Overall was good. However you have to book the parking in advance. Make sure email before arrive.

It was a bit far from the station, so not the most convenient location. However, I was really happy with how clean it was for the price. The staff, who were international, spoke excellent Japanese and provided great service. Having a small kitchen and washing machine made it feel like I was truly 'living like a local' during my trip.

The room was spacious and clean. It was incredibly convenient to be able to cook simple meals and have a washing machine available. The front desk staff were also very kind, and I had a really enjoyable stay.

The place was clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable in rooms on the outer edges. It's conveniently located, with free coffee in the lobby and convenience stores nearby. Being just two stops from Kyoto Station was super convenient.

Anak i muntah on the first night, i request nak tukar cadar and need to pay around 2500 yen. Mesin basuh sgt bagus. Katil springey sikit tapi ok la not bad. Bilik air diorang takde bath room heater, mostly pegi hotel masa winter ada bath room heater. Ni cuma ada water heater tapi not bad with the price la kan. Parking kena Bayar 1000 yen ok la, standard japan. Coffee sedap yg free kat luar tu. Bilik sangat spacious, saiz dia tak boleh lawan la sebab most hotel dgn harga ni sgt kecil. Stayed at this hotel recently and it was a pretty good experience overall. The staff were friendly and made check-in easy, which always sets the tone for the trip. The location worked out well—close enough to walk easy access to public transport.

The room itself was clean and cozy, though on the smaller side. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, it might feel a bit tight, but for a short stay its fine. Although toilet and bathroom were isolated and which was very useful.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and roughly 15 minutes on foot from both Kujo and Jujo subway stations. Located downstream along the Kamo River, it feels a bit suburban, and main city attractions are somewhat distant. However, Fushimi Inari Shrine is very accessible, just a 15-minute walk away. The room size is quite generous by Japanese standards, and complimentary coffee is provided. Plus, there are Chinese-speaking international students at the front desk, so there's no language barrier if you speak Chinese.
