This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.

Delicious breakfast and friendly service.

It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.

The location was just perfect as it’s nearby the metro station, easier for mobility

Overall, it was pretty good, but on the last night, they didn't provide the bathmat I usually place outside the bathroom door to dry my feet.

This hotel is super easy to find! It's right there as soon as you exit Nakajima-koen Station (Exit 2). There's also a 7-Eleven on the way, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport is just about a 5-minute walk, making it a really convenient location. It's only 2-3 stops from Sapporo Station and Odori via the Namboku subway line, so access is excellent. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

The service was very polite and the single room was clean and spacious! I would like to stay here again when I go to Hokkaido!

I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.

Breakfast is free, and I was surprised at how delicious the broth was for dishes like Nikujaga (meat and potato stew) and Oyako-ni (chicken and egg stew). There was a wide variety of food, and coffee was available in the room, so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay here again ^ ^

Not far from Sapporo Station. The breakfast was good, and they provided plastic box to take food back to your room.

Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.

The staff cant speak english at all. Check in and check out with passport and so easy, the location near from the Sapporo station. The room was tiny but spacious. Maybe i’ll come back for the next journey at Sapporo👍

It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable.

The staff were polite and efficient from check-in to check-out, and requests were handled promptly.

The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station and directly opposite Hokkaido University, making it super convenient for transportation and exploring the area.

Fair but location is quite near to the convenience store. For solo traveler is okay.

Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator...

The room size was decent. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is quite handy. They don't allow early check-in, not even by an hour, unless you pay an extra fee. It's hotel policy, so I understand.

The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.

I really loved the hotel's location, right across from the Old City Hall, and just a block away from the Sapporo Station underground passage, making transportation incredibly convenient. This was my second stay here. It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to understand. The staff were also very considerate, which was great. The only downside was that there was no hotel guide in the room, and the instructions for things like adjusting the room temperature were in small letters that were hard to read. The hot spring facilities are great for soothing your tired body. The downtown area is within walking distance, so it's very convenient.

The room was spacious enough with plenty of space for luggage. It would be much better if the lighting was warm yellow. There are many small supermarkets nearby. From 3 PM to 10 PM, they offer welcome drinks, including various hot coffee flavors and several cold beverages, which are at least bottled drink quality. The breakfast tasted really good.

Connecting room is perfect for the family of four. You also get 2 baths. Our rooms ere cleaned everyday. Brekfast is also good. Way going to hotel, is a challenge due to icy paths, please wear your spikes.

This was a nice cosy place that was fairly close to the subway~ Amenities were good (we had some free nice wine & beer during their daily alcohol hour) & we had enough room space to open 2 luggages!

The room was slightly congested. It was also a bit congested and somewhat of a hassle to walk to the hotel from the market area during snowfall. Otherwise, everything was good.

The room looks exactly like the pictures, maybe a tiny bit smaller. The parking lot isn't great; it's right on the street and you definitely need a reservation. Otherwise, there's another one nearby that's a little pricier. There's also a Lawson convenience store about a 7-8 minute walk away. The only downside is that there are no smoking rooms.
