The room was spacious and there was a spa, so I enjoyed a relaxing bath. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I always stay here when I'm in Kobe.
Perhaps it's because the facilities are new, but they're clean and I always enjoy my stay.
There's also a convenience store next door, so I don't think you'll have any inconveniences.

The room smelled nice when I entered, which I really liked. The room was on the west side, so the view was great.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and had a great view, but it was far from the station.
Also, there were tea bags for tea and black tea at the amenity selection area, and there was a kettle in the room, but no bottled water.

It was the first time I'd stayed in a hotel without water in the room.
Other than that, it was great.

There is nothing on the island, you can only take a taxi to the other side. But the service is very good, the room is clean, but it is too small and the price is a bit expensive

I stayed here the day before Seventeen's fan meet! It was easy to access from Nakakoen Station, the rooms were clean, there were plenty of amenities, the bath was open 24 hours a day, and there was a sauna too!! I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance!

Great hotel, great value for money, easy to find, convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable, great hot springs. The hotel is European style, spacious for 3 people, I was so happy that I forgot to take pictures of the room, but took pictures of the view outside the window!

First off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the "Portliner" a few stops.

No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked.
I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far).

Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna ＞ cold tub cycles more than anything.

Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected.

Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great.

Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!

I stayed right after it opened. Nice hotel next to the Port Island Driving School. It also has a gym, hot springs and a restaurant so it was easy to use.
