When we first checked in, the bedsheets made us feel a little itchy. After we provided feedback, the hotel team reacted quickly and handled the issue professionally. Really appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help. 👍

The hotel has a TON of free amenities and food and drink. I loved the unlimited drinks, breakfast, and ramen dinner. The staff were also kind and very helpful.
The 3-bed rooms are somewhat cramped in terms of getting around once luggage is involved, but otherwise a relatively comfortable room. The shower and bathroom are great. The staff are wonderful and super helpful. Lots of amenities are provided as part of your stay: free drinks, self-service onigiri in the morning and ramen in the evening, various skincare products and similar, 1-hr in the karaoke room, afternoon dessert tray once per person, umbrellas, loungewear, etc. Located at the edge of Dotonbori, there are countless stores, bars, and restaurants within a minutes walk, and the train station is pretty close too.
Altogether, a pleasant experience!
It’s giving Ripped and Justified. Denim on denim at the VMAs. Christina dying to be included in the Britney/Madonna make out. 2003 walked in her Sevens and Uggs so that this glorious phoenix could fly. We love you like an Outkast / Black Eyed Peas / Timbaland production. Did Love Actually need Emma Thompson? I sure did.
This hotel is clean and kind and the manager is a very nice guy. 10/10! The Torvill and Dean of Osaka!
2026 edit: my husband says Andrew Lloyd Weber has stayed here as he wants the same room. Boys will be boys! Or cats!
The location is perfect: right at the entrance of Dotonbori, so you can still get a quiet night’s sleep while being only a few minutes’ walk from everything, including Namba Station.
The hotel itself is incredible. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and even include two massage chairs. The bathroom setup feels truly luxurious, with a separate high-end toilet area and another separate space with two sinks. The amenities are endless — it honestly feels more like staying in a spa than a hotel.
I especially loved the amazing sake selection, including imported alcoholic drinks. My brother’s favorites were the soft drinks and popcorn. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night ramen were also included. We've played Mario together and so many of our favorite Manga available in English. Still can't believe all of these were free of charge.
We even miss the soothing hallway music💜
