I stayed for two nights without meals. The shower head and faucet were sparkling clean and I was able to use them comfortably. The bed and outlets were perfectly positioned. I had some trouble with the procedures, but I was able to ask questions via chat and receive a prompt response. Self-check-in and check-out were also smooth. I would like to stay at other places again.

The front desk is completely self-service, and I still haven't received the check-in email in my QQ email address. It took me more than an hour to complete the check-in process.

The atmosphere is good, the hotel room is bigger than Osaka, it is not far to walk to the train, but I recommend taking the bus, it is much more convenient than the train.

The front desk of the hotel speaks very good English and can communicate clearly.
I like the hotel environment very much. You can take pictures in the yard when you go downstairs at night. There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby and it's close to the subway.

The location was good and it was very helpful. If you have a large suitcase, the subway stairs can be difficult. The accommodation was clean, but the common areas may get dirty depending on the other guests. The staff were really kind. The service to take you from the station to the accommodation was also very helpful. If you check the service yourself in advance, you will have a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The room and the overall experience was really good. Hotel location is not too far from the train station but a little far from the tourist spot downtown. Front desk is not available so you’d have to call to get help when you need one. The hotel also offers lending umbrellas and you could leave your baggage before and after checking out. Overall satisfied with this stay!

駅が近く良い場所にあり価格が安く清潔で、外食するにも少し歩けば食べたい店がすぐに見つかって便利でした。スタッフのおじさんの対応もとても良かったです。

とても長く大きな机！仕事もサクサクはかどります。Wi Fiもストレス無しでした。今回は短い滞在でしたのでお掃除は断り、タオル類の交換だけしてもらいました。
