Capsule Hotel CityCabin Susukino in Sapporo

Very quiet! The hygiene was excellent and everything was clean. A great first experience staying in a capsule hotel.

The facilities were very clean and it was quiet at night, making for a very comfortable overall experience. However, there are some things to note regarding luggage storage: you have to call the hotel on check-in day to open the door before you can store your luggage, and on check-out day, you can't store luggage because the main door is locked (and it seems there might be a fee). This was quite inconvenient. Still, considering it's just a capsule hotel, it's somewhat reasonable.

Everything was great, it was just a little disappointing that the staff didn't speak English.

The hotel was clean overall, and other guests were quiet, making for a pleasant stay. I hardly ever ran into other guests in the shower or restroom, so it was never crowded. I had a lot of luggage, so I had to be careful when opening my suitcase.

Clean and tidy, with a shower room and laundry facilities. It offers decent value for money, though the lockers are a bit small.

It was nice that the female and male rooms and elevators were separated. It was also nice that the sleeping area was separate from the lockers, so there were no noise in the sleeping area.

This hotel is excellent overall, with a superb location just a 4-minute walk from Susukino subway station. All facilities and services are satisfying, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The hotel features separate floors for men and women (including separate elevators and floors), significantly enhancing privacy and safety. The self-check-in system is also very convenient, minimizing unnecessary human contact. ☃️

The hotel provides disposable slippers daily. Although there's no daily room cleaning service, it doesn't affect the overall experience at all. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 7th floor. Guests on this floor are generally very considerate, always tidying up after using public facilities, making the entire floor feel clean and comfortable. The bed in the deluxe room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two people.

The only minor drawback is that you have to continuously press a button to keep the shower running; it doesn't provide continuous water flow once turned on. You need to press it every few tens of seconds, which is a bit inconvenient. 🥹

Everything was great. Despite being a dorm room, I slept well. No noise, good bed, clean. Towels available. And very central.

The place is nice, close to everything. It’s clean. 
The only thing is that because the capsules are made of wood you can just smell the wood. Just one thing for me is that when I tried calling 3 times but no answer as I was hoping to store my luggage but  they didn’t answer.  I waited at the building for at least 30 minutes to see if a front desk can come and help but no luck. So if you are planning to stay here make sure you come at check in time. Overall the place is clean, they have nice staff at the front desk if you see one.

Love this hotel . Close to susukino station (exit 5). Clean and safe for solo traver. High recommend.
