Loved the hotel so much that we decided to extend our trip here at Osaka because of this hostel! Loved the super woke culture and staff of this hotel. Too cool

The room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet, yet not too far from the subway station. Wandering through the small streets felt very much like being in Japan. The front desk staff was incredibly patient and communicated with me using a translator. The bathroom and shower were very clean. However, it's worth noting that this room only has a private shower, not a private toilet.

Great location! It's only a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian shopping street. However, the water temperature was quite low, and the air conditioning was too dry. The humidifier didn't seem to help much. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

The facilities are well-equipped, and the service is great. The location is also convenient, close to the subway station.

I stayed for 5 days in Osaka and I booked a private bedroom with private bath on trip.com, and on the night I checked-in to the hotel I was first assigned to a bedroom that literally had a shower (bath) BUT NO toilet. I had to show the receptionist my booking description which reads “private bathroom” and they switched me to a room it’s the full bathroom with a mini tub. Just take note when you book the room that they do have different type of rooms including one with a shower but no toilet. The new room I was assigned was fine, clea bedding and all, with a small fridge and hairdryer . The location of the hotel is both good and bad, good the good is that it’s in a convenient location to attractions and shopping centers, walking distance to the Osaka Castle and Shinsaibashi, but the bad is that it is right next to a very busy highway, literally right under the bridge. Had I known this I probably would pay a bit more and go with a different hotel. But, if price is your priority and you don’t mind being next to the highway then there isn’t much to complain about. Staff are helpful and the hotel is generally well kept.

My daughter and I were very happy and satisfied with the hostel’s cleanliness from its room up to the toilets, which is our number requirement for a satisfactory stay in any hostel. I am very glad to discover &And hostel and we’ll surely book again with them once we visit Osaka in spring.

The location is absolutely fantastic, and the room is great too. It's super convenient being on the same floor as the shared bathroom. I walked to the Shinbashi Bridge, and even though it took about half an hour, it was a nice walk and good exercise.

My mom and I stayed in Kansai for 6 nights and 7 days. Initially, after reading reviews, I was concerned about late check-in, specifically if there would be staff available after 11 PM. After landing, transferring through various subway lines took quite a while. Fortunately, a staff member was still on duty past 11 PM that day. His English was excellent, and we had a seamless check-in. That evening, we discovered an amazing Yakiniku restaurant nearby, and there was even a Takoyaki stand open quite late. The FamilyMart convenience store was also conveniently located!

Even though it's a hostel, all the facilities felt incredibly warm and inviting. There are communal facilities and kitchens available on both the ground floor and the top floor, where you can also enjoy lovely views of Osaka. It was a truly pleasant memory and experience.

The only minor drawback was that the room was genuinely a bit small – it was even a little difficult for two people to move around. However, everything else was absolutely satisfactory. I would definitely be willing to stay here again on my next visit!
