The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and breakfast was just okay – not much variety and no coffee machine. However, the restaurant service was excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room is very spacious and clean. Recommended for familes with children. Subway stations are just few minutes walk away. They also have free shuttle service to and from USJ which we loved the most.

Facilities: Well-equipped and neatly arranged.

Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.

Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, with few people walking around and very little traffic. You can see Osaka Port and the Ferris wheel, so the view is nice.

Service: The staff attitude is great, and there are even Mandarin-speaking staff members. However, some staff from South and Southeast Asia were a bit difficult to communicate with.

This is not a good hotel. Location is very far away from any Osaka places. Hotel guests are not allowed to park at hotel basement parking, but need to park at another hotel parking which is 20-30 minutes walk away. Hotel room is very hot, the room temperature was forcely fixed at 26 degree celcius and could not be changed. Room window is sealed tight and cannot be opened for fresh air. As a result the room is hot as a baking oven for the whole stay. Nobody would like to stay in a room at 26 degree, was it a management failure? I would like the management to stay inside the room for a night and feel the heat. Trip.com should not allow this hotel to be listed.

Location was abit ulu and not much shade was provided during the long walk under the hot sun.

Counter staff was able to speak bare minimum English.

I lost my adidas bucket hat at the lobby. I manage to retrieve it at the counter which the counter staff were so lovely in wrapping it in plastic bag the moment it was lost and found.

For solo travellers. Get the twin beds. The room is freaking huge with the sea view is just best.

Only breakfast is available in this hotel.
Location is convenient for the Expo2025 ( still needs a taxi, as the shuttle bus is not regular).

Although the hotel's location may require multiple train changes from the city, the walking distance from the train station is not too far. The area around the hotel is not crowded or noisy. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to USJ, which is a very good service. The drivers are polite, and for the return trip to the hotel, there are three time options to choose from, making it convenient to book through the hotel’s website.
Amenities include high-quality for women. It’s a slight pity that there’s no shower cap, but everything else is great.
The room is spacious, and the view from the room is nice. There are enough elevators, and the wait time is short. The toilet and bathroom have separate areas, which is excellent.
