Kansai region, Osaka, 2-14-23 Shimanouchi Chuo-ku 🧭 Map
Pros:
1. The breakfast selection was excellent each morning.
2. The rooms had a practical layout and the bathrooms were stocked with delightful POLA hair and shower products.
3. Check-in and check-out were efficient thanks to the computer system.
4. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons:
1. The windows were not soundproof, so traffic noise at night could be disruptive.
2....
We stayed two nights at this hotel near Namba Dotonbori. It was wonderful to relax in a warm hot spring bath after a long day of exploring. After the bath, they provided ice cream and yogurt, and after 9:30 PM, they also provided complimentary Japanese ramen, which was delicious. The staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. Next time I visit Namba, I'll definitely stay...
The hot spring is relaxing, sometimes people speaks loud in there tho. The hotel offers free noodles, ice cream at night. The room is clean. Location is good. Self check in and out.
We love the atmosphere and location. It’s near attractive places. Also free ramen and ice bar 😇
Pretty nice room service and very awesome breakfast 😀
The most important thing to note is that you can hear the train tracks nearby from the hotel. The soundproofing for conversations in the hallway or noisy children is also not great, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider. Breakfast maintains a high standard, with both the seafood rice and okonomiyaki being delicious. They even add oranges to the hot spring in the morning.

Located in the heart of Namba, the hotel is very easy to get to and close to plenty of amenities. My favourite part was that it’s right across the road from Don Quijote! The room was cosy and comfortable for two people, and I loved that they provide pyjamas- one less thing to pack.
Amazing location.
Very close to everything.
We had 12/F room facing building.
Good room size for 2 and quiet.
I can easily open 2 big suitcases
Very comfortable bed.
I will book for city view next time!
Location is very good. Near to the Glico sign. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Would go back again.
Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great.
One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don...
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling Shinsaibashi area. It's incredibly lively at night with tons of food options, especially a wide variety of snacks. Across from the hotel is Japan's largest Don Quijote 24-hour drugstore, making shopping super convenient. The hotel rooms themselves are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a nice wet/dry separation, which is a plus
Hotel cleaning in Japan seems to have gone downhill over the past year. If you don't hang the 'please clean' sign, no one comes to tidy the room. There was even leftover milk from the previous guest in the mini-fridge, and the cleaning itself wasn't very thorough. Before the pandemic, room cleaning was spotless; now it's just a mess, like they've given up on standards. However, the hotel's location...

I'm glad I chose this hotel, given the staff's friendliness and cleanliness. Breakfast was also satisfying. I stayed for two nights, but on the first day, the hotel's multi-story parking lot (1,000 yen) was full due to its height, so I parked at a nearby affiliated parking lot (1,600 yen). They also reserved a spot for me the next day, which was very helpful. The only thing I noticed was that the TV...
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel overall. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with excellent transportation links. This makes it super easy to get around, whether you're on a tight schedule or exploring local sights. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores and small supermarkets nearby, so daily essentials are never an issue.

This is the hotel I chose for attending the Osaka Expo. It's good value for money, but it's too crowded and the staff are unfriendly.
Pretty good. It's conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around.
Room was ok but AC wasnt working properly, too warm inside the room
The place is very spacious, the ambiance is great, and it offers excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

Great location, clean and decent sized room. Split toilet and bath is a good idea.
Would be good to have some utensils in the room but minor suggestion
Hotel is near to Namba station which is easily accessible by 5 mins walk. Room is not very big and maybe difficult to open big luggage. Love that they provide Pola facial skincare and body shampoo products. Can get facial mask, shaver, comb or bath salt at lobby. Room came with leg massager which is so useful especially after long walk. Daily happy hour starting from 6pm to 7pm whereby each guest entitled...
Our stay at Hiyori Hotel was great. The family triple room was comfortable. Thoughtful toiletries like facial cleanser and lotion were provided, and there’s a self-service laundry on the 7th floor.
We enjoyed the complimentary beer for each guest from 6–7pm, which felt very welcoming. Breakfast was decent.

Great location, opposite to Nankai Train Station access information on the official website are very accurate. They have a foot massage machine in all rooms, very useful. Queen sized bed equipped with a hard mattress and 2 types of pillow, comfortable. Happy hour from 1800 to 1900, Chasuke & Takoyaki from 1900 to 2200. Unfortunately no coffee machine in the lobby, they only offer Blendy black instand...
Good location, just next to the train station. The room is clean though the room sound insulation may not be too good but I can still sleep well at night. Free facials masks are provided at the lobby!!!

This is my favorite hotel in Kobe, and I stayed here for 4 consecutive nights. Every detail was high-quality and it was excellent value for money. It's the only hotel in Kobe where I'd want to stay again. They even updated their bath bombs from powder to effervescent ones!
Very good location for shopping around. There are many luxury stores and a brand new Human made shop nearby here.
Had a great stay here! The location is perfect—super close to Sannomiya Station, which made getting around a breeze. The room was nice and spacious, really comfortable. The area is safe and quiet at night, so I could actually get a good night's sleep, which is so important when traveling. Highly recommend!
The hotel is a bit old, but it's clean and comfortable, and convenient for getting around with a supermarket right across the street. The room was a bit small; I was just there for a weekend trip with no luggage, but it might not be ideal if you have a big suitcase as there wouldn't be much space to open it.
Very nice hotel, will definitely stay again. room is very new and well equipped.
I found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Japan, easily accommodating my needs with great lighting and bedding. I was impressed by the excellent cleanliness and appreciated the professional, English-speaking staff who helped me with local tips and luggage. Spacious room, good coffee and tea making facilities.
Super handy location for main Kyoto train station.
Good location, can walk to Kyoto station 3 minutes, nice hotel , clean and cozy place. The hotel is expensive but does not include onsen services, have to pay extra.
this hotel provided us with a top quality service and the rooms are super huge. Gym has plenty of machines and weights. Breakfast was amazing as well. 1 minute away from Kyoto station to top it all off.
The hotel's location is fantastic! The design is also very modern and forward-thinking. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and always attentive to whether we needed any assistance. It was a very satisfying stay. We stayed in Japan for 7 nights and switched between 3 hotels, and this was by far the most satisfying five-star hotel experience!
Hotel was very sophisticated and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Room is significantly clean. There’re staff in multi language English, Japanese and Thai to help you. The hotel located not far from both subway station and Keihan line in another road side. Convenience store, small supermarket and local restaurant in few minutes walk distance from the hotel.
The hotel isn't in the best location, but for the price, it's acceptable. The cleanliness could be better, but again, for this price, you can't expect too much.
This is great place to stay in Kyoto. We walked to see the beautiful spot. Great breakfast!
Very good experience (tourism trip). The location is quite good, close to the metro line, a lot of bus lines near, and a lot of attractions that can be reached by walk. Good breakfast buffet (with menu different every day of the week), friendly staff.
The location was convenient, the room's power outlets were directly usable, and it was cleaned daily, which was very comfortable.
Good location near to Green and red LRT station in Gojo river. There are 7 eleven with a 5 minute walk, a good place for breakfast. Overall it’s all good.

This was my third stay, and I was a bit disappointed. When I entered the room, there was a strong body odor that various measures couldn't fix. I had to sleep with a mask on, and it only got better after two days of ventilation. When I went down to the front desk to discuss it, the staff seemed a little impatient. I hope the hotel maintains its quality.

Love the hotel room and location! However, when we arrived, we were asked to pay an extra 34,200 yen for the room. We were told that our booking through Trip.com was for 1 guest only despite the room, a Comfort Tatami Twin Room with Terrace, being equipped with 2 single bedrooms. Hands down probably best hotel I have ever stayed in. We took a room on the 10th floor and was amazing views. Friendly staff and super comfy. Try the pink ‘Sakura’ rose you will not be disappointed!
The location was quite close to the main station, which was really handy for day trips and getting to and from the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. The beds were really comfy and I would stay there again.
Overall, it was pretty good. The only thing is we visited during the peak autumn foliage season, so the price was significantly higher than usual. The room was a bit small, but it offered a view of Kyoto Tower, which was a nice unique touch.

Great hotel for a couple of days stay very central location nearby the metro and train station
Location is good very near Shin Osaka Station. If you have heavy baggage it is still a little bit of walk to get from JR line Station but not a problem from metro station.

Very close to Shin-Osaka station but if using google maps to find it, it can be a bit confusing. Use your eyes instead. The hotel is visible from the main entrance where the airport buses stop at. Overall, it's pretty good. It's close to the train station, and there's a convenient store nearby. The breakfast is also decent. The only downsides are that the room curtains let in a lot of light, and the hallway soundproofing isn't great. It's probably best for people who are heavy sleepers.
Great value for money, and the breakfast is fantastic.
It was close to the Shin Ōsaka station, all the utilities looks clean
Staff helpful and professional. They speak a bit of English which is enough to help with check in. Clean hotel with a nice large double sized bed. Very good value for money. Breakfast was the same every day but it is buffet style and is at a reasonable price.
For this price, getting a hotel in this location, so close to the subway station (just a three to five-minute walk!), was quite a surprise. The room is very small but adequate. However, they don't clean the room daily, nor do they replace toiletries, and there are no disposable slippers.

Okay, as someone who actually lives in Spain since about three years now (my nationality is Dutch) this was a very interesting and hilarious experience.

Low key, calmer and much better value for money vs Disneyland. Definitely a great place to visit and the kids totally enjoyed it. Less crowded also compared to many places in Japan.
I definitely had fun at this park. It is a mellow and quieter version of Disneyland. I'd rather visit this theme park as it was not so crowded, rides are thrilling, and my favorite, is that there is no queue. You can absolutely take as many rides as you want.
Spain Mura is a hidden gem with some of most enjoyable roller coasters! The best part about this place is that it’s not well known. It seems like the local population know of it but it’s not really know to tourists.
