This is my second time staying here, and they even gave me tickets to the observation deck upstairs! The hotel is still incredibly well-maintained after all these years – the room was spotless. I'm very familiar with this location; Ichiran Ramen is right downstairs.

The views, day and night, are absolutely unbeatable! Breakfast was good too. The Kintetsu Department Store right downstairs, as well as the surrounding Abeno shopping street and Q's Mall, are fantastic for browsing. Plus, it's really close to the subway station, making transportation super convenient.

Everthing about the hotel is fantastic except the breakfast which is very mediocre. The location has access to a few train lines besides being the 1st stop from Kaisai Airport on Haruku line. Below hotel has 3 floors of restaurants and a departmental store with supermarket. The hotel room has great view of Osaka city from morning to night.

The subway station and a shopping mall are right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. You can even drop off your purchases in your room and continue shopping! The high floor offers a beautiful night view, and the lobby also has a nice outlook.

Marriott Miyako has became my go-to hotel when I visit Osaka due to the convenient location, hardware has always been wonderful and front desk staffs are always welcoming and polite, breakfast is pretty good with different main dish (eggs) everyday However, I did not have a good experience this time at restaurant ZK, its my third time having teppanyaki there, but this time the chef seems not happy...

Highly recommend Hotel Kansai for solo travelers! The best part is the easy access—you can use the underground Whity Umeda walk (Exit M14) to avoid the rain and crowds. The room was very clean; although a bit small, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the Chinese food options. The location is excellent, very close to JR Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making transportation very convenient. There are also many pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, so finding places to eat or shop for groceries was a breeze.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Umeda and Osaka Station. The facilities are basic, but it's clean enough, especially considering the price. If your trip mainly involves just coming back to the hotel to sleep, it's perfectly adequate. After a long day of exploring, that moment of lying down is truly wonderful.

The room was spotless and incredibly well-lit. Even though it was winter, the room was really warm. The public bath on the 18th floor was also very clean, and soaking in it after a long day of sightseeing was wonderfully relaxing.

Looking at the location, you can tell it's going to be noisy, with a road in front and a railway behind. It turns out the noise significantly decreases after 11 PM, but it's definitely very loud in the mornings. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely reconsider this hotel. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good; it's a fairly standard Toyoko Inn.

This hotel is located in Yodoyabashi, just one subway stop away from Umeda, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent. The single room was quite spacious. There's a small entryway by the door where you can hang clothes and change shoes, and the luggage rack can easily hold a 30-inch suitcase. The location is incredibly convenient! Right across the street after getting off the airport bus. It's super close to Umeda Station and Osaka Station. Coming from Umeda Station, you'll want to find the East Mall, then walk straight until you reach exit M10 of WHITY PLAZA Izumi Square. The first time can be a bit confusing because there are so many people, so make sure to look up for signs. Once you've done it once, it's easy to navigate, and there's an elevator exit. The room size is moderate and has everything you need.

This hotel is a bit far from Osaka Umeda Station, but it's very close to Fukushima Station, making transportation quite convenient. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the price is more affordable. Highly recommended!

Very close to Osaka Station and the room was clean. They provide makeup remover, lotion, toothbrushes, and coffee bags, so you don't need to bring your own. There's also a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient.

The spacious parking was a big plus! The room was also very large and relaxing, and I was lucky to get one with a nice view. It was great that the lounge offered free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. The only downside was the limited hairdryer space in the women's changing room at the underground public bath, which led to some waiting.

The room was clean, but the windows were rattling and very noisy, and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom and toilet. I would have been happy if they had done a better job of preventing odors and fixing the rattle of the windows. I'll think twice about staying here again.

This hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Ugata Station. The rooms are comfortable and the service is warm and attentive! The breakfast spread is also extensive. I suggest the hotel post the specific station for the shuttle service on their website so guests know beforehand (we only found out which station to go to for the shuttle after emailing the hotel).

I make a reservation every time I go on a business trip to Osaka, but it was a bit disappointing that there was hair in the bathroom and transparent plastic left on the chair, perhaps because they hire foreigners for cleaning; however, I assume it was a mistake.

Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my time in this Osaka hotel. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. Convenient hotel as a hub for surrounding areas like Kyoto and Kobe. My family and I loved our stay here. Nagahama is a beautiful place and our stay is made even better by Grand Mercure Lake Biwa. Nice and relaxing environment. Very close to lake side. The buffer worth for the value although the room is a little bit old style.

This hotel is the perfect choice for an overnight stay in Osaka, especially if you have early morning or late night flights. The biggest highlight is definitely the view; looking down at Osaka from above gives you a similar feeling to being at Harukas 300. The outlets and the nearby trail are great spots for shopping. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, its prime location right at Rinkutown...

The room was a bit dated, but the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the outlet mall, and the view from the window is great.

Nearby the airport and the station. Very convenient for me arriving late night. Convenience store nearby as well. Also has good view from the room. Will come again.

Even after visiting Kansai so many times, this was my first stay at a hotel near the outlet mall, which was super convenient for restocking. There are several airport hotels really close by, so it just depends on your personal preference. This particular hotel offers an amazing panoramic view of Rinku Park and the outlet from its airport-view rooms. The scenery is absolutely stunning!

Room was large about 55sqm, corner room with 4 beds, amazing views at night, comfy beds. Super convenient location near airport. Hotel offers free shuttle.
