I really enjoyed my stay at Kobe Sannomiya Union Hotel. The location in Sannomiya is very convenient — only a short walk from the main train stations — making it easy to explore Kobe.

The hotel near the Kobe Sannomiya station and also near the center of the Kobe, walk not too far to find the good restaurants. The staff at the front desk can rarely speak English but she willing to help us

I stayed here for &TEAM's live performance at G-Lion. The amenity service, welcome drink service, and staff service were all excellent. The room is old, but the service is excellent, so I recommend it

The view from the 19th floor was also beautiful. Best of all, they will store your luggage before and after check-in, and they also lend you bicycles

This resort hotel offers a fantastic view of the entire Kobe city. The buffet restaurant on the top floor is excellent, with delicious and abundant food, and the night view is absolutely stunning

The location is very convenient, and it's easy to get to the airport.

The single room I stayed in was located at the end of the hallway. While it was the cheapest option, I didn't find it to be good value for money, especially compared to the double room I also experienced

The toiletries provided were of a different, lesser brand, the room itself was noticeably smaller, and even the cleanliness and housekeeping weren't as good as in the double room

I've had buffets at various hotels, but GOCOCU's buffet is by far the best in terms of quality, taste, variety, and appearance

Really best of the best, location (5 mins from shin kobe station, subways local trains to hotel, ropeway and herb gardens etc).  Best service upon check in, best food, best room

Good location can just take the lift down to subway and shinkansen. Great breakfast and room slightly bigger than normal.

Due to a canceled flight from Osaka to Sapporo, Trip. com rebooked us for the next day, flying from Kobe, and we stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel. It's an old, established 5-star hotel, over 30 years old

However, that one subway stop costs 210 yen, which is quite a bit more expensive than what you'd pay back home. So, if you have some time, a pleasant 10-15 minute walk is a great alternative

There are two daily shuttle buses to and from Osaka Kansai Airport, which is very convenient. It's right above Shin-Kobe Station, and a 20-minute walk to Sannomiya

This time, I was assigned a room on the 29th floor with a mountain view, which I think offers the most beautiful scenery! What truly impresses you about Hotel Okura isn't just the hardware (though it's excellent), but the service! That kind of 'proactive' service awareness means they've already anticipated your needs and processes before you even speak

Especially that feeling of 'settling in comfortably' is something trendy influencer hotels can't match, even though the Okura has become quite popular itself 😝. But it still holds up to repeated stays and contemplation

Although it's an older hotel, the rooms and hallways were spotless and tidy. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated

Someone greets you at the entrance, guides you with your luggage, and the flow is crystal clear. Check-in is hassle-free, with a rhythm like a well-oiled machine, yet it never feels cold

The room and balcony are both quite spacious. It faces the sea and the hygiene is excellent. Both in terms of location and room quality, it feels like the best hotel in Kobe

Coming from Sannomiya Station, there's a scheduled shuttle bus every 20 minutes, which is super convenient. The hotel is located in Kobe Port, and the sea view is absolutely stunning, especially at night

All sea view rooms have balconies, making you feel like you're on a cruise vacation. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with panoramic views, and the juices are freshly squeezed, even the mixed fruit juice is great

The hotel interior is quite new. They offer a shuttle service, which is shared with the Okura Hotel. It's a small bus, with half the seats allocated to the Oriental and half to the Okura

For my relatives hospital visits, my mother and I use this hotel as a hub to do things. And I enjoy the environment progresses every time I stay

The room was also quiet, and the toiletries were excellent. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store to the left. A 5-minute walk to the right will take you to Daimaru Department Store

The hotel is located in a bustling market, which is very convenient. It's right behind Nanjingmachi (Chinatown) and extremely close to the seaside and Sannomiya. The hotel has Chinese-speaking staff who were very polite

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. The breakfast selection is good and I liked the good coffee and it was a bonus as they provided paper cup so you can consume your coffee in the comfort of your room

There's an Aeon supermarket nearby, along with Hankyu and Daimaru department stores. But honestly, shopping in Kobe isn't as good as Kyoto; there's less variety in stylish items

Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at a hotel near Sannomiya Station in Kobe. The hotel was well-equipped and offered great value for money

The only downside was the construction outside the entrance, which made getting around inconvenient and required a bit of a detour

When using the elevator you need a special card to access the ladies floor! That is perfect when travelling solo, or even travelling in a group of only girls! The flower decoration in the ladies floor is very nice

However, shopping and dining options were very convenient nearby, and there was a convenience store downstairs

Hotel was cheap, very nice and tidy. Location is quite good, next tae the family mart, 10 mins walk to station. But the mattress was super hard, unable to sleep.

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel's location is super convenient. Within 400 meters, there are various restaurants and shops, and a Lawson convenience store is right next door

The hotel breakfast was excellent, and its proximity to the subway and attractions was a huge plus. The surrounding area has a lively street full of restaurants at night

The room was definitely spacious by Japanese standards. Overall, it's pretty good, so no worries there. It's a little bit old, but still clean. You can't ask for too much when you're near the airport.

Its a nice hotel with two different style of hotsprings. I like the outdoor hotspring the best.

This is the first time visited Arima Osen. The location of this hotel is ok. If you go to the Main Street from hotel it takes around 5mins. But the pathway is a bit beveled

I arrived at the hotel early and was able to leave my luggage there. The hotel is right next to the station exit, making it convenient for getting around. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was delicious.
