Locker 003 on the first floor was out of order. It took my 600 yen, but I couldn't lock it, so I wasted my money. The room, however, was perfect for a family, with spacious beds.

The room was great and well-equipped. Safety felt good. It was easy to get around, with stations not far away. There are three convenience stores and budget-friendly restaurants close to the accommodation. It was comfortable for five people.

The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped. It's close to several train and metro stations, making travel very convenient.

Had a great stay!

It was so good, I'd definitely consider booking again next time.

You can grab towels from the first floor.

It's a bit inconvenient to keep entering the password (but that's just me being forgetful, haha!), but other than that, it was great. I had a good time and am leaving now, hehe.

There was no cigarette smell, and a cool, unique ventilation system. Super Tamade (supermarket) was close by, and there were many affordable and delicious restaurants in the area. There was even a ramen shop and a 24-hour restaurant.

Being close to Namba was also a plus.

The hotel's water heater had an issue, but they came up to fix it right away, which was excellent. However, check-out is at 10:00 AM, so you need to leave early, especially if you're on a lower floor, as you might have to wait a while for the elevator. Also, some floors allow smoking, so you can smell smoke in the hallway, which isn't ideal, but it doesn't get into the room. Overall, I had a good stay.

It’s so nice on this budget. Have everything that you must want for living in this hotel. But We stayed with fewer people than specified. Have many good nearly restaurants

Clean, and the room was excellent! Perfect for anyone who needs a spacious place. The check-in system was also great; even though there weren't any staff present, they sent an email three days in advance, which really put my mind at ease.

This place is perfect for a trip with friends! The room is spacious, and there are plenty of beds, which is ideal. It's also really close to Tsutenkaku Tower, which is a plus. There's a convenience store right out front and a local supermarket just around the corner, so I think it's a great location for exploring!

Stumbled upon this place and had two delicious and fresh Banh mi’s and really great coffee sitting in the sunshine. Amazing view of the Hitachi tower. Looked like a lovely hostel too!

I stayed in the hostel and ate the food as customer. It's a super friendly and clean place. If you wanna get some coffee, drink some plum sake, or eat some tasty Vietnamese sandwiches, its the perfect place right by the osaka tower. It has a coffee shop vibe where I listened to the Japanese verson of county roads and road the slide...yes there is a slide but its FAST so be careful. The prices are very reasonable too, I cant recommend it enough.

The Pax was a great place to stay, the location is great and located beside subway and train lines. The atmosphere is very cozy and they even have events like live performances which the guests can attend for free. The banh mi sandwiches are also very good. I can strongly recommend this place if you are staying in Osaka.

The Pax hotel is simply the best hotel/hostel i have ever been in Japan . The staff is so nice, room are quiet and facilities are very clean ( the share kitchen is also a very calm place to eat).
