A great stay. The capsule room was comfortable and spacious. Great service!

The hostel is conveniently located directly outside Higashimikuni Station (take exit 1-3 for the nearest entry to the hostel). I stayed here for 4 nights and it was reasonably comfortable. The shower was decent sized, toilets had heated seating and the communal space was spacious. The capsule dorm had a large number of capsules but most days there weren’t much occupancy. They provide PJs, Pola skin care and towels for use which was convenient. I didn’t have any negatives until the last day of my stay where the Japanese staff (tall man) kicked me out of the ground lounge at 10:04 when I was finishing off some admin. (There’s a rule where all guests must leave the hostel between (10-3) but the way he handled it was quite rude). Then on the day of check-out I asked to store my luggage (it says it’s free on trip) but he said they don’t hold luggage and wanted to charge 500yen per bag… that being said the foreign staff was quite friendly.

This was my first experience staying at a capsule hotel so it takes some getting used to at first, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The shower facilities are very nice and clean. The capsules are quite basic but comfortable enough and they all have charging ports. Lockers, towels and roomwear are all provided free of charge. The location is good - just a 1 minute walk from the metro station. The staff all speak basic English and are happy to help. The Wi-Fi is really fast and reliable. I didn’t use the public bath during my stay but it seemed to be popular when I was there. I would definitely stay here again!

It's really inconvenient that shoes have to be locked on the first floor. The lockers are also too narrow to fit a suitcase. Other than that, the conditions are pretty good.

It might be a bit more expensive than a capsule hotel, but overall the facilities are good. Service and transportation are definitely not an issue. It's a great choice for staying in Osaka.

Quite close to metro station. It's a capsule hotel so it's what you shall expect. Overall it's clean and lockers are provided so your items are secured. The floor needs more cleaning in my point of view.

This capsule hotel is incredibly well-equipped, and the service is great too. It's only one stop away from Shin-Osaka, or about a 10-15 minute walk if you don't mind not transferring.
