Good service good facility and good location. Near Sapporo station.

Very close to the bus stop for buses arriving from Chitose airport and noboribetsu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsen was nice, although I don’t think it’s mineral onsen water

More of a hot water public bath but it was fun and relaxing nonetheless. They have a library of popular manga in Japanese. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed

There's a large public bath and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the basement level. It's super convenient for getting to the JR station and exploring Aomori at night

The hotel is conveniently located right across from Nakajima Park and the subway station, and it's also very close to Susukino. Bottled water was provided in the room

Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat)

We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather

This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby

The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor

There's also a free public bath on the second floor – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. It's directly across from Yodobashi, and there's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need

Enjoyed my stay at Lifort Hotel Sapporo for 5 nights. The hotel has a 4-star feel, and while the facilities are slightly older, the stay was still comfortable

I stayed here for the first time when I visited the Sapporo Snow Festival. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 3-5 minute walk from Nakajima-Koen Station's Exit 3, right past the Sapporo Park Hotel

There are four APA hotels in Sapporo, so it took me a bit to locate this one. The TKP is perfectly located between Odori Park and Sapporo Station which made walking around and exploring easy

The rooms were small with little room for anything besides a double bed and desk along the wall. Unfortunately the room I stayed in had mysterious streaking stains inside the toilet and was unbearably hot

I was able to turn the heat off before I suffocated, but woke up dry and dehydrated every morning nonetheless. My favorite feature in the room was the light control from the bed frame

The front desk personnel were very helpful. She even helped us book taxis since we had a flight to catch and it was peak hour

The only downside is if u took the limousine bus from airport, you have to drag ur luggage all the way to the hotel … it is nightmare if is winter time where the road is piled up with snow

This hotel is super close to the JR station exit, making the location really convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly well-designed. I was able to open both a 24-inch and a 30-inch suitcase comfortably

Very nice location, very near key places. Adjacent to the hotel is the shopping street, including the 24-hour Don Quijote with just around 50 meter distance, so you can shop late night or early morning

The hotel is conveniently located right off a pedestrian street, just past the restaurant, and there's a drugstore nearby, which was great for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent too

Close but not too close to Susukino. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown while being in a quiet area that has plenty of smaller scale local options. Above all the staff is wonderful

Interestingly the open-air onsen was always empty when I visited but imo it is worth the climb up the stairs. As others have mentioned the breakfast is delicious and satisfying

While the bed did not feel particularly luxurious, it was comfortable and I did not have any trouble sleeping. Pyjamas were provided and so were fresh towels every day

with very good service from the staff the onsen was amazing too for women they got a passcode to enter the women onsen and updated it daily

Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!

In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean

I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The café and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel also have a very nice atmosphere

The check in staff were nice and professional, and there was always at least one who spoke English during my stay. I attempted to check in at approximately 1pm, but was told to come back at the 3pm check in time

This location is right in the heart of everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, and they also offer unlimited drinks at the lobby. We had a wonderful 6-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it.
