The hotel near the Kobe Sannomiya station and also near the center of the Kobe, walk not too far to find the good restaurants. The staff at the front desk can rarely speak English but she willing to help us

It's a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, but Trade Center Station feels a bit closer. They offer welcome drinks, and this hotel has welcome shaved ice. Hahaha. It felt like the heat had disappeared~^^

We got the room near the elevator even we have choose the option far from the elevator in the Trip, anyway the room is quiet so there’s no problem. Attached with the scenario I took from the window of the room

I stayed here for &TEAM's live performance at G-Lion. The amenity service, welcome drink service, and staff service were all excellent. The room is old, but the service is excellent, so I recommend it

I really enjoyed my stay at Kobe Sannomiya Union Hotel. The location in Sannomiya is very convenient — only a short walk from the main train stations — making it easy to explore Kobe.

The room was quite large, the staff were very friendly, and there was a free welcome drink. Tea bags were also provided. It's also close to Sannomiya, about a 10-minute walk away.

However, that one subway stop costs 210 yen, which is quite a bit more expensive than what you'd pay back home. So, if you have some time, a pleasant 10-15 minute walk is a great alternative

Really best of the best, location (5 mins from shin kobe station, subways local trains to hotel, ropeway and herb gardens etc).  Best service upon check in, best food, best room

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Shin-Kobe subway station, just one stop away from Sannomiya, the city center

This time, I was assigned a room on the 29th floor with a mountain view, which I think offers the most beautiful scenery! What truly impresses you about Hotel Okura isn't just the hardware (though it's excellent), but the service! That kind of 'proactive' service awareness means they've already anticipated your needs and processes before you even speak

Especially that feeling of 'settling in comfortably' is something trendy influencer hotels can't match, even though the Okura has become quite popular itself 😝. But it still holds up to repeated stays and contemplation

Although it's an older hotel, the rooms and hallways were spotless and tidy. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated

While the hotel's location is a bit further from Sannomiya, it's conveniently close to Kobe Port, Coast Building, and Motomachi Street, making it a great option for a short stay

The sea view room offers an unbeatable view, with the Ferris wheel and Kobe Port Tower all visible. The room is spacious and very clean, with a balcony where you can watch both sunrise and sunset

The room and balcony are both quite spacious. It faces the sea and the hygiene is excellent. Both in terms of location and room quality, it feels like the best hotel in Kobe

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Sannomiya Station, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. There were English-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication very easy

The only downside was that the hotel room was too small; once you opened a suitcase, it was impossible to move around, especially with two suitcases, which was quite a hassle

I absolutely will stay here again!! Kobe has become a new favorite city with so much to offer mixing the new and old, and offering tons of options for outdoors if anyone wants to be a little adventurous and explore past the city

It's also super close to the convention center, so you can easily walk there and back. Cleanliness: The comforter had a slight oily smell, hmm, but it's acceptable. Overall, it's a pretty good value for money hotel

This was my first time staying at a hotel near Sannomiya Station in Kobe. The hotel was well-equipped and offered great value for money

The only downside was the construction outside the entrance, which made getting around inconvenient and required a bit of a detour

When using the elevator you need a special card to access the ladies floor! That is perfect when travelling solo, or even travelling in a group of only girls! The flower decoration in the ladies floor is very nice

However, shopping and dining options were very convenient nearby, and there was a convenience store downstairs

Hotel was cheap, very nice and tidy. Location is quite good, next tae the family mart, 10 mins walk to station. But the mattress was super hard, unable to sleep.

Convenient walking distance to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and downtown Hiroshima

There's an Aeon supermarket nearby, along with Hankyu and Daimaru department stores. But honestly, shopping in Kobe isn't as good as Kyoto; there's less variety in stylish items

The hotel was located in a quiet part of the neighbourhood where and is a 5 - 8 minute walk from the Boeki Center Station on the Port Liner and is just 1 train station away from Sannomiya station

The staff was very helpful and was patient and helpful with my friend and I and tried to converse with us in english to try further explain to us about the facilities the hotel provided along with the different ammentities that came along with it

The room was definitely spacious by Japanese standards. Overall, it's pretty good, so no worries there. It's a little bit old, but still clean. You can't ask for too much when you're near the airport.

The single room had a big bed, and enough lights that isn't blindingly bright. Heated toilet seats with a bidet and bathtub. The small downside is that it faces the local fire station

As you walk into the lobby, the hotel is very new and modern, the walls and floor were immaculate. The rooms was newly furnished, extremely cozy and well lit with an abundance of wall outlets

There is a lot of convenient stores around and very yummy bakery just around the corner for your breakfast needs. As well, there is a very nice quick restaurant right beside the lobby door

Pretty convenient, there is starbucks just next door, chinatown is nearby, walkable distance to kobe port. Room is comparatively spacious compared to usual rooms we stayed in Japan

It's rare to find hotels with sofas in Japan, and the breakfast was superb. You can even choose your own breakfast time. It's only 230 meters to the station, and there's a shopping street right outside the door

I've stayed at Candeo Hotels several times across Japan before. Candeo Hotels always have excellent locations. The Candeo Kobe this time was also in a great spot, making it convenient to get anywhere in Kobe

Great location, close to the station and shopping malls. Most importantly, there are so many delicious food options nearby. Plus, there's a hot spring on the top floor and a fully automatic washer-dryer

What I love most about Candeo Hotels is that they all have rooftop onsens for bathing. Basically, you can do all your showering and bathing upstairs, so the bathroom in the room is largely unnecessary

Very spacious room, able to open multiple large suitcases. Close to train station and many restaurants and shops. Carpark was always full, so had to park at a further carpark although at the same fixed rate

Had a nice time staying for a week at this hotel. It is close to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to key areas such as Chinatown, Kitano etc

For a Japanese hotel, the room size was perfectly adequate. The surrounding area is also great for independent travelers. All in all, I was very satisfied.

Clean and new building and rooms. Just in front of Hanshin Amagasaki station. Furthermore, breakfast buffet is perfect, we can cover almost all necessity to our nutritious demand. But desk is not in guest room.

I recommend it. It was Ebisu Day, so I couldn't get a taxi, but they called one for me. They have separate smoking and non-smoking rooms, and I asked for a smoking room close to the elevator, and they obliged.

The room is a typical Japanese hotel room, small but has everything you'd need, and very, very clean. Check-in was smooth, and there's coffee in the reception area, which is on the first floor
