Since I was staying overnight, I just needed a room where I could sleep, so a small room was fine. The best thing was that the large public bath and open-air bath were spacious and clean, and were great for soothing my cold body. I was surprised that most of the staff were foreigners, but they had studied Japanese thoroughly and I thought the service was adequate.

Breakfast was okay. The breakfast was not a buffet, but a choice of one plate or curry, and rice and soup were free to refill. It was a one plate meal, but it was very filling.

Most of the nearby restaurants close around 10 PM, so I recommend eating before heading in. If you haven't eaten, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so you'll have to walk about 10 minutes. The hotel parking lot is small, so you'll have to use a nearby paid parking lot, which costs 2,000 yen per night. I hope this helps!

The location is quite far away from down twon; We booked twin room with two single beds while they gave us a single room with two beds, it makes the room becomes so tiny and we are unable to open our suit cases. Spacious room with spectacular sea view! The room is tidy with great air quality. And the lounge provides a great variety of wine and drink to enjoy the sunset and other great moments during stay.

The buffet was quite crowded, offering a wide variety of food. The coin-operated laundry machines and smoking area were well-equipped. The room amenities included everything except a razor. You can wear yukata and slippers throughout the hotel, and there's a great drink bar available in the evening.

Old hotel, still using manual key but good enough and clean. Room is big enough for luggages to open and store. Location is superb across the Kyoto Station next to Kyoto Tower. The only minor thing to criticize is the aircon not that cold but still decent.

I would like to sincerely thank 李 and 伏见 for their efforts in coordinating with various parties and helping me successfully retrieve my lost bag from the Shinkansen lost and found centre. One of the better APA hotels we have stayed at. We were originally in a smoking room. But they were able to switch us to a non-smoking room. We were very pleased with the rest of our stay there. Great location all in all and close to everything in the area.

It's close to Tenma Station, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. The Tenma Station shopping street is the longest in Japan and has many unique shops, making it a fun place to visit any time of the day. Personally, I prefer walking around Dotonbori or Tsutenkaku.

i liked this hotel a lot, also the stuff was very nice!! location is good, near the train station what made our stay 10 times better. room was clean and the bed was beyond comfortable

Staff were really friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the room is a good size by Japan's room size standards. Our stay was very comfortable! The only thing to take note of is that they don't store your luggage for you for free. They charge around 1,000 yen per luggage. They do have lockers which you can store your luggage for free. But if the lockers are full, then you will have to pay...

This hotel was really great. Location is easy to reach by public transport and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood walking distance to all attractions in Umeda. Clean and staff is friendly too. Recommend!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's really good. The room has excellent soundproofing and the windows are well-insulated. Complimentary soft drinks are a nice touch here, and the lobby doubles as a small bar.
