Poor service. We got hotel was 12:30pm. Ask if have any chance can check in early. They told me still cleaning. I was waiting to 2:30pm. They told me still clean. 2:54pm they told me still cleaning needs waiting to 3:00pm. I really don’t know what they are doing

The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
The facilities were clean and generous. The onsen was a new experience! Sheraton scrubbed up to what we expected. 5 stars!

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. The breakfast selection is good and I liked the good coffee and it was a bonus as they provided paper cup so you can consume your coffee in the comfort of your room.

Will recommend friends to stay in this nice and clean hotel.

Only problem is breakfast. In typical Japanese fashion, they make you wiatbevwn though there are plenty of seats. If it's manpower problem, divert resources in the morning. Wait can sometimes be an hour. Ridiculous

A bit out of the way to main attractions as it’s on Rokko island but the direct bus to the airport made it worthwhile. The breakfast was ok but seems to be always running out of food due to the high number of guests. In room service was decent but expensive. Onsite onsen was good but crowded!

Nice and large room with decent view. Location is a little further from Sannomiya and requires to transfer to Rokko Liner. Overall, good stay.
