For how much we paid, this was OUTSTANDING value. Breakfast was simple but yummy, bath included a cold bath and sauna! The rooms were small though, but window view was quite decent where we were. If you're not going to stay in the rooms much, I would highly recommend this.

It is a fantastic hotel that compare to all hotels during my trip in Japan. Newly opened and with excellent service. We did not expect to check in early but we had been told our room was ready when we have arrived 3 hrs early. 1 minute walk to JR station, Umekoji park and The Aquarium. There is a family Mart convenience store next to the hotel and walking distance to Dodonburi. Only the room is small and narrow for two big luggage. The room is a bit too old looking but still clean. Hotel has a smoke area by the entrance which is quite bothersome. There is no common area to sit and chill out just like any other hotels. The room also has no air condition. If you need good air ventilation, you need to leave windows open which can be very noisy as the hotel is right beside a main street, many emergency cars passby.
