The hotel is about 500 meters from the subway station and very close to Kawaramachi. You can walk its entire length, and there are supermarkets, with a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, and the room is cleaned daily.

This hotel is great, just a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Station. The front desk staff provided excellent and thoughtful service. The room was comfortable and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. I really enjoyed the public bath; it helped me wash away a full day's fatigue. The buffet breakfast was more Japanese-style with a wide variety of dishes. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

Located behind Kyoto Station, I got a bit lost trying to find it the first time, but once I knew where it was, it was easy to get to. It's very close to Kyoto Station, clean, and most importantly, quiet. I had some time before check-in and was waiting, but they let me check in a little early. This was my first time staying at a hotel near Sannomiya Station in Kobe. The hotel was well-equipped and offered great value for money. The only downside was the construction outside the entrance, which made getting around inconvenient and required a bit of a detour. However, shopping and dining options were very convenient nearby, and there was a convenience store downstairs.

Although the hotel is a bit old, its proximity to Sannomiya Station is a huge plus. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring nearby attractions, and the Kansai Airport bus stop is also quite close to the hotel!

Check-in and check-out were super convenient, and the transportation was great too. The only downside is that the lobby always smelled so deliciously of grilled meat – well, it is Kobe after all!

The room was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were semi-self-service with staff assistance, making them very quick. We could also store our luggage for free. The lobby offered complimentary toiletries and tea bags, with DHC skincare products and six different types of tea bags. This is the most comprehensive selection I've seen among similar hotels.

Starting to get a bit dated but very convenient location

During our stay, the construction work is going on around the hotel, so the location is not that convenient. We have to walk longer distance.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Excellent location. Small rooms, but there was everything necessary to spend several nights.

The room was too warm; the air conditioning worked well, but was quite loud, so you had to turn it off to sleep, which in turn raised the temperature even more.

The hotel is good, everything is close, but I won’t take breakfast anymore.

The welcome drinks starting at 5:30am include alcohol. The room is extremely small, but it's enough if you just want to sleep. I didn't have breakfast this time, so I'll post my impressions when I do.

I had some large luggage, but they were very accommodating and that was a great help.

Such a spacious room, which is a rare find in Japan, with a large bed and a beautiful, expansive view. The service was even better than excellent! My child accidentally left a beloved toy behind during check-out, and after contacting the hotel, they responded immediately and helped mail it back to us. Excellent location, with a well-equipped commercial street downstairs. It's very close to Daimaru, Osaka Station, and Sanbangai. The hotel is old but kept very clean, and the service is decent. The breakfast environment is great, offering panoramic views of Osaka.

I was very pleased with the hotel room design, comfort and space. The parking is first come first serve even though I had requested for it earlier so I had to park elsewhere for the first few nights. Location is excellent. Staff even found my discarded SIM card and were honest to callback and inform me about it.

I chose this hotel because they mentioned to have parking spot however it was very disappointed. Everyday you have to go somewhere else to park and pay a very high fee. The reception is not very helpful and feel very frustrated. The hot spring is dirty and packed with people.

Location: Superb! Located between 2 stations - SANJO and Kyoto shiyakusho-Mae station. Shiyakusho-Mae is nearer to the hotel (exit 1),  about a min walk away after climbing two flights of stairs. The room is fully functional and close to the tram station. The breakfast is delicious, check-in is convenient, and there are not many foreign tourists. I don't know why I was given a room on the lower floor near the elevator. The payment method mainly relies on credit cards and cash. WeChat and Alipay are not supported, which is a little inconvenient.

I found this hotel after I searched for hotel that very convenient for my parents and location of this hotel was incredible. Very large hotel with large room too. Price was also valuable for size and location. They have lot of restaurants nearby.

Always a great stay! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a Starbucks right outside the hotel, which was perfect for a hot latte on a cold day – very nice. The room, though small, was perfectly adequate for one person. The next morning, I woke up to snow and went to a coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The location is absolutely unbeatable, so convenient! Getting to the airport or anywhere else in Osaka is a breeze with the subway right there. Shopping is super easy too, with the Japanese outdoor brand Montbell just around the corner.

I booked this through Ctrip's group buy, and it was excellent value for money. Although the room was small, it was very well-designed. It was also very convenient and safe for my child to stay there alone. The Hankyu Line and Karasuma Subway Line are both within a ten-minute walk from the hotel. For a western tourist, rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms, so one must be aware of that. There aren't many options for a western breakfast either, so your stomach must be okay with the Japanese breakfast option, which are usually more like lunch/ dinner for some of us.

It's great to be able to relax and unwind in the large public bath. There's a table in the room, making it easy to organize your luggage, and the breakfast buffet is also satisfying.

After dark, this was the only hotel lit up from the station – hilarious! It's quite remote. While it seems close to the racetrack, the infrequent tram service makes it particularly inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend staying here to watch the Suzuka races if you don't have your own car. It's okay if you're just casually strolling around Minami Yokkaichi. The facilities were clean, there was a large public bath, and breakfast was included, so I was very satisfied.

The room overall was good, and the amenities were all in place. However, there's a bit of a soundproofing issue; my neighbor's alarm woke me up the next morning. Although the hot spring facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. I'd give the environment a 70 out of 100.

Me and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good. We would consider coming back here again if we are ever in Osaka.

Quiet location near Shin-Osaka Station and the subway. There's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby. The room was clean, but there were no European-style electrical outlets.
