen at 9th floor was also nice. You have to your own amenities at the lobby. Most importantly parking is available.
Booked 2 rooms, Annex and main building side. Good size of the rooms for double beds. Car parking fees at the basement is 1500yen per night.
Room is clean and come with Laundry, reception is helpful help for call the taxi everytime, location just little far abit from town
Close to the arcade undercover trip of Sapporo main tourist district. Decent sizing of rooms. Very handy laundry, dryer level along with spa, sauna and cold plunge. Thoroughly enjoyed the washes which made my day after being out all day. Super market around the corner and under rated ramen store too serving flavoursome chicken ramen. Very happy with stay which was complimented with free coffee in lobby...
room is super big compared to other hotel in Sapporo
Room in new building is new and nice
No need to bring amentes Has all skin care and tea and coffee all day long.
Onsen is no good. too small and no view at all.
breakfast is ok but too small and not much choices.
overall, room is good.
bad thing is too far from Attraction.
but will this price Should not be complain.
It was a perfect getaway spot. Calm, clean and great location walking distance to the main area.
A lot of good food area this area.

The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean. The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks...
Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.
Everything is nice to me but the size of the room.
Clean and convenient to food and grocery but room was very small, not able to move around after opening the luggage.
good location and very clean. But small room, No lobby for meeting a friend, but cafe which I should buy a drink to seat on it.
No exception for buying a cafe. salty BF.
All of my team complained with this hotel for the reason above.
No recommend to my friends.
Location is hard to get in if it’s snowing or raining but fairly central. Staff look like they don’t want to be there nor help you, it’s like you owe them to be a guest like whaaaat. Very small rooms but I guess that’s normal for Japan?

The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access.
Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk...
1. Affordable Price & High Value: Prices are relatively low compared to similar hotels in Japan, especially advantageous in major cities or near train stations.
2. Convenient Location: Most locations are close to JR/subway stations, within a 5-10 minute walk, making travel very convenient.
3. Clean and Standardized Rooms: Although not large, rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities (bed, desk...
This was my first time staying here because it was cheap, but it was clean enough for a room only stay and I felt safe staying there.
Also, the drinks in the vending machines were cheap, which was nice.
Although it's close to Exit 21 of the underground passage, there's no elevator; it's recommended to use Exit 24, which has an elevator. The hotel is located in a small alley next to the ANA Crown Hotel. The bed was a bit firm.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A complimentary breakfast is included with the stay; while the selection is limited, everything is delicious. For those driving, there is a private parking lot nearby, but please note that it's open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you're leaving at 7:30 AM like I was, and your flight requires an early departure, you won...
The location, breakfast and staff really great, but the room was small and the bed an pillow…the worst i’ve ever slept in.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was spotless and well-equipped, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were wonderfully welcoming and professional; they were always quick to help with any issues, which made us feel completely at home. We'll definitely choose...
The rooms not too big not too small. But just comfortable for sleeping and luggage bags only. Overall recommended for the location!!!
The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping. The environment is very clean and tidy, and the room facilities are quite new. Highly recommended!
The hotel room was much bigger than I expected. There was enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. It felt great! The location is also good, right in the city center. Plus, there's a delicious dumpling place nearby!
I booked this place based on good reviews, but I was extremely disappointed.
The toilet hygiene needs serious improvement.
The bidet on the smart toilet was incredibly dirty. After I peed and used the bidet, as soon as I pressed the button, I immediately smelled feces. At first, I thought it was the drain, but my gut told me otherwise. I shifted my body forward, turned around, and looked at the bidet...
The location is so close to the centre of Susukino and there are a lot of restaurants nearby too.

It's located in the center of town, making it easy to get around. There's a convenience store right in front, which is convenient for shopping at night.
Pretty good location. Nicely decorated. The rooms are small, too small. I can't a place to open my travel suitcase.
It's near the JR Sapporo station and bus station. Also, the staff is quite nice and know to speak a little bit English. The room is tidy.
The rooms are small, but affordable. It has everything you need for your stay, wifi included. The staff is very professional and spoke english when I had some problems understanding.

Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money.
Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room. I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room. I imagine a non...
Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.
The room is very clean but little bit small; the parking lots have to be booked earlier as always fully booked; the breakfast buffet is cheap and nice..
Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.
This was my second stay here. It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen. The best part is the afternoon tea 🍵 – it's perfect for sipping coffee ☕ and relaxing. Definitely avoid the smoking rooms; they smell terrible and haven...
Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was in the middle of susukino and was a 5 min walk to susukino train station.
The room was a little small, typical of a Japanese hotel in the prime area.
Convenient location!! Convenience store everywhere and near Nikka sign
Nice place to stay and quite convenient to Susukino station and Cocono Susukino mall too
Location is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is not tidy daily. Breakfast is cold
Has an elevator car parking space, not free, snow wont be a problem.
Room is very small with a very limited space even to keep your luggage, the window watches on the next building and can’t be open. Staff barely speak English and they are not polite. Funded hair and dust in the bed

Good Points
- The staff were polite and friendly.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
- All rooms have amenities like humidifiers, air purifiers, and washlets, but I didn't use them.
- Access is convenient, a 3-minute walk from Nishi 18-chome Subway Station and a 1-minute walk from Nishi 15-chome Tram Station, but it's a bit far.
- Parking is available for four cars, and is free on a first...
The hotel photos are completely different from the actual hotel. I feel cheated! Fortunately, the hotel service is OK, but the hardware is very old.
I made an emergency reservation, but the service was good and I felt comfortable.
It was a bit difficult because there was nothing nearby, but I guess that's unavoidable.
That was great.
I go to the hospital often, so it was really convenient that it was right across the street from the hospital.
It was nice because it was clean and friendly, but I had to walk a long way from the station.
One of the secret weapons of Sapporo! I was so happy to find Hamilton. If you are a gamer, you have to come here. Very special vibe, super professional and friendly staff, hotel is in a good location between two Kombini and a fun bar open late and you just feel cozy staying here. Thank you for a great stay!

The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to understand. The staff were also very considerate, which was great. The only downside was that there was no hotel guide in the room, and the instructions for things like adjusting the room temperature were in small letters that were hard to read. I think it would have been nice if there were at least some large letters for those kinds of instructions...
The hot spring facilities are great for soothing your tired body. The downtown area is within walking distance, so it's very convenient.
It was nice to have a large public bath.
I think it's very good because it's always safe and reliable♪
The parking information is especially smooth and easy even in winter🌸anytime〜
I'm very satisfied, I'm very satisfied🌸
The bath is even better🌸

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The location was also excellent!
Spacious room, friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay very much
The hotel has no consideration in early check inn since you are from a long travel. Food has few selection in breakfast to offer. The room is appreciated very clean and all is in good condition.
The bathroom and other areas were very well cleaned. It was fine if you just wanted to sleep, but there was a simple desk so I don't think it was suitable for work.
Although the room is a bit small, the two 1.4-meter beds in the double room are comfortable to sleep in. Although the breakfast is the same, the quality is good. There is a girl named Ri Gao at the front desk who provides excellent service. The other two girls are either unfamiliar with the business or have a hard attitude. It is a ten-minute walk from Exit 4 of the North-South Line of the subway,...

There is also the Sapporo Clock Tower nearby.
The facilities are old, but there is no problem if you are just staying overnight.

Firstly, this is my second time for me to stay in this hotel, the location is not far from JR Sapporo and convenient store. The room is ok as standard Japanese hotel.
Secondly, the breakfast is really good.
Thirdly, the price also reasonable
The best part of this hotel is definitely location ( only 500m from Sapporo station) and also their delicious breakfast ( really enjoyed sashimi and salmon roe)
But the room itself was so small and old, can't say it was very clean as well. It's totally fine hotel for a night or two, but wouldn't be comfortable for a longer stay
convenient and cosy hotel. sufficient for 3 pax, although a little difficult to open luggages - but then again that's the standard in japan. will stay again!

Very nice staff, clean rooms, all required amenities.
Clean spacious rooms compared to many other Japanese hotels. Nice breakfast with good selection of at least Japanese style breakfast. Better coffee than many other Japanese hotels. Was a pleasant surprise that the hotel was that good for the price paid.
We stayed here during the snow festival and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good too! It was a short walk from both the snow festival and Susukino, so I would say the location was nice as well!
when I visited this hotel, it was very busy season. almostly no room to choose in Sapporo at that time. so it cost a little bit high. but morning meal was good and its location is good.

Spacious compare with other city hotels. Staff are helpful and pleasant. A convenience store is nearby and no restaurants are around. However, short walk to Susukino where lot of eateries.
It's not bad if you're traveling solo and just need a place to sleep, though the transportation is a bit inconvenient. However, considering you can walk to Sapporo Station in about 30 minutes, it's not too bad. There's also a park nearby, which is great for walks.
Clean and great customer service.
The hotel is great! The front desk service was excellent. They were very enthusiastic about helping guests solve problems and were always polite. They'd greet everyone they met with a "Good morning," which made for a really pleasant experience.
It's a short walk from Nakajima Park.
Just be careful during the snow season.
It's very close to Exit 3 of the station, and the park is beautiful.
The hotel service was excellent.
They provided microwaves, iced drinks.
The hotel is about a 5-7 minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station Exit 3. If there's snow and you have a lot of luggage, it might take a bit longer. The hotel seems to have been renovated. The standard business room is small, as expected for a Japanese hotel, but it's very comfortable. There was no room cleaning during my stay, but fresh towels were provided daily. great hotel, location is a bit further from the main city but walkable to susukino! good amenities and friendly staff
Connecting room is perfect for the family of four. You also get 2 baths. Our rooms ere cleaned everyday. Brekfast is also good. Way going to hotel, is a challenge due to icy paths, please wear your spikes.
Hotel is 10 mins away from the subway
However , the cleaning is every 3 nights so need to consider.
Sapporo-Hokkaido, a nice city with so much to offer! Everything was more than adequate and Smile Hotel can truly put a Smile on your face! One thing I do like to have is a bathtub, which the room didn't have but the shower was upgraded, the room large compared to some Western style rooms.
There is a very nice onsen within walking distance from the hotel. You're a short walking distance to subway...
The hotel's location is great, very close to the city center, about a 15-minute walk. The front desk service was excellent and very attentive, always willing to help. There's a Lawson convenience store right across from the main entrance, which is super convenient.

Great location.
An older hotel but well maintained.
You get an actual key for you room, not a card key.
You can leave it at the front desk when you leave the hotel so you don’t need to walk around with it. Just need to collect it when you come back.
Overall good.
We got big room with city view. Easy for muslim to pray with the room size. location is superb just near to the city, can access by walking distance. Bus stop just near the hotel, very easy if u want to take bus from hotel to chitose airport.
The hotel is very close to Odori Subway Station, and Sapporo Station is also within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, even featuring sweet shrimp tempura. Tanukikoji shopping street is right next door, and Nijo Market is also within walking distance.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the alleyways. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop view is fantastic. They offer 24-hour check-in, which is very convenient for late arrivals. The beds are quite comfortable and spacious. Overall, very good.
The hotel location is very near “Tanuki street”, Odori metro station, a few monorail station, Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. There are the bus direct to go to Otaru, Niseko too!! Nest hotel staff are polite and friendly too! Numerous eating place and convenience stores everywhere
The room was very quiet, with ample spacing between rooms. The hotel breakfast was a delightful surprise—Japanese-style—with fresh sashimi, sweet shrimp, tempura, seafood rice bowls, and more, all served early in the morning. This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.
Delicious breakfast and friendly service.
It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.
The location was just perfect as it’s nearby the metro station, easier for mobility
Overall, it was pretty good, but on the last night, they didn't provide the bathmat I usually place outside the bathroom door to dry my feet.
This hotel is super easy to find! It's right there as soon as you exit Nakajima-koen Station (Exit 2). There's also a 7-Eleven on the way, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport is just about a 5-minute walk, making it a really convenient location. It's only 2-3 stops from Sapporo Station and Odori via the Namboku subway line, so access is excellent. I'd definitely like to stay here again!
