This hotel prioritizes profit above guest comfort. Despite being practically empty, we were assigned a distant corner room, a clear indication of their disregard for convenience. The most shocking part was the preemptive "warning note" about constant, loud wind noise, essentially admitting they're aware of the problem but refuse to fix it. Trying to sleep was a nightmare, feeling like the room was in a wind tunnel.

While the facilities like the spa, gym, and pool might look good on paper, the core experience—a restful night in a quiet room—is completely failed. Paying a premium for such a fundamental flaw is unacceptable. The empty halls only highlighted the misplaced priorities: instead of providing a quality stay, they focus on squeezing money for amenities while ignoring basic room comfort. A deeply disappointing and frustrating experience I would not recommend to anyone. Choose a hotel that values your rest, not just your wallet.

Pros: The lobby is incredibly grand.
Cons: It's too old and run down. The swimming pool and other facilities closed down a long time ago.
1. The hardware is terrible; the toilet and bathtub are yellowed, making them really unappealing to use.
2. This stupid light! I couldn't figure out how to turn it off before bed, even after searching for ages. In the end, I just had to pull out the key card. 😅
3. The bathroom smells awful! This is the worst part. I'm not sure if it's the drain or the toilet, but it's just ridiculous.
They really need to renovate, otherwise, I won't be coming back.
