perfect location, 5mins walk to shinsaibashi, shop until you drop

The room was quite a bit larger than ones in Tokyo, and the facilities were newer too. However, the lack of a separate shower stall is a definite drawback. The hotel isn't far from Shinsaibashi, and there's an airport bus stop nearby.

Quite nice — it would be even better if we didn't have to take the bin out of the room every day. 😅

This hotel was a good stay! If you arrive before check out, you could leave your luggage at the lobby and they will give you your room key (but you cant enter the room yet, only after 4pm). So, i could walk around first without my luggage. It is also near Shin-Osaka station, easy to navigate. The only downside is that it doesn’t have an iron 🥹.

The location is very good and convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were decent and clean. All the daily items like toothbrushes, wets, combs and etc were provided. Hair dryers was also available in the rooms. If you are light sleeps, you might wanna bear with it as the trains and bikes can be loud and noisy. Else everything is good.

Everything deserves a perfect score: the service, the ambiance, the price, and the location are all superb. It's only 1.6km from the Umeda shopping district, so you can walk there in about fifteen minutes. The hotel is also very quiet.

This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable. A major plus was the reception staff—their English was excellent and made everything smooth. Overall, fantastic value for the convenience.

Nice price in such convenient / famous location, cleaning service and lobby welcoming are pretty good. But elevator and corridor have strong cigarette fragrances mixed with perfume, would recommend to improve it for family / inhalation sensitive guests. The hotel room was excellent. Huge, comfortable beds and pillows, great bathroom and the facilities overall was super. We got water bottles everyday, pyjamas and cleaning. Great to stay beside the scenery

The staff were all very friendly, and the view was also excellent with great facilities. The only downside was that the hotel room was too small; once you opened a suitcase, it was impossible to move around, especially with two suitcases, which was quite a hassle. Downstairs, there's a subway station and a shopping street, which is very convenient, but it can also be quite noisy due to the subway.

Located in Kitahama, this hotel is in the heart of Osaka's business district. There are no noisy izakayas around, so it's quiet and safe at night. It's about 300 meters from Kitahama subway station, which is very close, and Yodoyabashi station isn't far either.

The room was a bit small, but well-equipped with a mini-fridge, and it's conveniently located near a convenience store. All the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were friendly and could speak some simple Chinese. The self-check-in machine made the process very easy. The environment is very good. Most of the service staff are Southeast Asians. Their service is not as meticulous as that of the Japanese, but it is also very good.

The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking. Highly recommend the Daiwa Roynet Kobe-Sannomiya! The hotel is brand new and spotless. The twin room was spacious, and the beds could be combined, offering excellent value for comfort. The best Marriott experience! The pillows and bedding were incredibly clean and comfortable.
