Pros:
Near Kobe station
Has beds for 4 people/family room

Cons:
Does not respond to emails/inquiries
No cribs for young kids
Weird uneasiness feeling / weird vibes
Really strong air freshener smell in lobby
smell of cigarettes
Room was really dark and musty/mildewy
Dark room with barely any natural sun light

If you don’t mind the awful smell of cigarettes, trying to be masked by strong air freshener, while having the room smell like mold/mildew, then this is for you.

I would steer clear of this hotel if you’re with family/young kids.

Convenient location, nice rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. What's not to love if you're looking to see Kobe and not dump a ton of money on a hotel?

5 stars location, 5star people service and a space at the lobby where you can sit and work. 4 stars for the room, I love their room is spacious, but the bed is firm but sinks, it’s like a v shape when I sleep which cause sore back every morning, also their pillows are too high. Otherwise I like their spacious room and small but ok for typical Japanese size bathroom.

Pretty good. Nice rooms and great showers. Bed a little hard for my taste, but I guess that is how things are in japan. Though staff was amazinggg. They went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I was having from lack of japanese knowledge.

Also was a couple with a baby crying in the room next door that wasn't so great..... walls aren't the thickest. But not really the hotels fault.

Location was great though.

Rooms are comfortable, however the room reeks of cigarette and cigar smoke. The smell so strong that my nose never adjusted to the smell. I ordered non smoking room. They said it was non smoking. Lies. I believe all the rooms are smoking rooms. The beds and bedding good. Only annoyed that the receptionist lied about sounds. She said it would be noisy from 9am as the pachinko parlour opened the doors.
Lies. There is serious building work commencing from 8am. Pneumatic drill, hardcore drilling of metals, banging, hammering, all starting and not stopping from 8am. I was already awake. But seeing as I checked in after 1am, they should not lie. So very noisy from 8am I can't enjoy the room and paid so much money. Also no window for light. Huge wall directly in front of window blocking all light and views. Can't even open the window.

This place is good and very near to the train station. The buffet is good but not so fantastic. Also same food selection for the whole stay hence a bit not so exciting but just nice to fill up the stomach.
