Such a wonderful space, I was completely satisfied from start to finish! The lounge was incredibly cozy, and I really enjoyed being able to sip wine and snack on marshmallows there. Absolutely loved it!

This was a nice cosy place that was fairly close to the subway~ Amenities were good (we had some free nice wine & beer during their daily alcohol hour) & we had enough room space to open 2 luggages!

The hotel reception staff were very polite, and the breakfast was good. They even helped me book a taxi late at night. I plan to stay here again.

There's a convenience store nearby, and the room was very clean. The only minor downside is that the front desk staff only speak English. You can pick up toiletries, including razors, on the first floor near the elevator

Fantastic location. Only 5m walks from nearest subway station and a few minutes walks away from odori park. Although we hope that they can improve their amenities since we need to take some soaps at the lobby.

Great Stay in Sapporo! The location of this ryokan is fantastic, with the former Prefectural Government building within walking distance, as well as the train station nearby.

Clean room. Nice location. Budget friendly. Staff is okay. Some are friendly, some are okay. Overall, great stay for a traditional Japanese inn.

It’s breakfast and dinner must be reserved one day before. The room is so big that my husband can’t influence our sleep because he sleeps on the other side. The toilet is relatively small and has a little off-flavors

Although it's close to Exit 21 of the underground passage, there's no elevator; it's recommended to use Exit 24, which has an elevator. The hotel is located in a small alley next to the ANA Crown Hotel

I have stayed there for 6 days. Every morning, we were greeted by the energetic and friendly staff who are preparing the breakfast when we pass by. For every single day, the same amount of energy which makes us feel home

The hotel has an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A complimentary breakfast is included with the stay; while the selection is limited, everything is delicious

The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access

Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days. You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas

The bathroom was tiny, the smallest I've ever seen in a Japanese hotel, but for the very low price, I can't complain

Service wise, the front desk personnel were not the most helpful nor attentive, but they will try to attend to your needs as long as you will ask and be able to communicate with them

Location is a big come on for this hotel. It is like 2-3 minutes walk from the nearest subway station that will connect you to Sapporo coty center, which is just 2 stations away

Its price is half of that of a normal hotel, and it is perfect for those who just want a place to sleep and shower peacefully while traveling. The capsule hotel here has a bed on the upper and lower floors

You can choose to stay in the upper or lower bed. There is a locker near the window for small suitcases. You can set the password lock yourself. It is recommended that the number should not be too simple

Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking. So sleeps were not that comfortable

It felt like the bedsheets weren't changed for five days, making the hygiene feel poor during a five-day stay. During winter, the sidewalks nearby aren't completely de-iced, making them very slippery and prone to falls

Far from the main tourist hub in the city center, which means fewer convenient amenities for travelers. No restaurants or fast food options nearby. Room cleaning only happens once every five days

The best hostel i ever stayed. We booked a double bed. The bed was so comfortable and clean, toilet also clean and the cabin also quite big where u can stand and easy for u to move. Location also great!

One minor issue is that the room door uses a thin curtain, which doesn't do much for soundproofing, so earplugs are recommended if you're a light sleeper

Hotel near nakajima koen subway station. Lawson convenient store just around the corner. Overall stay ok. However checking time is 4pm.

The location is fantastic, with Lawson convenience stores on both sides. The self-service check-in was very convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit old.

Communication F2F was tricky, as using lots of google translate. Messages through tips, take a while for them to reply. Microwave at lobby and level 2

The light in the middle of the bed not working. Ask them to change but no feedback.

But as it’s located alongside of the railway, it’s quite noisy and you can’t open windows as people pass by in a meter away. A bit complicated to check in and out, that was not the best thing about this place

The location was great, and it was larger and more comfortable than I expected. On the downside, the shower room was a little small, about the size of a telephone booth, but I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient, very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The only drawback is that the double bed is a bit small and the room is not soundproof. Everything else is good.

Excellent location for the snow festival, good price and the sento is surprisingly cozy. Washing machines and massage chairs. Also a 7/11 and a Lawson next door resp. 50m away.

I especially loved that the room had an oil heater! I'm sensitive to air conditioning drafts, so that was a huge relief. Even without the AC on, it stayed warm and cozy, even when it was below freezing outside

Super comfortable stay for 4 nights, Japanese style room is not big, but enough for my 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely great value for a wonderful start to every day of my trip

Awsome hotel in sapporo, even though the room is small but have lots of add on facilities such as public bath, comic book corner, massage chair, and lots item on loan.

Plus there is a hot spring pool, cool🛀. The counter staff was polite, to thank them for helping me book the mountain stream return express bus

A microwave is available in every room, so we didn't have to go to the common spaces to use one. The location was good, just a short walk away from the Junijo subway station

I usually stay in a hotel near Susukino, so it cost me a little more to get there, but I was pleased with the view of the Hokkaido University campus from the window and the quietness at night

5 minutes walk to Surugaya & Mandarake Sapporo Norbesa. Very center hotel towards figure selling store locations. Karaage and the Croquettes are Tasty. The Hotel also received and accepted parcels on my behalf
