Luggage kept in lobby before check in is allowed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is also very good to explore everywhere. We will stay again.

Location was ok, it was a bit further walk from the station, near a shrine and if you walk 8-10 mins there’s lots of shops. The hotel had this modern wooden cottage theme, it was clean and the room was decent size for Japan.

The location is super convenient – it's about a 5-minute walk to Sannomiya, 1 minute to Ikuta Shrine, and 10 minutes to Kitano. We were able to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and they even lent us a power adapter.

Near shopping area and food. Next to the temple that I visit every morning before my journey. Good coffee at the reception area.

Located right near the shrine, and about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby too! The room was quite small but reasonably clean. The front desk service was pretty good, and they could communicate in English.

Facilities: The room was clean and tidy. I booked a 20-sqm twin room, which was genuinely much larger than those in other hotels. My room had no unnecessary decorations, and there was a large open space by the window. I brought two 26-inch suitcases this time, and they could be laid flat with plenty of room.
Environment: Ikuta Shrine is right downstairs, making for a superb environment. It's a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, and no more than 15 minutes to Motomachi Daimaru. It's also very convenient to get to Kitano Ijinkan (foreign residences) in the north, perfect for checking out various bakeries.

Aside from the slightly high weekend prices, it offers incredible value for money on weekdays! There's also free coffee available. If I find a good price next time I visit Kobe, I'll definitely stay here again! 😃

The hotel's location is great, very close to Sannomiya but not in the busiest area, so it's very quiet. We stayed for four nights. The first three nights were in a double room. Due to a change in our itinerary, we added an extra night. We thought the twin room might be more spacious, but it turned out to be the same size as the double room. With two single beds crammed in, the room felt very small and wasn't as convenient for moving around as the double room. We could open one 28-inch suitcase, but opening another 28-inch one wasn't as easy as in the double room.

The hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing toothbrushes, towels, and slippers for the child. Besides the kids' items, the room's towels, slippers, toothbrushes, makeup remover pads, and combs were replaced daily, and two new bottles of water were provided. However, extra water couldn't be requested.

The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is very convenient.

Right next to Ikuta Shrine, our room had a view of it, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent; just a short walk brings you to the busiest commercial area, and the subway is also very close. The room was quite spacious, with plenty of room to open two large suitcases, and it even had a dedicated vanity.

The hotel's location is great, about an 8-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. There are many restaurants nearby, and Nishimura Coffee Shop is also close by. The hotel is very secure; you need to use your room card to access your floor. The room size is quite spacious, and the toiletries provided are comprehensive. The breakfast is excellent and diverse. They even have zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and congee, highly recommended.
