We spent 4 lovely days on Amami island. A wonderful quiet place with amazing nature and beaches. We have been fortunate to stay at Thida moon, a simple but very cosy place. We had the freshly rebuilt suite mountain view

None the less, excellent beach view, great staff, a ver nice onsen and SAUNA (finally) and an outdoor pool

Very nice food. The room was clean and the service was very good. The staff was extremely friendly. I strongly recommend the grill at the terrace, when the weather allows. It is a but pricy, but totally worth it.

Dishes in the night is very well. just for several persons for at the same time. If dont want it use,,you can use cleaned bath tab in your room. Slow day you can keep your time sleeping with silent

This hotel is front of east side occian of amami. When you stay you charge occan view room. You will watch grate sun rising from offshore on the blue sea. The room furniture is well wood used

It’s an amazing room, we just regret the view on the parking. If you are fortunate to have a see view room, you’ll love it. Special kudos on food, everything is fresh and extremely delicate

Dinner is served as multi-course meal - which was AWESOME! Private natural hot springs bath overlooking the ocean (ocean is literally few steps from the room). Great golf courses nearby as well

There is also a private beach at an affiliated store nearby I enjoyed it. Thank you for your best memories

This is a must place to visit/stay when you are around Osaka

The ocean view right in front of the hotel was incredibly beautiful, and I was so moved by the sky full of stars at night. I even saw a shooting star! Thank you so much. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hot spring, view and service Room is clean, tidy, big and comfortable. Hot spring is really nice with excellent view at night. You can easily see many stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are incredible

The hotel introduction clearly stated that every morning there is a free shuttle bus to Kansan Station (other hotels have), in the lobby asked the young female employee, she ran to ask the male manager, the manager said to her a few words with a stinking face, she told us with an apologetic face that there was no shuttle bus please go out and take the bus

Beautiful full ocean views in a small, very well kept traditional Japanese-style hotel. Very clean and nicely furnished. Wonderful kaiseki meals with fresh local fish and unique dishes

Should a hotel with such specifications teach all employees to use mobile translation software instead of swearing at guests to speak a bunch of Japanese in anticipation of a miraculous understanding? Breakfast was indeed good, but the motivation to get up so early came from the beautiful view outside the restaurant window, which unfortunately did not enjoy for two days because we did not arrange for...

Best of all, the hotel room was literally two steps away from a staircase that led directly to the beach, making it feel like our own private beach 🏖️

The hotel is located on the seaside and has a private beach (rocky beach). There is a private hot spring on the terrace of the room. It feels very relaxing to soak in the hot spring while looking at the seaside

The room we chose was fantastic! It had a private tub, so we could enjoy a hot spring bath right in our room. Both breakfast and dinner were incredibly generous

Although it is not accessible by public transportation, the room faces the private beach, which is very satisfying

The room is equipped with a private bath, and you can watch the sea while bathing, which is one of the great pleasures in life. The Spanish-Japanese fusion dish in the evening, with A5 Wagyu beef, was awesome

The 1-berth and 2-food arrangement is very rich and comfortable. Even if it rains heavily, I waited until my family arrived. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away by car

The rooms are open and comfortable, Next time I came here in summer and was overwhelmed with the desire to enjoy the pool and private beach in my room

Rooms consists of small individual villas with private pools and patio. One of the upsides were that the best beach in Miyako is a stone’s throw away

I liked the decor of the reception, the scent and the ambiance of the bathroom, so it was a fun stay. The breakfast and dinners were also very tasty and it was good to have the half board plan

Our stay at VILLABU Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience

It was nice to have a solid private villa. When I was there, the waves on the beach were strong, so I thought it would be better to go to another beach if you are not confident in swimming

Loved the gorgeous ocean view from the room, the spacious backyard and the pool in the backyard. The private beach was very quiet and secluded

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in order to explore the area. We had room 7 which was a corner room with a view of the beach and a bath overlooking the beach which was absolutely wonderful

The room was very spacious and light, with all mod coms you need, even a Dyson hairdryer. It was very clean and well serviced with towels, water, coffee pods and toiletries

From the very first moment, you can feel that they care about making tourists feel comfortable. The cuisine is interesting and worth trying. I recommend booking dinner in advance. The sea view and beach are fantastic

The private beach is amazing. I couldn't see the stars again, but I'd like to come back.

There are private onsens onsite, but there is a really great free public onsen right next door which we found great fun and a chance to interact with some of the locals (and if you have been to Nozawa before you will know that there are plenty of free onsens dotted through the village)

The restaurant downstairs, "Hardings" is run by a Australian/Japanese couple who do outstanding food, the breakfast is really great, so too the pastries, sausage rolls and pies (just on the off chance you may need some 'western comfort' food)

Stylishly furnished with an huge lounge room and fully equiped kitchen. The rooms are very spacious with a nice Japanese feel with tatami mats and comfortable mattresses, each with their own en-suite

Kawamotoya is located right in the heart of Nozawa Onsen village and easy walking distance to a whole heap of great restaurants and shops (be sure to book restaurants, it can get busy in winter)

This was our second stay at Kawamotoya, but the first in winter. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment with friends which is the largest apartment I have ever seen in Japan

Overall, an excellent hotel/apartment complex. Be sure to check out Nozawa outside of winter as well - there are some excellent walks and it has a super chilled vice

However, even if you prefer not to walk extensively, there's a tram station and a 7-Eleven just a 1-2 minute walk directly outside the property, which is super convenient, especially for solo travelers

The hotel is located right behind Matsuyama Castle, with a hiking trail starting there that leads directly up to the castle, so you don't have to go all the way around to the front entrance

The hotel staff were incredibly kind! I think I messed up dialing the phone and only my voice went through, but before I could figure out what to do, they came to my room to assist me

Being situated behind Matsuyama Castle, it's easily accessible on foot for those who don't mind a stroll, and overall, it offered fantastic value for money!

For transportation, it's conveniently close to Iyo Railway Shimizu-machi Station. If you have a JR Shikoku Pass, you can ride all Iyo Railway trains

Both at check-in and check-out, they were just as lovely. Such great service for an affordable price!

You have to go to the counter to exchange for new towels when there are people at the counter (15-22)

The room was just OK for cleanliness and modernization, however the large, deep tub made up for any other oddness, such as wires coming directly from a rough hole punched in the wall for this purpose

The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, there is a little blood stain on the quilt, the bathroom floor has poor drainage, water will accumulate after taking a shower, it may be so, the bathroom floor is slippery, and the quick cooker is very Oily, the frosting in the refrigerator is very thick, but the price is cheap

It is very close to Naminoue Palace, and there are indeed many custom shops nearby. If you are alone, it is not recommended to stay here. If you can accommodate the price, you can consider it

Both the room and the toilet are big. If you stay for three nights in a row, there will be no housekeeping to clean the room

We initially found the hotel very charming but were soon put off by the creepy music that played on our floor 24/7. The wall papers were coming off and the linens felt most/wet.

Service nice, japanese style breakfast, a bit old style, outdoor swimming pool near beach, good for drive-in trip.

The service was great! Every corner of the hotel room AND the bath area are squeakly clean. I could say that the bath area was even cleaner than most of people houses

The shower head power was incredibly strong, I could wash my hair 2x faster than normal showers! Parking area was huge and convenient

Very good hotel, near the airport, can see airport directly and sea view. Room is pretty big and facilities are brand new.

I was soothed by the sound of the waves and the bath. The staff were not overly attentive and were casually considerate, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious

My husband said he didn't want to eat chicken rice, so I thought I'd have to hold back, but it was available at the breakfast buffet and the chicken broth was light, so I ate it easily even though I was full (lol)

At first glance, it looks like a love hotel, but these kinds of places are common these days, so don't worry about it. It's recommended for people who just need a place to sleep in a good location

It was just as I imagined. It was a normal business hotel. I had checked the reviews on Google Maps beforehand, so I was able to use it without any problems.

However, there were mostly Westerners, so it might not be suitable for those who are very socially anxious. The owner communicated entirely in English, which was fine as the words used were quite simple

Great hostel and service, but sometimes very crowded and noisy (organized groups sleep here all the time), earplugs needed:) Close to Ueno, shops, restaurants and sento! Recommended!

I stayed in either a five-bed or six-bed dorm, and it was so quiet I couldn't even tell if anyone was in the bunks next to me

The hot spring facility, which is frequented by many locals, was also great. The toilet in the room didn't have a washlet, which was a bit of a problem for me as I tend to get stomachaches

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at this resort facility, with a sense of freedom that is typical of a Kyuka Mura resort. Next time, I'd like to visit in the summer and enjoy a relaxing canoe ride on the ocean

com were very accommodating when we changed our schedule. We were given a welcome drink, and we were able to take it back to our room. My mother was also very satisfied with the food, and it was a very satisfying trip

Located on a small hill, the view of the coast from our room was spectacular, allowing us to relax and forget our daily fatigue. The view from the large public bath was even more spectacular

(The sheets and duvet covers are well-starched and look clean, though. ) I recommend bringing sheets and towels from home. Maybe they haven't dried their futons in the sun since they opened

The breakfast buffet menu has a wide variety of dishes, including sashimi, soba, and freshly grilled dried fish, but there are only a few that are truly delicious

Such a cute hotel with the most amazing location in Ibaruma. Not only is hotel great but the food is seriously SO good. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport

The room is large, the decor is nice, and a drink was delivered when I checked in. There are curling irons and straightening irons in the room. It is highly recommended if you go to Kamakura to play!

The condominium for 4 people is the best cospa. Over 100 square meters! It was a spacious, beautiful hotel, directly connected to the parking lot on the first floor, and I definitely recommend it

I just hope the night-shift worker gets proper rest and support, as he was the only one on duty during our stay. He was very helpful and hardworking, and I hope management compensates him well

Love this hotel so much! With very big and spacious room. We booked the largest room with only 18000¥ which you couldnt find in else where. This hotel is very nearby to Enoshima Tower and Aquarium

She has helped us with any need we have required till the beginning. Face mask and rest of care tools were ready at the reception to take them. We definitely recomend this hotel!

Takako (the mother and boss) was so kind and sweet. Her meals were delicious, and I would highly recommend having her dinner at least once while you stay. It is clear that Shuni and Takako pocess the hospitality spirit

The owners are such kind and hospitable people. It felt as if we were treated like family. Shuni (the father) was amazing. He drove us to and from the ski resorts every day for no charge through the heavy snow

I enjoyed my peaceful stay at Mont Cervin The location is convenient to Akakura Onsen ski resort with shuttle/pick up provided daily. Even if you need to walk, it takes about 15 minutes max for Akakura Onsen

We appreciated the fact that we are dropped off and picked up at the nearby ski areas, and we enjoyed Takako’s home cooking more than the food joints in the Akakura onsen town area

Be sure to get their breakfast in the morning!!! They may not be next door to an onsen, but their tub is a good second runner up for a tired person at the end of a long day of snow play
