I have a lot of trust in Toyoko. The room layout is reasonable and the hotels are widely distributed. This one is basically opposite Hanshin Station, which is convenient for getting around. The only drawback is that my room is close to the elevator, which makes it noisy. Also, the elevator was broken that day, so I had to walk up to the 12th floor.

It was comfortable and we enjoyed free breakfast.

The hotel is great for people who likes to be in the middle of the city especially for shoppings. It is surrounded with branded shops and within walking distance to all of the shopping street.

The facilities are a bit dated. It's a bit of a walk from Sannomiya Station in Kobe, taking about 9-10 minutes, and even with a map, it can be quite tricky to locate. However, it offers good value for money, costing around 320 per person for two nights. The front desk staff were also very friendly. If you're on a tight budget, Kokk Hotel Kobe is still a decent choice.

One of the better hotels in Kobe city. Very close to Sannomiya train station and half an hour walk from famous Kobe tower. Hotel rooms are kozy, just good for stay, with good TV and right spaced rest room. The reading table is designed with use in mind with right height of table-chair and lights

There was no choice for non smoking people. I have never been staying in like this smoking room. I was supposed to be happy with APA hotel. It’s my first time in staying this hotel but very disappointed. But I really appreciate the support from staff who helped me!

The room was spotless. Japanese hotels are usually compact, but they always have everything you need. Plus, there's a free water bar at the hotel, which is great for grabbing a drink after a long day out.

Loved the great array of drinks available. Perfect for the weary traveler. Having a cup of hot coco set me up for the night. Loved the pajamas. The bed was the softest bed out of all the hotels I have been in Japan. Slept well as a result.

5 stars location, 5star people service and a space at the lobby where you can sit and work. 4 stars for the room, I love their room is spacious, but the bed is firm but sinks, it’s like a v shape when I sleep which cause sore back every morning, also their pillows are too high. Otherwise I like their spacious room and small but ok for typical Japanese size bathroom.

I stay at this hotel when I go to watch baseball games at Hotto Motto Kobe. It's in a very convenient location, with many reasonably priced and delicious izakayas and restaurants nearby. Perhaps it was just luck, but I was able to find what appears to be the only spacious, barrier-free room available, which was extremely comfortable.

The perfect choice for a layover in Kobe. It's super close to the subway exit, just a 2-minute walk. The front desk offers self-service toiletries which is a nice touch! Getting to the airport takes about 30 minutes, very convenient. I'd definitely choose this place again.

It's close to Sannomiya Station and the front desk is open 24 hours, so it was okay to come back after walking around late at night~! I always stay here when I'm in Kobe. Perhaps it's because the facilities are new, but they're clean and I always enjoy my stay. There's also a convenience store next door, so I don't think you'll have any inconveniences.

I stayed here the day before Seventeen's fan meet! It was easy to access from Nakakoen Station, the rooms were clean, there were plenty of amenities, the bath was open 24 hours a day, and there was a sauna too!! I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance!

It's about a 10-minute walk from Hanshin Amagasaki Station. It's close to Umeda, and you can go to Namba without changing trains, so it's convenient. I stayed here on my way back from the Expo. Although I didn't have dinner or breakfast, it was a very reasonable price, and the room was spacious and clean! I was very impressed. The hotel isn't too far from Motomachi Subway Station, just a few minutes' walk. You pass through Nankinmachi on the way to the station. There's a microwave in the lobby, and the room was bigger than I expected. The family room had three beds, making it the largest room I've stayed in in Japan.

The hotel's location is fantastic, allowing easy access to Motomachi, Sannomiya, and Meriken Park. If you arrive in the afternoon, you can explore Meriken Park first. The next day, you can walk from Motomachi to Sannomiya and Ikuta Shrine, which takes only about 20 minutes. This is a very nice hotel, located close to Suma Beach. The service was excellent, and the facilities were very satisfactory. However, due to the hotel's nature, it's more suitable for couples than families.
