Toyoko Inn Hanshin Amagasaki Ekimae, Amagasaki1 / 30
8.1
Amagasaki, 19, Misono-cho (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I have a lot of trust in Toyoko. The room layout is reasonable and the hotels are widely distributed. This one is basically opposite Hanshin Station, which is convenient for getting around. The only drawback is that my room is close to the elevator, which makes it noisy. Also, the elevator was broken that day, so I had to walk up to the 12th floor.
It was comfortable and we enjoyed free breakfast.
It was close to the station, the room was easy to use, the breakfast was good, and it was more than the price. This was my first time using your service, but I will be using it again.

Hotel location is good and plenty of restaurants and shopping place nearby. Room is tidy and comfortable. Staff is helpful and nice.
This is a great hotel at Kobe, the hotel stay is very helpful and hospitable, they offer welcome drinks/ coffee to us. The room is spacious and the single bed can sleep 2 persons. The hotel also next to Don Don Donki and conveniently for us to shop till very late of night and many foods to eat too. I would like to thank you the hotel for keep for us out lost item and keep for us to collect after few...

It has space and bathroom was large and clean and its not far from station
Hotel in the city center, 1 min walk from train station.
This doesn't strike me as a typical Japanese-style hotel. Frankly, the cleanliness was the worst I've encountered in any Japanese hotel throughout my more than ten years of visits to the country. The bathroom shower stall had black stains and mold in every corner, and even the floor wasn't properly cleaned. While the room was long and narrow, the three beds were spacious. The hotel also boasts a good...

Kobe, 63 Naniwamachi Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is great for people who likes to be in the middle of the city especially for shoppings. It is surrounded with branded shops and within walking distance to all of the shopping street.
Great location near shopping areas and the train station. Very convenient for getting around. The food was delicious, and I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Over all is good ! Good location good ambiance good service!!! Hopefully can stay here again!
Excellent location. The surrounding area has a lot of nice buildings.
The front desk staff are very helpful and nice. I had booked my stay on 16-18 Sept 1 room for 2 nights and a separate booking on 18-19 Sept 1 room for 1 night, so I had ask the front desk to change for me, they are so delighted and helpful to change for me to  18-19 Sept 1 room to 3 night so I don’t have to check-out on 18 Sept at 11am and check-in again ito get other room for the last night. Thanks...
The facilities are a bit dated. It's a bit of a walk from Sannomiya Station in Kobe, taking about 9-10 minutes, and even with a map, it can be quite tricky to locate. However, it offers good value for money, costing around 320 per person for two nights. The front desk staff were also very friendly. If you're on a tight budget, Kokk Hotel Kobe is still a decent choice.

This was my first time staying at an APA Hotel. The room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
I used it for business trips. I often use it on business trips, and the location is great and the facilities are clean. I would stay here again if I had the chance.
One of the better hotels in Kobe city. Very close to Sannomiya train station and half an hour walk from famous Kobe tower. Hotel rooms are kozy, just good for stay, with good TV and right spaced rest room. The reading table is designed with use in mind with right height of table-chair and lights
Very clean, rooms are very small but similar to any Japanese budget room. Good stay, good location, easy check in
There was no choice for non smoking people. I have never been staying in like this smoking room. I was supposed to be happy with APA hotel. It’s my first time in staying this hotel but very disappointed. But I really appreciate the support from staff who helped me!
The room was a little small but clean.

The room was spotless. Japanese hotels are usually compact, but they always have everything you need. Plus, there's a free water bar at the hotel, which is great for grabbing a drink after a long day out.
Quite a good place from the busy areas well having the necessary convenient stores nearby
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean.
I would like to compliment staff 家野 of hotel wing international kobe which i stayed on 8-10oct 2025. i have lost my necklace into the sink. she have helpfully helped to remove the pipe and tried her best to have to flush the sink to find it. although unfortunately we are not able to find it, i would like to appreciate her efforts.
Staff is friendly, hotel is very near to station , amenities is very useful
Loved the great array of drinks available. Perfect for the weary traveler. Having a cup of hot coco set me up for the night. Loved the pajamas. The bed was the softest bed out of all the hotels I have been in Japan. Slept well as a result.

Convenient location, nice rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. What's not to love if you're looking to see Kobe and not dump a ton of money on a hotel?
5 stars location, 5star people service and a space at the lobby where you can sit and work. 4 stars for the room, I love their room is spacious, but the bed is firm but sinks, it’s like a v shape when I sleep which cause sore back every morning, also their pillows are too high. Otherwise I like their spacious room and small but ok for typical Japanese size bathroom.
Pretty good. Nice rooms and great showers. Bed a little hard for my taste, but I guess that is how things are in japan. Though staff was amazinggg. They went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I was having from lack of japanese knowledge. Also was a couple with a baby crying in the room next door that wasn't so great..... walls aren't the thickest. But not really the hotels fault. Location...

Great location, near the train station. Clean hotel & very nice staff. Have a pleasant stay with my family member
Rooms are comfortable, however the room reeks of cigarette and cigar smoke. The smell so strong that my nose never adjusted to the smell. I ordered non smoking room. They said it was non smoking. Lies. I believe all the rooms are smoking rooms. The beds and bedding good. Only annoyed that the receptionist lied about sounds. She said it would be noisy from 9am as the pachinko parlour opened the doors...

The room is super clean and the bed is incredibly comfortable for the hotel class. However, the breakfast is not as good as expected.
The hotel🏨 is stylish and I think it's good. I had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
The breakfast, though simple, was delicious and nutritious, upholding the consistent Toyoko Inn quality with nothing to fault. I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance!

The room was cozy. I arrived a bit early in the afternoon, so I just left my luggage at the front desk and went out. I didn't return to the room until 8 or 9 pm, and my suitcase was already safely there. The kettle on the tea table was full of boiled water, and sitting down to have a cup of hot tea made me feel right at home. The staff were also very nice, and basic English was fine for communication...
This time I wanted to experience a Japanese-style room. The room was quite clean and tidy, with basically complete facilities, including air conditioning and a refrigerator. When I arrived, I had to wait for a while before...
I often use it for lunch, but it is busy. I am at a loss because there are many types such as one-coin bowl, daily set meal, fried food, rice bowl, and noodles. Oysters are recommended in winter! A culinary inn that retains the mood of the Showa era. You can respond in various ways according to your budget. As expected, the food was delicious no matter what I received. The correspondence of the staff is also full of kindness. Recommended for adults.
Homely and nice atmosphere. The price is usually abundant, and the menu is plentiful. Lunch is daily and there are other cups, and Japanese food is delicious. There is a counter and a tatami room, and there is a banquet hall for a large number of people.

The person at the front of the line told me to line up next to them, or else people coming...
I stay at this hotel when I go to watch baseball games at Hotto Motto Kobe. It's in a very convenient location, with many reasonably priced and delicious izakayas and restaurants nearby. Perhaps it was just luck, but I was able to find what appears to be the only spacious, barrier-free room available, which was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast is available, but the selection is limited.
There's a strong smell of smoke, even inside the blankets. It's also a bit noisy at night.
It was a good place, but I have booked the smoking room by mistake, the smell of cigarettes was really strong, besides good place and service.
The room is relatively large for a Japanese hotel. The sanitary facilities are a bit old, but it is still clean.

The location is good. But the room is not clear at all, I saw a pair of socks under the bed which is not mine, and so many dust.
The location is fantastic, just in front of motomachi station. The room is spacius and the bed is comfortable. They have smart tv which is good.
The experience staying at the kobe plaza hotel was amazing! The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was okay. Could use some improvements, but still nice. The 3rd floor lounge was so cozy and accessible. ☺️
Great location, lots of shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel was very clean, providing free coffee, fruit juice and ice lolly in the lobby.
Few mins from Motomachi Station, and also 10 mins walks from Sannomiya Station. Nothing for negative reviews. But just only breakfast room. There is only one elevator to get through. The Superior Double Room’s room size is not tiny. I really appreciate it.

It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel because Sannomiya Station was undergoing renovation. The soundproofing wasn't great. Also, there was no light in the center of the room, making the whole space quite dim.
The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Subway Exit 23 (take the small alley next to Lawson). There's also a bowling alley building directly opposite. While the area is currently undergoing subway construction, we stayed in a street-facing room and it wasn't noisy at all. The room decor is very new, though the space is a bit small. There's a raised platform under the bed, so...
The hotel's location is super convenient, even with the road construction nearby. If you know the shortcuts, you'll be there in no time. Give me a like if this helps! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. More importantly, it was immaculately clean, and the service was excellent and very attentive. The staff at this Italian hotel spoke good English, which was a huge plus. Overall, I was very satisfied. Also, its location in a bustling area made getting around incredibly convenient.
Overall, it was a decent stay, likely an established hotel. The air conditioning unit was quite loud; we had to turn it off to get some quiet. Otherwise, the surroundings were relatively peaceful, and the area was good for exploring. A major inconvenience was that the hotel is located on the second floor. The hotel is located in the CBD, very strategic location to access to everywhere. 5mins walk to the Chinatown, 10mins walk to train station, 15mins walk to Meriken park. The hotel seems a bit old but very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the stay very much and super valuable for its price!
The hotel is OK and is close to Guoren Street. It is good to shop around. There are good stores.
It's close to Sannomiya Station and the front desk is open 24 hours, so it was okay to come back after walking around late at night~! I always stay here when I'm in Kobe. Perhaps it's because the facilities are new, but they're clean and I always enjoy my stay. There's also a convenience store next door, so I don't think you'll have any inconveniences.
The room smelled nice when I entered, which I really liked. The room was on the west side, so the view was great.
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and had a great view, but it was far from the station. Also, there were tea bags for tea and black tea at the amenity selection area, and there was a kettle in the room, but no bottled water. The hotel isn't too far from Motomachi Subway Station, just a few minutes' walk. You pass through Nankinmachi on the way to the station. There's a microwave in the lobby, and the room was bigger than I expected. The family room had three beds, making it the largest room I've stayed in in Japan.
The hotel's location is fantastic, allowing easy access to Motomachi, Sannomiya, and Meriken Park. If you arrive in the afternoon, you can explore Meriken Park first. The next day, you can walk from Motomachi to Sannomiya and Ikuta Shrine, which takes only about 20 minutes. The hotel provides pajamas and all toiletries, and there's even a coffee machine in the room. Absolutely excellent!
