My stay at Quintessa Hotel Sapporo Susukino this time was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb; it's right in the heart of bustling Susukino, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining
Well located, in the middle of the city, with lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants in 5 minutes, the breakfast was my favorite- lots of choices in a cozy restaurant, the staff speak English
Great location, less than 5mins walk from Exit 5 of Susukino station. Lots of famous and good eateries nearby, Odori station is walking distance too. Hotel room is clean and it has everything we need
The location was very convenient, close to the lively Susukino area, which is great at night. I stayed in a room with a view of the Susukino Ferris Wheel, and the room itself was excellent
Convenient location, nearby the famous nikka sign and surrounded by restaurants and konbini. Will stay here again in the future!
There’s a room where laundry machines, nicotine, water dispenser, ice machines are located
The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining
This hotel is in a very convenient location, with a back exit leading directly to Tanukikoji. It's very clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite good, with the toilet and shower separated
Hokkaido is beautiful, and the hotel's location right in Tanukikoji is perfect. On snowy days, you can just use the back exit to go shopping
Booked for a family of three, staff is amazing and location has all the great things within walking distance !
The room was clean, in a fantastic location and the restaurant was great (though a lot of the options were already gone one hour before breakfast ending)
The view was fantastic! The hotel lives up to its nam
We booked a twin room, and there was enough space to open two 28-inch suitcases. During our stay, they would come to empty the trash and replenish bathroom amenities

Breakfast: An incredible buffet selection and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in Japan. Location: Perfect for exploring Sapporo as walkable to central, can easily get taxi or close to train stations
Sapporo review
Upon arrival you are greeted by staff with hot tea and chocolate. Which after a 13 hour flight and going through customs was such a nice gesture to start our vacation
LGBTQ+: As an LGBTQ+ friendly hotel, we felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hokkaido!
While parking is limited, planning ahead makes it manageable. The hotel is ideally located, with a wide range of shopping options just moments away
The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi
There is staff through out the lobby area to help you with anything and are very kind and always greet you when you enter the area. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western styles, and everything tasted amazing

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Compared to other hotels, this one offers more space and wider beds, probably two 1.5-meter beds. It's also within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station.
The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk from Sapporo Station and also very close to Odori, all within walking distance
Excellent location! It's within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and very close to the subway station. The cleanliness is also top-notch, exceptionally clean
Nice location.
There is convenient stores nearby
10 min walk to the station
The environment is nice, and the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious! It was bigger than any other hotel room I've stayed in Japan, which was a pleasant surprise
The facilities and amenities are quite complete, and the humidifier, which is crucial for me, worked perfectly. The front desk staff were also very friendly
Sapporo, Kotoni 3-jo 1-chome, Nishi-ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
room size is bigger than expected. immaculately clean as you would expect from any hotels in Japan. location is superb, 5 mins walk to train station
The hotel is conveniently located just two stops from JR Sapporo Station, at Kotoni Station, with direct access from the station. However, on days with heavy snowfall, train service might be unavailable
The hotel staff were friendly and able to communicate in English. Although the hotel feels a bit dated, it's generally decent
I stayed here for business. The quiet environment allowed me to sleep soundly.
The location was good and the front desk staff were courteous. I will definitely stay here again.
I was glad that ReFa was available for rental for 500 yen.
We were forced to rent another room, or we wouldn't be allowed to stay, and we couldn't cancel our booking since it was already the day of arrival. The hotel manager was very rigid and insisted we add another room
Sapporo, Nishi 4-2-1, Minami 7-jo, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The stuff was friendly. When I arrived the stuff come out and guided me to the nearest parking. The room is small but good enough. The location is close to susukino. Overall, good bang for the buck.
The location is great if you wish to be near restaurants and shopping area since its 4-5min walk to Susukino. They have facilities on separate floors, it's a plus if you will stay in the floor with these
Good Location, near shopping area.
Easy to go club and restaurant.
Staff are very nice.
A cosy apartment that was cheap and able to satisfy the demands of what we were after.
Comfortable shower and provides POLA products for toiletries!
We booked a room with 2 single beds and it is rather spacious. .location is good, easy access to anywhere.
Clean, comfortable, with heating, and reasonably priced. I'd definitely stay here again. On the last day, after checking out, we stored our luggage until the evening to pick it up, and there was no extra charge

Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex)
Nice service, good breakfast (specially the omelette), rooms are clean and not noisy, close to plenty of restaurants and location super convenient. Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel!
Good location near Susukino station right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, near Ichiran & Ippudo if you like the ramen
I stayed here for two nights and it was a great choice for anyone planning to visit Sapporo. The hotel is located in a tourist hotspot, with many restaurant options nearby
Not so far from Nakajima park, probably 20 mins walk from Sapporo station, so if you have many luggage probably better take airport bus or just rent car at the airport :)
Second time in Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex, maintains the standard and service. Love the simplicity and got all the basics I need for a smooth and quiet stay.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's acceptable if you're taking taxis. It's a very basic hotel option.
The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels
The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious! Plus, the facilities are amazing—all at such an affordable price! This place truly exceeded all my expectations!
Wow, I have to share my incredible experience at this hotel! It's absolutely beyond anything I expected
I went there during the peak season of the snow festival
The hotel is quite far from the city center. The room was fine.

Rooms are about standard size for a hotel in major Japanese city. But the location was pretty nice, a brief 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Odori park and access to major subway lines.
Service was good too.
It is located slightly out of the way, but it's only a short walk to Susukino
Very good hotel, rooms are clean and staff is nice and accomodating. The location is good but a little far from any public transport
this one is a little further away from main street. could be a little bit of luggage dragging if u r coming off airport bus. standard budget hotel room size. nice water pressure and soap smell very good
The hotel itself is still very new and all of the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Rooms are small but can easily fit large luggage and the bathroom was roomy for a budget hotel
Quite small rooms but extremely clean and comfortable! I stayed here in November and after a bit of a walk from the station, we found the hotel all lit up opposite a convenience store
Sapporo, 5-26-1 Minaminijonishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We got big room with city view. Easy for muslim to pray with the room size. location is superb just near to the city, can access by walking distance
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the alleyways. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop view is fantastic. They offer 24-hour check-in, which is very convenient for late arrivals
The hotel location is very near “Tanuki street”, Odori metro station, a few monorail station, Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower
The hotel is very close to Odori Subway Station, and Sapporo Station is also within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, even featuring sweet shrimp tempura
The hotel breakfast was a delightful surprise—Japanese-style—with fresh sashimi, sweet shrimp, tempura, seafood rice bowls, and more, all served early in the morning
There are the bus direct to go to Otaru, Niseko too!! Nest hotel staff are polite and friendly too! Numerous eating place and convenience stores everywhere
Sapporo, 4-5 Minami Kujo Nishi, Chuo-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location was just perfect as it’s nearby the metro station, easier for mobility
This hotel is ideally located, just a 3-minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station and close to the Susukino entertainment district. Despite being near the nightlife, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep
There's also a 7-Eleven on the way, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport is just about a 5-minute walk, making it a really convenient location
It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.
Overall, it was pretty good, but on the last night, they didn't provide the bathmat I usually place outside the bathroom door to dry my feet.
For dining, you can find anything you want in Susukino, and having a Seicomart right in front of the hotel is incredibly convenient

Enjoy d stay during my winter vacation in Sapporo.
I thought the hotel was close to Nishi 11-chome subway station, but it was quite a walk. There aren't many buses to Sapporo Station, but there is a bus stop opposite the hotel, so it's best to take the bus
I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.
It was nice that it had a large public bath and free breakfast.
The location was a little inconvenient.
The service was very polite and the single room was clean and spacious! I would like to stay here again when I go to Hokkaido!
The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel price was cheaper than hotels of the same level in Sapporo, so I'd like to stay there again next time I go

The staff cant speak english at all. Check in and check out with passport and so easy, the location near from the Sapporo station. The room was tiny but spacious. Maybe i’ll come back for the next journey at Sapporo👍
It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room
When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable
Overall, perfect 👌🏽 great location, walking distance to Sapporo station. Clean and beautiful room, equipped with so many basic necessities. Great Japanese breakfast, Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Not far from Sapporo Station. The breakfast was good, and they provided plastic box to take food back to your room.
Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.

The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean
The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks away
Great location and perfect ambience for someone who wants some quiet moments. Coffee is excellent.
Fair but location is quite near to the convenience store.
For solo traveler is okay.
It's located in the shopping district, and you'll be a little worried on the way to check-in in the middle of the night, but once you get inside, you'll find a wonderful space
Everything is nice to me but the size of the room.

Service was really good. Everyone were really helpful despite the communication barrier. Definitely will book here whenever I'm visiting susukino in future.
Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money. Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room
I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room
I imagine a non-smoking room would be much better. Service: The service attitude was also very good. Overall, I can give it a high rating
Time for men is petty brutal. However, the price we pay for is too good to have public bath in this location. Even without the public bath, I will stay pick this hotel in my future visit
Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.

Excellent customer service. Staff assisted us in figuring out how to ship luggage back to home country. Also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out. Onsen was excellent
I think it's very good because it's always safe and reliable♪
The parking information is especially smooth and easy even in winter🌸anytime〜
I'm very satisfied, I'm very satisfied🌸
The bath is even better🌸
If you're staying in Sapporo, I definitely recommend this place♪
Used their public Onsen only not the rooms. Absolutely fantastic experience, with a visit when in sapporo
Prices range from 1210 yen onwards. Depends on the outside temperature
The hot spring facilities are great for soothing your tired body. The downtown area is within walking distance, so it's very convenient.
com… the hotel is in the Susukino area that plenty of food and drinking place… Donki is at less than 10 minutes walk from hotel…
Few hotel in Sapporo with hot spring… room very large like 30sq ft and with breakfast included in got good price by booking

The location is super close to Tanukikoji, and from there, you can easily walk through the underground shopping street to Susukino or Sapporo Station
The room was somewhat clean overall, but quite old. The location is good. Considering the price isn't expensive, you can't expect too much.
The location is a little further out than some other hotels I had stayed in, but it was a very pleasant experience overall. Shower pressure was incredible! Bed was reasonably comfortable
From 3 PM to 10 PM, they offer welcome drinks, including various hot coffee flavors and several cold beverages, which are at least bottled drink quality. The breakfast tasted really good
The room amenities are a bit dated, but I find that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Still, it was good – there was a bedside lamp, a radio, and a heater switch
The front desk staff were also excellent; they were very patient and accommodating when I needed to store my luggage, and their translation device worked perfectly

Check in and check out process was smooth, staff polite, friendly, no issues at all!
For airport access - if you have bags - it MIGHT be easier to take the orange Tozai line to/from the station right next to the hotel, Nishi Juitchome, and change at Oyachi to the airport bus (cash only)
We preferred this with bags on arrival (evening time, no same day bag sending was possible). Use Airporter for same day bag delivery to airport, they work with APA and must have bags ready in lobby at 9a
Very newly opened property near Odori Park. Everything about the hotel and my room feels very fresh and clean. If you have stayed in other APA hotels, then this one shouldn't be much different
It was around a 10-15 minute walk to Susukino and the main shopping street, hence the lower price, but that’s totally ok. About a 20 minute walk via underground passage to Sapporo Station
Stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival and it was at least 100$ cheaper per night than other area hotels. Brand new, spotless, and exactly what you know and expect from APA
Kind and friendly staff all around. Complimentary breakfast was provided by the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor, and it was decent
Great location, simple breakfast and very efficient checkin process.
Affordable. Staff is kind and accomodating.
The guest room facilities seemed old, but the walls were not torn and it was well cleaned. There is no power outlet next to the pillow, so it is best to bring an extension cord if possible
There is a free breakfast, and the bread was delicious. There is a machine that dispenses juice and soup, and it is self-service. Check-in and check-out are done by machine
