The room wasn't big, but it had everything I needed. I was traveling alone, and the hotel was conveniently located right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which is a great shopping area
During the Snow Festival, it wasn't particularly expensive. There's a coffee machine and vending machines on the second floor
The receptionists were also very helpful! Overall, I recommend it!
While there was no cleaning service for consecutive nights, clean towels were provided at the door each morning. The hotel was conveniently located near Tanukikoji 7-chome. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to
The accommodation now has Wifi 👍🏻
Located at one end of Tanukikoji Commercial Street, there are hundreds of shops at the entrance, including ramen, barbecue, convenience stores, Don Quijote, duty-free medicines, and video game centers
Sapporo, 15 Odorinishi Chuo Ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I often use this place, and the information and photos are quite old, so I wrote a review. It's close enough to the center that I get the impression that many people stay for multiple nights, as do I
In the summer, it's often booked exclusively for groups, and the inn is unique, with the owner's tastes reflected everywhere. I think the culmination of this is the Gundam Bar (Colony) on the first floor
I found that the Japanese service is generally very clean and exquisite. The kerosene heater in the room is very strong. Please remind everyone not to move around, and the plug cannot be unplugged
As the first stop in Japan, it is generally OK, like a family hotel, very close to the subway station, with a strong sense of age, but also a feature, tatami
The landlord is very welcoming and close to the subway station. But the facilities are very old
It's also cheaper than other places, so it's worth a visit
Sapporo, 1-4-1-5 Teinehoncho Teineku (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Besides the best part was that it was right next to the JR station and bus stop, very convenient access to Teine ski resort!🏂
I booked for 3 nights at first; however I really enjoyed staying here so I extended one more day
Though it was not a modern, fancy hotel, it is clean. Also the staff cleaned up the room every day. They couldn’t speak English very well but they were kind and willing to help
One of the best hotel i Japan so far
The only option in Teine. In saying that he staff were fantastic, the breakfast was like a home cooked meal and the rooms comfortable.
Sapporo, 1 Chome-13-4 Minami 1 Jonishi, Chuo, 060-0061 Sapporo, Hokkaydo, Yaponiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was extremely clean and the room was very comfortable — I slept really well! The location is also fantastic and super convenient for getting around
Good experience with Tokyu Stay! Good location, good amenities, friendly staff and everyday can get unlimited free drink!
The location is convenient, but be careful not to confuse the two Tokyu hotels as they are very close to each other
As always, the rooms are on the small side. It's also close to Nijo Market. Overall, the location is good
Great location near shopping area, Odori Park and Nijo fish market in walking distance.
The free apple juice at the front desk every day is a great touch! It's also not far from the airport limousine bus stop, making travel easy. There's a popular soup curry restaurant nearby which is pretty good
Sapporo, 26-2, Minami 2-jo Nishi 5-chome, Chuo, 060-0062 Sapporo, Hokkaydo, Yaponiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is truly exceptional, right in the bustling heart of the city. It's just a short walk to the famous Tanukikoji shopping arcade, making both getting around and shopping incredibly convenient
After several days of exploring, you can easily wash and dry dirty clothes, keeping things clean and hassle-free. And if you want to quickly heat up food for a convenient meal, the microwave has you covered
Whether you want to stroll through the streets and soak in the local atmosphere, or browse for unique items and sample local delicacies, you don't have to travel far at all
What's even more delightful is that the hotel rooms are equipped with practical amenities like a washing machine and microwave, perfectly solving everyday travel dilemmas
These thoughtful facilities add a touch of home-like convenience and comfort to your trip
It truly makes for worry-free travel and flexible sightseeing

We just managed to snag the last spot at 6 PM, but maybe it's not as packed outside of Golden Week. It was also nice that we could walk to COCONO SUSUKINO. The kids really enjoyed the bath too!
The hotel wasn't very clean, it actually felt quite dirty. I didn't realize it was located near a red-light district, which is something to be aware of if you're traveling with children
We have three kids, so I was worried about being right in the middle of Susukino, but the hotel was a good distance away and having parking right in front was really convenient
Self sufficient with washing machine, ample sleeping area in their family suite. Nice bathroom and separate loo area. Paid parking just opposite at 1000yen for 24hrs. 10mins walk to major shopping areas and restaurants
The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and it's good value for money.
There's laundry machines and dryers which are operated with coins, that's all we need for amenities. Location is great, just about 10-15 minutes walk to shopping street in the city
Sapporo, 8-2-1,Minami 6-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was spacious for what we paid (very competitive price). The staff were very patient and helpful despite us knowing almost no Japanese
when I visited this hotel, it was very busy season. almostly no room to choose in Sapporo at that time. so it cost a little bit high. but morning meal was good and its location is good.
Incredible Sapporo hotel to stay with families and couple. My rooms were spacious for 4 people, their hospitality and kind of are top tier
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good too! It was a short walk from both the snow festival and Susukino, so I would say the location was nice as well!
Service is considered good based on my experience, but if I would be very strict with hotel requirements, I would come hard on the cleaning housekeeping requirement, because I was being told by a slightly older male receptionist that housekeeping can only be done every 3 days once (to me it feels like I just paid for a service apartment hostel) perhaps maybe they have shortage of cleaning staff, busy...

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, the interior feels new and modern, and the female staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderfully comfortable stay
Located next to Gumsi subway station, this hotel is well-equipped with amenities including a kitchen, washing machine, and heating
It was incredibly convenient having convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and we really appreciated that cooking utensils were already provided in the room, so we didn't have to bother the front desk
She also recommended another onsen nearer and followed up when she saw me the next day. The room was warm and big, loved the bath system. Do note that they only have a traditional tv, not a smart one
I had to find an emergency place to stay due to snow cancellations of all flights at Shin Chitose, but once I finally stepped into this hotel room after all the chaos it felt like I was at home
My room was spacious, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, leaving me completely satisfied. This has certainly become one of my top hotels, and I would love to stay here again
Sapporo, South 13, West 8, 1-2, Chuo-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The cleanliness and service were both top-notch!
The location is a bit far from the bustling Susukino Station,
but it's near Nakajima Park and a quiet residential area, so it was actually quite relaxing and wonderful!
The owners are a married couple, and they were incredibly kind and helpful!
Being my first trip abroad, it was an especially precious memory
It’s not exactly close to the bus/tram stops or the subway station (if you have bigger heavier luggages, that might be an issue) however, it’s walkable distance to convenient store and superstore, so if you would like to cook something light, they have a kitchen there for you to use as well
There's a Luup bicycle rental station one block away, which is also convenient at night, just make sure to set up the app beforehand. Check-in was easy, and the owner showed me around and explained how everything works
Thanks to Eric for the hospitality. Thanks to Michi for the hospitality. We stayed at Ocho the second night. Eric enthusiastically introduced many interesting places. The sanitary environment was very clean and tidy
There are hangers, shelves and a locker in the room for every bed. The owners also had some great tips on what to see in the area. There's a small breakfast and free cookies. Guests were quiet and respectful
The breakfast they offer every morning is really nice bread from a bakery, the shower rooms/bathrooms have everything you'll need (hairdryer, makeup pads etc)
I'll definitely return!

There are two shower rooms, a washing machine, and a copier. Breakfast is served from 8am, and they toast bread for you. They provide peanut butter, jam, chocolate cream, honey, and more, which you can help yourself to
There were two other people having breakfast, and they also ordered cafe au lait. When I opened my lid, they had made latte art for me, which was very comforting. The guesthouse had a lovely atmosphere
I appreciated that check-in is until 11pm. I was a little worried about the room temperature since it was winter, but both the first floor and my room were heated, so it was warm
When I checked in, the owner recommended the cafe au lait, so I ordered one that morning and it was absolutely delicious. Guests can order drinks for 300 yen
Very good youth hostel, It is clean and quiet. I didn't expect it to be so good at first. There is a refrigerator for cooking, paid laundry service, and toothbrushes for sale and towels for rent
I stayed in a co-ed dorm, and everyone was quiet and respectful, which was great. My only concern was that the heater made the air dry, which hurt my throat, but otherwise, it was comfortable and problem-free
Sapporo, 4-5-4 Minami 5 Jonishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Clean and tidy, with a shower room and laundry facilities. It offers decent value for money, though the lockers are a bit small.
It was nice that the female and male rooms and elevators were separated. It was also nice that the sleeping area was separate from the lockers, so there were no noise in the sleeping area.
Everything was great, it was just a little disappointing that the staff didn't speak English.
However, there are some things to note regarding luggage storage: you have to call the hotel on check-in day to open the door before you can store your luggage, and on check-out day, you can't store luggage because the main door is locked (and it seems there might be a fee)
The hotel was clean overall, and other guests were quiet, making for a pleasant stay. I hardly ever ran into other guests in the shower or restroom, so it was never crowded
I had a lot of luggage, so I had to be careful when opening my suitcase
Sapporo, Kita 18-jo Nishi 4-chome 1-8 Kita-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was cosy and not costly, great location and i think i would rec it to others if youre looking for sort of a backpacker design layout but with your own room
Located right outside 18-jo Station, it's very convenient for subway users and those who have business at Hokkaido University. The staff were very friendly and the explanations were easy to understand
The location is great. In font the station.
The reception staff were very kind and helpful. It's located very close to Hokkaido University. Another important advantage of the location is it's just in front of the metro station
Female toilets not on every floor. Had less amenities than I would have liked..
However, the lock (combination padlock) is unlocked at first, so you can find out other people's numbers if you want to. This is a small security hole, so I hope the management will consider doing something about it

Very Nice location and Staff are very friendly .
All the staff were very patient and enthusiastic. They helped us solve problems such as the expiration of suica and the shuttle reservation for the next hotel. I really don't know what to do without the help of the hotel
I felt the warmth of family in a foreign country. The room is very Japanese-style, and the bath is also very comfortable. It eliminates the fatigue of the day and experiences a different feeling
The warmth of the reception staff makes people feel relaxed. The environment is also very clean and tidy, and you can see the care of the cleaning staff.
They were very kind and the rooms were clean and nice. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and very nice! I want to come back again!
