Nata Beach Villa in Ishigaki

What a pleasant group of people running this small gem!
They are friendly and proactive. They offer what you want before you ask for it.
The establishment was clean and the food was amazing. We can’t wait to stay there again! Thank you!

Such a cute hotel with the most amazing location in Ibaruma. Not only is hotel great but the food is seriously SO good. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Will definitely return.

It’s the second time I come in this place and I felt like home.. all the people working there are so kind and sweet and they really take care of me and my family.

Ishigaki Island has a quiet, untouched beauty that feels both natural and sincere. If you’re looking for a place to slow down and connect with nature and warm, simple living, Nata Beach Villa is a lovely choice.

Just a five-minute walk takes you to a quiet, secluded beach where countless hermit crabs and tiny crabs scurry about. There are no crowds, no litter—just calm and purity. At night, the sky fills with stars, making the quiet beauty feel even more magical. It’s the kind of place that fills you with quiet joy.

What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were, taking care of everything for us. Even though we couldn’t rent a car because of passport issues, they helped us to visit all the places we wanted—snorkeling among the coral and fish in the beautiful ocean, and enjoying a lovely sunset. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but the tasty dinners made up for it. Because of the language barrier, I couldn’t properly say thanks at the time, so I want to express my gratitude here again.

One more thing I truly appreciated was the way the staff treated animals—with kindness and respect. Whether it was the Mai-chan sisters (the two dogs), the little gecko in the room, or the cat, they were all cared for gently. A vet friend told me the cat likely has skin cancer, which can’t be cured—only made comfortable. I suppose that, too, is just part of how life goes in a place like this.

I was able to relax very well. The beach was also close by, which was great.
The dinner that was served as an extra was also delicious.
Even though I stayed multiple nights, the cleaning was done carefully, which was nice. However, the artificial flowers in the room were covered in dust, so I thought it would be a bit of a hassle to clean them and they should have been removed.
I was also able to see the Milky Way on my last night.
I would love to stay here again.

The hotel and the beach were great.

We stayed for two nights. We would go to the beach that was accessible from the premises and find our favorite spots, rent a car from here to go to the north, and go to the airport because we couldn't find anywhere to shop nearby. The room was clean, toiletries were plentiful, we could watch YouTube on the TV, and there was WiFi, so it was comfortable.

We arrived at night and hadn't had dinner yet, so we contacted the only cafe that seemed to be open and went to get takeout, but there were no street lights or other buildings, it wasn't on the navigation system, and it was 15km away. It was a miracle that we arrived, but we had a delicious meal and had an adventure that only a trip can have (lol).

The washing machine was shared, so we had to wait for a while. During the day, the deck was sunny and we could hang out our laundry, and at night, there was an air purifier with a washing mode, so if we hung it out early, it would dry without any problems the next day. Breakfast was delivered on a tray in the space next to the front desk.

This is a hotel I would like to visit again when I want to relax.

Very friendly staff and great location. For the price it was 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay.

If you want to enjoy summer beach in nature, this is it.
No convenience store nor pub near there, but instead you can enjoy beautiful stars at night and dedicated beautiful beach at daytime.
Foods served there is so nice with local cuisine.
Hospitality is so nice especially for the chef, and less for owner (not bad though).
Good compared for the price.
2 problems.
One is that public transportation is not so good (bus stop is not so close). Hiring car is recommended to get there. The other is that air conditioner is not enough powerful to cooling cabin (in July). I could sleep on cool floor instead of the nice bed.
But anyway, I admit that I could enjoy vacation here!

The hotel manager is very considerate and always willing to help with any requests you make. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a two-minute walk away. Shower facilities and free laundry are available. The airport is just over a 20-minute drive from the hotel. I think this is a great place for a family trip. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious.
